Have been going to this place for LHR and it’s been great! However I recently had a Cryolipolysis session with them that’s meant to be 1 hour long as stated on their website and it was shortened to 30 minutes due to some difficulties with the equipment and the technician stating that they’re lessening the length of treatments in general. The lack of initial transparency here was saddening as I saw no results from this session and more especially because the treatment I understood I was paying for was meant to be 1 hour long instead of half the time.

Always a lovely experience coming to YoungLDN. Peaceful, the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome with a lovely smile. In a amazing location so you can combine with some luxury shopping and lunch along Westbourne Grove. I had my first EMFACE treatment with Roxanne who is so welcoming and professional . This included a hand massage during treatment and a lovely facial massage after the treatment. I can see the results already, nasal labial lines less deep, cheek and jowl lifted. Amazing.

I had a medical pedicure preformed by Gosia. She was not only friendly and welcoming but very professional as well. My feet feel and look wonderful .

Fantastic Japanese manicure and pedicure experience with Charlotte. The treatment was phenomenal, left my nails feeling like they’ve been reborn ( :) ). Also wonderful venue and team, very welcoming, helpful and great service all around. Will definitely be back soon for a repeat.

Booked in for an Aqua Pure Hydra Facial with Grace. She was empathic, enthusiastic, informative, thorough and efficient. Made the whole experience very pleasant. Would happily book in again to see her for future treatments.

Indre was an excellent facialist who understood my skin concerns without making uncomfortable comments. I left that facial feeling rejuvenated, and my skin looks brighter, youthful, and clearer. A very pleasant experience. Thank you!
