I love this hotel a lot because of their kindness good food fresh and clean rooms but above all their very nice and old buildings. The blend of medeval buildings and modern luxury are great

My wife and myself enjoyed very much our dinner in the courtyard of this charming hotel dating from 1610. One could select from two menues and also switch in between them. Both appetizers (Tartare and salon) were beautiful in its presentation and sublime in developping different saveurs. Both maincourses and deserts were equally excellent. We will certainly come back to this beautyful hotel and its restaurant.

The highlight is definitely the House itself and it’s decor. Like Scandinavian design merged with German. 17th century building in immaculate condition. Food was pretty good (traditional local dishes). Service staff were very friendly. The staff were diverse in culture and background which is incredible.

From first to last impression - WOW! Such a rare find. A beautiful place with fine detail. Not only was the service friendly (and good English), they went above and beyond. We decided to stay an additional night in order to dine in the restaurant. We failed to reserve a table in advance on the first night and they were completely full. So plan in advance, call and make reservations! My wife and I each had a 5 course menu. We loved it. We both enjoy fine dining and the Hoerhof will rank easily as one of our best experiences. To top it off, they called and made all changes to our itinerary. That is SERVICE! Thank you Hoerhof.

Great location, very quiet. Good meeting room we used for our customer meeting (with good Wi-Fi coverage, projector, drinks and snacks served through the meeting time). But my room was small, without desk and part of the mansarde (so it had part of the wood structure Inside). Still comfortable but not 4 stars comfortable.

Very authentic and lovely hotel with a restaurant. Rooms are comfortable but no ac and don't expect modern amenities. There is wifi but not everywhere. The parking is free and right next to the hotel (GPS Seelbacher Strasse). Restaurant is really good and great selection of wine. Breakfast is wonderfull but i found it strange to pay 1.80 euro for a coffee. Not recommended if you have younger children.

Very beautiful Tudor style half timbered building but very modern rooms. Good Wi-Fi. Quiet just a 5 minute walk from the center of the town.

Hotel Hoerhof is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are friendly, the service is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious enough. Breakfasts simple and delicious. There is good parking. Idstein is a lovely scenic town and the hotel had a charming 16th century feel. Extremely restful. Thoroughly recommended. We were sad to leave.
