Stayed here twice. Very good location and next to the Old Post Office fish boil. Both first floor and second floor rooms have view of the lake. It has a private lakefront area where you can swim and enjoy the view in summer. The room is spacious and well equipped with a small kitchen area. My favorite part is the pool and jacuzzi. This is the best choice of hotel at this price range in Ephraim.

Lovely hotel, VERY relaxing to stay here. We liked the pool and hot tub, and loved the balconies and greenspace for watching the sunset. We were only able to stay 1 night, and it was amazing and much appreciated that they were able to accommodate our short stay, as most places require 2/3 night minimums certain times of the year. So so happy we stayed here; we look forward to coming back when we have more time.

Very cool little hotel. Vintage look and feel. Great pool and hot tub with a cute game room and play area. Best part is the private dock and beach area.

First time being there and great experience! Everything was very clean, both inside and outside. The grounds were beautifully taken care of. Beautiful view of the waterfront. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Room was clean, updated. On ground level with walkout to greenspace overlooking the water. We LOVED that! The bathroom was clean and updated, but not handicap accessible--tub was high. This was a last minute stay, so was literally the only room available. In future, I'd request a handicap accessible for my parent. Would definitely stay again for the location and cleanliness!

This was a great lodging option for my first visit to Door County. Ephraim is a cute sleepy town. I loved the private water overlook area with chairs. The rooms were good. We enjoyed the hot tub. There is no elevator that I am aware of so keep that in mind for accessibility purposes. Bring quarters and soap if you want to do laundry, though the front desk did have change and soap available to purpose!

Such a great location to all things Door County. Our room was exactly what we needed for 2 people, nothing more nothing less. Extremely clean and very affordable. If you're second guessing staying here, don't, it was such a great experience!

My family enjoyed this resort so much! Location is fantastic with water access right across the street. Rooms were big, very clean, and cozy. We loved the pool, playground and hot tub. Staff was so kind and hospitality was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

We got a suite and it was lovely with plenty of room and a private bedroom. I really liked having a private balcony as well. Many nice outdoor amenities such as a grill, outdoor gas firepit, and adirondack chairs around the firepit. Very close to restaurants and other great Door County small towns for shopping and eating and enjoying the lakes. Will stay here again in the future if we visit this area again.

We were lucky to find an open room for a single night and the price was reasonable for the area so we took it. We have no complaint about the room other than that with it being an older building and all wood frame construction, when you get an inconsiderate guest above you like we had, one who walks heavily and seemed to be constantly pacing as late as midnight when we were trying to sleep, it makes for an unpleasant experience. We were constantly being woken up to the sound of thunderous footsteps that never seemed to stop. Also, the mattress seems quite cheap where when my wife would move or roll, the entire bed would shake and I would wake up. The room was clean and well maintained and otherwise quiet, and in a very convenient location, right across from the water. I would stay here again but perhaps on the 2nd floor or in the hopes that whoever was above us was not stomping around so late.

Great little place - very grateful we found it & will be back! Clean & kind- the two most important things. Very clean & well kept. A bit dated but we enjoyed it tbh & was very affordable. Wonderful location with lots of seating on the waterfront. Pool & hot tub with games, a treadmill & restaurant on site. Great location for other nice restaurants & wine bars. 7 min drive from Sister bay & the national park. We loved it here & will be back.

The room was so clean. Well kept. The bathroom was so up to date and spotless. Our view looked right across the street of Lake Michigan. They had chairs out on the pier for us to enjoy the scenery.

Ephraim Shores is so clean and the rooms are spacious!!!!! Everyone is so friendly and careing. They have an awesome restaurant on the second level called Sunset Harbor Grill and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner !!!! Ephraim Shores has the most beautiful view of the sunsets🌞 For my husband and I it's our home away from home❣❣

SUPER clean location. Rooms were clean, well stocked, and large. Beautiful location with seating across the street right next to the Bay. Very quiet, good parking, and very friendly staff. Loved the amenities offered to guests.

We had a nice one night stay here. The rooms were clean. There wasn’t an elevator so if you have a lot of luggage you have to carry it upstairs. We enjoyed the sunset across the street at their private sitting area. The sheets were soft. We would have liked a room with a view of the lake and not the back parking lot but it was only a one night stay so it was fine.

This was our first trip to DC. We were very pleased with our lodging: reasonable rate, comfortable room, excellent location, spectacular views of Eagle Harbor sunsets. Breakfast at on-site restaurant is tasty, and staff is friendly. Very clean rooms, public areas, and grounds!! We'd stay here again.

✔ Excellent location - All major Door County attractions are within a 10-15 minutes drive! ✔ Impeccably clean rooms - Clearly reflects the love and care in maintaining this property! ✔ Private beach - Walk across the street to a lovely waterfront with gorgeous sunset views! ✔ Uber friendly staff - Buffy and her team are amazing and so welcoming! ✔ Value for money - Trust me, you won't get a better deal in this area for these rates! Ephraim Shores Resort checks all the boxes a traveler would look for. This was our first trip to Door County and our stay at this resort truly made it memorable! Highly recommended and deserves 5++ stars! Kudos and thank you!

The room was SO clean, it was great! Really comfy armchairs too. The waterfront deck was very nice early in the mornings and the location was perfect, right next to several great restaurants.

The price was good, and the rooms, while a little “older” were quite clean. Nice pool and hot tub, as well as a billiards table and some pinball machines in the game room. Overall would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay at an affordable price point.
