Overpriced food(for this poor quality)and mandatory service charge. I asked twice to remove the service charge and the waiter said that service charge goes to the kitchen and can’t be removed(?!) You go there with big expectations because the whole restaurant and menu looks good from outside but the food is nothing like American Grill. Very disappointing!

Wow. This place is amazing! I wish I had visited sooner! The food was amazing and you 100% get what you pay for. The food was high quality too. I had the muscles and my boyfriend had the burger, and we both had no complaints. The starter and desserts were really good also! The owners are really polite, friendly and helpful which really complimented the experience. My only criticism was that my chair/bench was too high up and our table was a bit too close to the bar. But, that’s just my personal preference and didn’t affect my experience. Will definitely be returning - loved every moment.

We found this restaurant by chance. We were going for Italian, however, the restaurant next door only served pizzas. Famished, we looked to see what was nearby and found this GEM! From entry, the staff were all welcoming and friendly. The food! OMG! Taste buds were doing fireworks! Every bite was explosive. However, go with an appetite, the serving sizes are quite generous. The staff were amazing. They were attentive down to the last detail and quite pleasant with their service. Will definitely visit again!

Wanted some meat on Sunday night, so walked into this Grill restaurant. The lamb cuttles was delicious, I had them medium well done, tender but no blood, just right for me. T-bone was not as good as lambs, the meat itself was less juicy; the peppercorn sauce was very plain. Service was really good.

One of the best tex-mex style restaurants in Greenwich town centre. Independently owned, value for money and the portion sizes are incredibly! Definitely recommended if in the area

One of our favourite places to go when we go to London through out the year husband and i 3rd time - the service is fantastic food is quality now is one of our routine places to go when we down from Scotland and all 3 times they have kept up with the fantastic service and food! Definitely recommend going lovely place in a great area too! Carlos was great and friendly and the staff was great on point and always had smile which was great.

We decided to check out this joint with my family of four fully grown adults. We breezed right in, off to a promising start. The service was alright, but let's just say it didn't exactly blow our socks off (especially considering the cheeky service charge they slipped onto my bill!). The food had that impressive look, and it was decent enough in taste, but I wouldn't call it mind-blowing. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, I paid the bill and the machine had the audacity to ask if I wanted to leave a tip (yeah right, like I would tip for average service and a delayed bill). Lo and behold, when I later examined the bill, I discovered a whopping £12.43 service charge! Talk about a proper annoyance. I mean, seriously? The food and drinks already have an insane markup, and don't forget we have those minimum wage laws here in the UK. Come on, folks. Stop playing these sneaky games. If you need more money, just jack up your prices. And let's not even get started on asking for a tip. It's just taking the Mick, isn't it?

I was looking to pass time before checking into my hotel and needed a bite to eat. I was greeted at the door kindly and sat immediately. Stuck between two drinks I couldn’t decided which one I wanted, so I asked the manager waitress, who gave me the recommendation. Said recommendation was spot on and delicious. I ordered stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and Cod & Chips for my meal. Little disappointed I missed the lunch special for fish & chips as the portion I ordered was sizable and nearly full before it ever came. Everything tasted great, great service, clean restroom, etc. I’d happily go back.

We ordered chicken and veg tacos along with veg loaded nachos. It was really delicious. I would recommend everyone who loves to have Mexican food.

Have been here a few times. Really good cocktail selection and tasty food. I didn’t have chips as I wasn’t overly hungry but I saw other patrons eating them and my mouth was watering so I’ll be back next time with an empty stomach!

Our favourite restaurant in London great location centre of Greenwich. A must try the Burgers and Nachos are delicious. We came twice for Dinner very welcoming from the moment we entered Fantastic service. A family run business where you always want to come back. Highly recommended the Burgers lots of Vegetarian options they even added extra Halloumi cheese for me. Came to the restaurants twice will be recommending to all my family and friends. Thank you to the Managers excellent Hosts my favourite place feels like Home from Home. We love the Buffalo Team in Greenwich. Great Food Great Service with A Smile.

Beautiful restaurant with lovely atmosphere and the best servers. All the young gentleman working there were always around, making sure everything was okay, super service! Food is very tasty and the portions are big! The onlyrr deduction of star for food is that my sweet potato fries were way too overcooked, it besides that everything was lovely!

Overall not a bad experience. We ordered a starter, which was missed off the order, however, when the mains came we were suprised by the size of the meals, and pleased we didn't have the starter. The food itself was well presented, however the taste was a little bland. The staff were friendly.

We stopped here for a late lunch while on a Thames River cruise to Greenwich. Decent price and fast friendly service. Enjoyed beef fajitas and beef burritos. Both very good, lots of fresh tastes with coriander, salsa and guacamole. Hand drier needs fixing in the gents.

food is more than excellent . service is 5 stars the staff are so lovely and friendly we enjoyed our meal and time and they are dog friendly 😍😍😍 very high recommended. I will come back again 100% and I will bring my family and friends

Omg the portion are Monster portions..we made the mistake of ordering sides because we couldn't eat all. This was the most tender and amazing steak I had in London. Nothing compare with the steak houses that we have been to. The quality is amazing, atmosphere cozy and relaxing, staff very relaxed and informal (as it looks like a family business). This will be our only place to eat steak from now on. Just amazing 👏

OK food but disappointingly small portion and service. I ordered main dish: lamb ribs with sweet potato fries. I was asked how I want the steak and I told medium rare. The steak was prepared somewhere between medium well and well done. Also, look at the portion of the steak. Four bite sized pieces. I expected at LEAST double the amount of the meat. When the waitress asked me how was everything at the end of our meal I said the steaks were not medium rare and that the portion was laughably small. She spoke with the chef and they were kind enough to offer us a free dessert, or anything else we would like. This made me feel cared for and I felt a sense of fairness. At the same time, we were quite pressed with time so we couldn't stay to consume something else. When the chef heard that, he personally came to our table and apologized for the situation. He expressed his wish that we had said something at the beginning of our meal so that he could rectify the mistake. I totally see his point and I would totally do that next time. On the other hand I feel it was the waiter's responsibility to check in at the beginning of the meal. My friend ordered the chicken burger. Unfortunately I don't have the picture, but he said that "it was OK". The bun looked very unappetizing and factory made to me, but take my opinion with a grain of salt since I haven't tried his burger.

A big thank you to Buffalo staff who accommodated my friends and I after our graduation. We had not planned in advance, rocked you to buffalo in a large group and the staff did a great job in hosting. The nachos are amazing! 😍, & the burger tasted so fresh. I must admit I didn’t have high hopes because of the large palette of food but the food was really good. Thanks so much again Buffalo!

the fish and chip was amazing! the portion was big enough for us, mostly the chef was really passionate about the food and the waitress was friendly. if you are in Greenwich, definitely worth coming to check it out!

Visited on a Saturday night, very busy & easy to see why. Great atmosphere, good music & welcoming staff. Food & drinks top drawer. For the starter we had garlic bread & loaded potato skins. For the main, we ordered 2 large T-Bone steaks, delicious with both jacket potato & fries options. For a vegan main, we had vegetable burrito without the cream cheese, bursting with ingredients & flavour with a nice side salad. For dessert we had Irish coffee, chocolate cake & the best churros I have tasted. Good choice of cocktails & the milkshakes were nice & thick. A great night had by all, will visit again.
