Northern Heart Clinic - Worst experience ! I waited an 1hr and 50 minutes only to be told theres been double bookings and that the cardiologist has a very important meeting to attend and therefore they needed to reschedule my appointment for the following month. Not only did my pregnant self wait for nearly 2 hrs to be seen, i was after told i had to leave or wait for the doctor to go attend her meeting and come back. What a joke! Like thats not enough i had the receptionist tell me i was being rude for asking for my right to be seen by any doctor as i a booked appointment from a month beforehand. Very disappointing. They put me through a lot of stress and waisted my valueable time.

Always running late, what's the point of booking an appointment at 9 when you don't get seen till 10:00

I lost prescriptions I asked for another one they said I have to pay $69.00 to see the GP what a ripoff people.?! I changing them I will go to somewhere else

Very poor service. Trying to call them since yesterday nearly took 4hrs to get through! And when the service desk answers her response was I have been to their clinic only once since last 12 months so couldn't let me to see a doctor. So if we feel fit and healthy for a year they won't let us visit our gp. I asked her what is the suggestion then. And she put me on hold again and hanged up 😡 Even though my gp was very nice they need to fix their phone service.

I have tried about every phone number to this place and normally it's just a busy tone, but this time it just said "Thank you Good bye"

Hours of waiting, poor attention from doctor, horrible booking appointment service, I really don't recommend this medical centre at all. And I'll never come back to this place.

This used to be a great place, and you could make appointments to see your preferred doctor you trusted. But over the last 2 years they started pushing you off to anyone that is free. they are now all about a quick buck, and forget about people care.

Whilst the Reception Staff were helpful & Professional unfortunately, I cannot say I have the same feeling for the Doctor I was seeing (was referred to). I would not recommend for certain Cases. If possible, do your Homework & use your own regular Doctor/Clinic if circumstances allow & you have one other than here.

I mainly want to give a mention to Jo who works in the reception area and deals with appointments and the public. This afternoon I arrived without an appointment because I had previously had walk in X-rays. Jo proceeded to fit me in and was so pleasant and accommodating. She really is a credit to your Medical centre.

I went in last night iwith back spasms it was packed I started having a panic attack so the lovely lady at the desk put me in the treatment room which was fantastic and quiet while I waited so thank you for helping the nurse was super nice and friendly 10-10

Worst clinic I have ever been too... had my appointment cancelled and also delayed too also poor customer service from both the doctor and the receptionists... especially after trying to call one of the doctors. This happened to me more than once and left a few messages only to not have them not answered.. I never going back there again I am very disappointed I strongly suggest for people not to go you will be wasting your time like me...

Services are average from past experience, but they need better phone operators. They are not trained to speak to sick people. One and a half star worth maybe.

The Worst gp clinic in town. Always have to wait for hours if you present in the clinic just for only less than 10 minutes review by the doctor. If u do Telehealth same situation happened and just looking at the phone wait for call for ages.
