The great hospitality along with the helpful and always smiling staff made our special family night more special. The food was good, missing a little bit of Texan spirit being Texas BBQ night. But the overall experience was very good. The hotel and the restaurant are luxurious and friendly. Thank you.

Whilst we had only breakfast each morning, they service was impeccable (as it the service at the hotel). The space is bright and open. The buffet has everything you’ll want from continental, to western, to local food and high quality. Coffee is STRONG!!! An amazing way to start each day. Thank you team.

This is our second visit to Bywater at the Waldorf. Tonight we came for the Texas BBQ. The options and selection were incredible, the food was next level delicious! The staff were really incredible, they were super attentive, professional and helpful. The atmosphere was really good and the little extensions to detail were nice touch. The ‘brunch’ style evening was priced really well, especially if you consider everything you are getting! We will definitely be back! I can highly recommend a visit to the TEXAS BBQ night.

Very good breakfast, tasty. Good selection of food on the menu and the buffet selection is also nice. The interior deserves special praise - its very beautiful and luxurious. Great service! We were served by Habeeb, in general the whole team was very polite and fast.

Shoutout to Ms. Eugenia for her attentiveness. For her wonderful service and the rest of the team. They offered coloring materials for our birthday boy. Food are amazing!

An amazing view with an amazing meal. We had Tracy as our waitress. She pointed out some recommendations that we did order. 10/10 she was absolutely so respectful. Food was cooked exactly as ordered. Loved this please we will be back.

Absolutely excellent service by Amit, Akash and Tracey. Amit was freindly welcoming and playful with the children. He had an excellent manner and approach and made the whole stay even more enjoyable. Akash is an excellent manager who has catered to our needs and has excellent attention to detail. He informed us about the different options available on request for breakfast and this was ready each morning. Last but not least Tracey has been a Ray of sunshine throughout our stay, her warm personable approach captivated us from the Start and she ensured all our needs were met and again catered for the children brilliantly. Thank you to all the staff. I definitely recommend staying here.

I have been there for the Thursday night buffet with my family. They serve us very friendly and welcoming. I was very upset when I saw the food. The buffet starts at 7 pm and I arrived there at 8:40 but there was NO FOOD in the barbecue station. They ran out of Prawns and chops!!! The food finished in less than 2 hours !!!! Also there is no variety on the buffet. Very disappointing experience.
