Unfortunately, the lack of hospitality & the cold welcoming from the valet and the reception personnel along with the poor response towards the bed hygiene (containing insects and bugs) issue. It’s a shame that after pointing out this issue to the receptionist, she was grouchy and rude with no goodbyes during our check out! Area of improvement: The main thing about hotel business is providing hospitality & providing comfort to guests. And this can be improved by taking the guest feedback seriously not just begging for it!

What a fantastic level of service by all the team, in particular to Mr. Mohit at the front desk, he was outstanding and so friendly, many thanks! I can highly recommend this hotel in Doha. The hotel facilities are great, including the restaurants and pool, the rooms are spacious and modern design, the beds could be better and more comfortable. Some rooms have view to Lusail stadium. Lusail is a completely new area in the north of Doha and the hotel is connected to Place Vendome mall which is one of the most luxurious malls I've been to. Overall great stay, with a very high level of service which sometimes you don't even find in supposedly higher-end brands.

- Very nice & luxury hotel starting from the reception ending to the room every thing was excellent until that day that I came from a mall and I found my room was opened, I was upset and told the reception about it was the housekeepers problem plus there was missing things (the same as the incident) such as towels, mouthwash’s and waters. - But the receptionist and the employees were too kind and respectful. - Plus the access to the mall makes it better. - There was something I liked which was when entered the room for the first day, on the there was welcoming screen. - The quotes above the bed loved it. - Overall experience 9.6/10

I was surprised by the service at this hotel. It's a bit sub par compared to all the other hotels I've stayed at in Doha. The rooms were very nice, but the staff who accommodated my colleague and I during our work trip seemed to be a bit all over the place and we had to ask multiple times for very simple requests. I don't think I'd ever stay here again, the service at the Mondrian is a thousand times better.

The hotel is new and well-kept, but the service and cleanliness are not that of a 5-star hotel. There was hair on the floor and on the hangers in my room, but that pales in comparison to the service. Once I asked the receptionist where the conference rooms were. She left to get me an answer and never came back. But the worst was when I asked my shirt to be pressed for an event I had the next morning. I handed the shirt over at 12h30 and was told it would be ready at 16h30. I came back from dinner at 21h30 and the shirt hadn't been delivered. I called front desk and they said they'd get back to me. 15 minutes later, i called again. Same question, same answer. 10 minutes later, i called again. Same question, same answer. I fell asleep waiting. Next morning, I called again (I had just 30 minutes to get ready for the event). Same question, same answer. I told them that I could not NOT have an answer this time. I was promised a call and they got back to me, saying the shirt would be delivered immediately. The shirt was finally delivered. No apologies, no discount and the delivery man was unhappy I didn't tip.

The hotel seems to be extremely busy and the staff are clearly not geared up to deal with the rush. On arrival I was appalled to see the long queues of people either awaiting check in or check out- something I never expected to see. Luis was an exceptional person who went out of his way to speed up matters for me and even he was unable to overcome the hassles. I was not welcomed as a top elite member nor was I informed that there was no concierge lounge in the hotel or offered any alternatives to it. I would chose another place to stay the next time I am in Doha.

Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff specially Sara in the Lobby she was very welcoming and helpful. Every amenties are available in the room. Quite area. Easy access to vandom mall and hence the tram. Great service 👌🏻 very clean rooms but not spotless. Spectacular luxury interior. I was there for a conference and we were a HUGE number, I could see the staff doing their best to serve this huge number of guests, However, they refused to give us late check out as the conference finshes at 5 pm!! Food was ok. Coffe was really good. Sparkling water was available too!! Conference chairs were not comfortable. It is overpriced! But for the luxurious and service the price is acceptable.

Wow! With a 21 hour layover in Doha and the airport hotel full I went land side and asked a taxi driver to take me to a hotel beside a mall. No research, no booking, no idea about the layout of Doha, just wound up here by chance. I checked in at 7am and will check out at 1130pm. No problem, done without fuss and with breakfast included. An outstanding room at a fair price, a lot cheaper than the airport hotel and very quiet. The plate of macarons in the room was a welcome touch! The fixtures and fittings are first class throughout the whole complex, easily the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was fantastic. Everything you can imagine, all top quality, a mix of buffet and table service with attentive and personable staff. The huge mall next door with labels shopping, obligatory dancing fountain and food court is an added bonus. It's been a very happy accident finding this hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough for a lengthy Doha layover.

Stayed there for 3 nights. The hospitality staff were excellent, respectful and very helpful. The room was spacious but i found a used tissue paper in the bed, no great deal just had it cleaned and changed the bedding. The restaurants are good. Nice little gym with what you might need for a short stay. Spa is good too, give it a try.

Wonderful place and definitely wonderful people, i would definitely recommend visiting it and the reservation team were so nice and helpful not to mention friendly. On top of all these great people i would like to thank Marvani from reservation team, I can’t express my appreciation enough to her and her team for the surprise which it was really on a short notice but she definitely delivered a smile and a joy… Thanks all and definitely worth the visit. Luxurious hotel located in a large shopping center, alter ego of the Place Vendôme in Paris. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, the view is interesting. The restaurant does not reflect the brand of the hotel. The service is sketchy. We were in the seminar room, the employees there are nerdy and rude. Obviously, going out on foot is an adventure, but a passage to the big mall exists.

I recently stayed at Le Royal Meridien Hotel in Doha with my family for 6 nights and it was an amazing experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room service was prompt and efficient, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options, and the concierge service was very helpful in making recommendations for places to visit in the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the butler service, which was truly exceptional. They were always available and happy to assist us with anything we needed, whether it was filling the tea and coffee boxes, making restaurant reservations or simply providing extra towels and tooth paste. The gym was also a great facility, well-equipped and clean. We enjoyed working out there during our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend Le Royal Meridien Hotel to anyone visiting Doha. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way and made our trip truly unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for their excellent hospitality

I had 2 bedrooms apartment. Family stay. Everything was great except one receptionist attitude and then intentionally delaying luggage delivery. New hotel, good furniture and direct access to the mall. It’s one of the top stay for families

I arrived to this hotel at 1:30 pm. Mediocre hospitality management they don’t consider Bonvoy membership treatment, not helpful reception desk at all. I asked to speak to the manager and he did not show up. They don’t give you the room at check in time which is 3pm. After insisting I received the key to one of my rooms at 3:15pm and the other room at 4pm. waited 1 hour to get my kid’s stroller from their luggage storage with no luck and I went by myself to get it. On top of that, they did not send my luggage to the room for long time and I had to chase them every 15 minutes! Housekeeping need to be chased too, 2 days without housekeeping even when asking for it .

Absolutely fantastic stay here. All of the staff were super friendly, rooms were very modern, pool was fantastic. Connection the mall was very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming again.

Beautiful hotel. The room size (even bathroom size) is good, it has a balcony and everything is new. The bed is so comfortable!! All the staff is so helpful and nice. Met Vershika from Sales and Natasha from Guest Relations and they did a surprise for my baby! Even the ladies from the cafe were so nice playing with my baby. Recommending it for families!

The service was great and the room was very interesting. The rainfall shower is what made the experience for me. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Overall, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Check in was so fast thanks to the staff, a lady actually walked out and helped me since there was a queue.. loved the service.. rooms are also amazing- everything is new.. very large TV.. my kids loved there room as well. Price for fish fingers with by the pool was QAR50. Pool is medium sized. Room fairly Large..
