    I go there for general teeth cleaning. I was not impressed the first time but the second time. The Indian lady dentist over there did a great job.

    Absolute scums. I called the dental clinic for a dentist appointment I was told I was going to have after waiting 2 years on the “waiting list” to only be told I wasn’t even on there… my gums at this stage are so inflamed, bleeding and so sore to the point of infection. I called reception and explained my situation and they were happy to book me in for an emergency appointment due to the bleeding and pain. I get to my appointment, paid my fee and waited. The dentist called me up and took me in. She had a look at my teeth and asked what the emergency was. I explained how I hadn’t been called in for my so called “waiting on the list appointment” and I was well overdue for a clean to the point where I was in excruciating pain, bleeding and inflammation in the gums. She then lightly dabbed a sharp dental tool and said “there is no bleeding therefore this is not an emergency I can’t proceed the appointment”. How absolutely disgusting of this dentist completely ignoring the fact that I’m in so much pain and on the brink of infection, she tried to remove me from the room as quick as she could. I then asked for my money back if they wanted to be gronks and cancel my appointment, they wouldn’t even give me back my money for a service I WAS MEANT TO RECEIVE but didn’t end up receiving. I am a low income earner who cannot afford a private dentist let alone a public one who STEALS money from someone who’s just been removed for their appointment. HOW APPALLING AND DISGUSTING. All of their dentists are very minimal English and are just so rude. THIEVES, DOGS AND SELFISH GRONKS. AVOID!!!!! Used to be my go to dentist from a child, will never allow any of my family members to deal with such ignorant, unethical people.

    Really disappointed, made me wait all day only to be seen and told they could do nothing for me. I don't recommend to even bother going there they see you and say go to a private dentist anyhow. Highly dissatisfied and left in pain.

    Had to wait over a year to acess public dental services, when they called I was genuinely confused and suspected a scam, but that is a funding issue. In any case, all of the staff from the reception to the dentist and the assistants were absolutely fantastic. I feel very fortunate to have had the service. Thanks

    A company that’s defence mechanism is to shift blame on the customer and does not actually care about them at all. The amount of times I’ve heard from multiple relatives & acquaintances of similar occurrences happening should have been enough to deter me from this place, but I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. Not only has this place stuffed me around multiple times, with dentists canceling appointments (10-20 mins) before the actual appointment (how am I supposed to answer the phone if I’m already driving to you?), they also stuffed up my tooth, causing me more pain, then proceeded to blame the issue on me, forcing me to spend money on a problem that they further caused. You get thrown around between different dentists every single time so you’re almost set up for failure because they have no idea who you are or what is actually wrong. They judge the problem off of whatever two words the previous dentist left in the notes, and then expect the next one to solve it. I’m not one to leave reviews ever, let alone out of angst, but this place is absolute garbage and you’ve got another thing coming if you think I’ll be coming back to this facility ever again or recommending this practice to ANYONE.

    Wendy is by far one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. Everything from the conversations to the relaxing music, you can tell she cares for her patients and does her best to ensure they leave with a smile. If every dentist was like Wendy then the dentistry industry would be perfect

    Dpv health dental Epping was the worst, Waited nearly 5 hours from 8 to 1. Then they called my name out to tell me to go to lunch and come back and wait again.. Walked out, said I won’t be back. 👎👎

    I'm sick and tired of calling up half an hour b4 closing time to just stay on hold and the phone disengage after hours! They have alot more administration workers than they do doctors!!!! Why not do your job or let someone else do the job your suppose to or better still PUT THE RIGHT HOURS ONLINE

    I used DPVs private service for a wisdom tooth extraction. A few days later I was still in extreme pain. They were unable to follow up on the problem. The best they could offer was a review in a week time. The reason being, I'd used their private service and not public. I had to go elsewhere to a gp then later on to emergency dental service. Not a good experience. Very disappointing that they do not cover their workmanship and assist clients when there is a problem.

    Went here today so disgraceful my 6 year old has a absus on her tooth and was in alot of pain they said it needed to come out but u cant fit her in yet also I had to sit there and wait for a cancellation to come up or wait till Friday to have it pulled not good enough if a adult had to have a tooth pulled u would do it yea but not on a child disgraceful much waste of time and money

    Poor customer service. My mum has had the last two appointments cancelled last minute when she had already arrived at the clinic. She is a pensioner and had to pay for taxi to go back home and had no procedure done. You have to understand people accessing public dental services are financially vulnerable and making them pay to come to the clinic and then cancel is really poor. She now needs to wait for another 5 weeks to see a dentist and has teeth missing and struggling to eat. This is a sad affair of the public dental system.
