Our
group
of
12
recently
visited
Tatel
for
brunch,
and
unfortunately,
our
experience
left
much
to
be
desired.
The
service
was
extremely
poor,
indicating
a
lack
of
training
among
the
staff,
especially
when
it
came
to
their
knowledge
of
Spanish
cuisine.
The
service
itself
was
haphazard
and
inconsistent,
failing
to
meet
even
basic
expectations.
To
add
to
the
disappointment,
the
timing
of
the
brunch
was
poorly
managed.
Despite
the
brunch
being
advertised
from
1
to
4,
at
3.45
we
were
informed
that
it
was
the
last
order.
This
announcement
came
as
a
surprise,
as
the
main
course
had
yet
to
be
served.
Such
mismanagement
significantly
impacted
our
overall
dining
experience
and
left
us
feeling
rushed.
On
a
slightly
positive
note,
the
mood
and
ambiance
at
Tatel
were
above
average.
The
setting
provided
a
pleasant
atmosphere,
albeit
it
did
little
to
make
up
for
the
shortcomings
in
service
and
timing.
Considering
our
experience,
it
is
difficult
to
rate
Tatel
higher
than
a
2-3
stars
restaurant.
The
lack
of
well-trained
staff,
the
mishandling
of
timing,
and
the
overall
underwhelming
service
detracted
significantly
from
what
could
have
been
a
more
enjoyable
brunch
experience.
While
Tatel
may
have
potential,
improvements
in
service,
staff
training,
and
better
adherence
to
advertised
timings
are
necessary
to
elevate
it
to
the
level
of
excellence
expected
from
a
dining
establishment.
