The team at dental one are incomparable. The receptionists are so kind and welcoming, and really make you feel at ease. Dr William Yu is fantastic, so patient caring and understanding. They are an awesome team and should be really really proud. The new office is also stunning! They were so so reassuring and helpful with removing my wisdom tooth that I was super nervous about. I highly recommend Dental One Epping! Mira is an amazing dental clinician! She was so kind, gentle and caring. I appreciated her patience as I asked my many questions. She made me feel so safe, heard and comfortable. This is really important to me as I usually feel anxious going to the dentist. The ladies at reception (Nora & Bianca) were also so sweet, friendly and helpful. They took the time to go above and beyond in explaining the treatment plan to me and even printed it out for me. They also took the time to find me a suitable appointment.

Genuinely pleased with my experience here. The clinic was clean, wait time reasonable. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Most importantly the dentist made me feel comfortable and did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. Also payment went smoothly, no out of pocket which was a big plus.
