I'm giving 2 starts instead of one just because Carmen and Serkan are excellent people and did their best to give everyone the best stay they could. I only spent 3 months there and didn't have functional internet almost everyday. I paid premium service and got a room without the most important thing a student needs: internet. Like everything with "middle men", I paid for a service and don't care who's fault it is. Whoever I'm paying for it should provide it or refund the cost of the service. I paid for the entirety of the time I was there without a single discount despite not having functional internet.

I've been living in ILive Campus Living Darmstadt since the first of January and generally, I am very satisfied about the managing of the building, specially from Serkan and Carmen side. The building it's new and there are still some issues not solved, specially with internet connection, which is giving quite truble. In addition, the loggia is not designed properly and fully isolation from noise and temperature is not achieved. However, overally the building is quite nice with useful facilities. The rooms are cool and the comunity is very welcoming, creating a nice atmosphere!

I've been living here in ILive Darmstadt since the 16th of February. The place itself is really nice, just like the people living there and the managers. There are events, usually about to times per month, which are well thought through and organized by our community managers. If you want to move out, but still wanna have people around you, it's the way to go. ILive is also just a 10 minute walk away from the Darmstadt trainstation, and a 7 minute drive from the city center. The only problem I had so far is the Internet connection, which is quite weak, or just completely gone sometimes.

The Room is great and Carmen is nice.

Well, the internet always breaks. Sometimes twice a week. It’s really annoying when people have to work from home or having important meetings. It always has been a problem and lasts so long!! Why can not the managers solve that once for all?!

Carmen and serken are very helpful, and provide a enjoyable stay. One issue is is not steady internet which I am sure they are trying to improve. Update, it seems internet is fixed :)
