I have been attending this Bikram Yoga practice since Jan 2015 - it is the cleanest facility I've experienced so far, the staff are very friendly; and the membership options are more cost effective than other places that I have been a member of. The owners have a high standard - and there is also adequate parking available nearby (both free and payable car parks). Highly recommend doing the introduction offer to realise the benefits.

Yin Yoga on a Friday evening is the perfect closure to a busy week, great atmosphere.

Great place ! Great yoga instructor ! Superb facilities! Hot yoga is so much more relaxing for your muscles but expect to work up a sweat and take plenty of water. Looking forward to my next yoga session - highly recommended 5 star

I've been going here for 4 years. They have a number of different classes although the Bikram yoga suits me best. Even that is taught by different teachers all of whom care about ensuring every student has a worthwhile class. The mens showers are a bit hit and miss with the water being either too hot or cold but overall I'm very happy I found this studio.

I absolutely love this place . Staff at reception are super lovely and friendly , studio is always so clean. Sharon and Bernadine are amazing teachers . Always feel amazing after every class . Would highly recommend this place !

Fabulous teachers - professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Studio could do with a clean especially carpets. Heating is very hot & miss as is the showers

Hot Yoga Essex is like my second home. Smart studio with kind staff and excellent teachers. I love Bikram and HYE has plenty of classes for me to enjoy. My happy place ❤. Martina
