This place is GORGEOUS and very well maintained. The staff were all friendly, even to an *Ausländer* like me. The cold shower/waterfall is a delight after any of the different themed saunas. You can rent a towel to sit on in the saunas for 2 or 3 euro, or bring your own towel/robe. About half the areas inside the complex are with swimming suit; the saunas, unsurprisingly, are nude. The restaurant was had very quick service and I had a pretty tasty Schnitzel. You can eat inside or outside. Pro tip- Eat outside and enjoy the view of rolling countryside hills with a castle tower looming in the distance. Parking is plentiful and also very well maintained. —I’m including an English translation of the COVID-related rules posted outside the front door for all my English homies, if you’re reading this while that’s still relevant.—

Due to renovation work, more than half of the whole location is closed off. This information was not clearly legible on your website. Nevertheless we had to pay full price in advance, because you can’t purchase tickets at arrival. We tried to get our money refunded today when we arrived, but were only offered a gift certificate or champagne vouchers. I find it outrageous and shameful how you handled this situation and how you deal with your customers. I wrote your service department an email after this experience today and asked for a refund. You did respond quickly, but I was only met with excuses and no willingness to cooperate. This business is a scam and should pay a price for it. A real shame, because the pool itself is a beautiful place with a lot of potential. I don’t usually write complaints about anything but in this case, I will let everyone know what you’re doing, on any platform necessary.

Hello Management Team, I am Nayak from India, It’s superb place to enjoy with family and friends. Surving drinks during spa time it’s very good idea for enjoyment. Also thanks to whole team for keeping well cleaned👌😊

Wonderful location! But, the customer care services is a big mistake! (no one answers the phone, email sent with delay and then, with heavy language). I lost my time and my voucher’s value trying to change the date of a reservation . Customer care services are the Achilles heel of this wonderful complex.

Love it! Love it! Love it! It was a fantastic experience. Beautiful surroundings. One side is like a beech. Live music. Cocktails. Food. Good water temperature. Enjoy!

One of the better places of such type in Germany. Saunas were absolutely amazing, lots of variety, spacious, clean. Ceremonies and rituals were fun, everyone was very professional. Pools are also clean, great water temperature, the pool bar to enjoy drinks while soaking in water is fun! Plenty of places to relax and lay down, again - clean and well maintained. Food options are not that great, but not terrible too. Get a full-day pass, it's worth not rushing anywhere. If you want to spend only 3-4 hours there, come late in the evening, people start to leave at around 19 o'clock. Overall, I can only recommend visiting this place if you enjoy activities as these.

Amazing place but unhelpful staff. As a couple we booked online 2 tickets for VIP lounge. When we arrived we got 2 separate beds 10 meters apart. We asked 2 staff members if we could get 1 double bed, we were told that they are fully booked and there is nothing they can do, without even looking into the computer. Guess what, at least 3 double beds around us were unoccupied all day. We didn't even get champagne that was included in the 130 Eur tickets price. Not cool.

The place and the facilities are really beautiful! Very clean and great options of health food. What disappointed me is that my 04 hours package ended up at 2:45pm and I had a massage booked for 3pm. They didn’t allow me to check out and just wait for my massage but I had to pay extra hour for waiting for my massage and for the time I had the massage so something like an hour.. why charge me for therme facilities when I did not use it anymore?

We went on weekdays without reservations, but i think reserve the ticket is cheaper. everything is fine. Some tropical vibes in the pool, good to chill

This place was unreal! We spent about 9 hours there and didn’t even see everything. It was fantastic. There was no expense spared to build this bath. It was stunning and I couldn’t even list all the things.. it was grandiose and I want to go back 🤯🥰

Great vibe, no screaming kids and a very clean, well maintaned pool. Had a great time! Tickets are too expansife for a weekly visit but I will definitely return.

Very nice place to spend a relaxing day. The staff is super friendly and everything is clean. The layout makes sense and offers a lot of room to relax and have fun in the water. Especially the opening roof is great to allow for some fresh air in the summer. Saunas are great, with good variety, amazing themes, enough space, and a nice outdoor area. It's worth visiting for the Sauna alone. I highly recommend also booking the "lounge area" if you want a really special day. They are relatively expensive but a perfect place to retreat and unwind between activities. I especially appreciate the staff putting a fan in there to help cool down on a very hot day. We had an old voucher from 2021 where we couldn't attend due to covid, and it worked nicely. They have fair policies for canceling or moving reservations (that's also important these days) Overall, it was a great place to be, a bit expensive but totally worth it.

Therme Spa is a great concept - real paradise spa. But don´t even think to get in to Thermen & Badewelt Sinsheim if you are a) foreigner, b) under 16 years old. Buy tickets online well in advance, don´t expect to get any customer service.

A big spa beautifully decorated with plants. The bar in the water is a great feature. Everything is great. One minus is that it gets pretty busy.

We spent literally the entire day! It was a Friday and it was amazing, not many kids, super relaxing!! Food is affordable and really tasty! I will be back! I wanted a massage but you have to book it with a lot of time because they’re always booked!!

Was only on the sauna side. Amazing, I spent 8 hours here today. Had a delicious Greek Salad for lunch. One of the best things, if you don't pre reserve your own chairs, they have plenty for you to use. Because once you get up, you take all your stuff with and put it on a shelf. This means the chairs are rotating all the time. How many other Saunas you go to and no chairs because everyone has their towel on but aren't using it. Highly recommend!!!

It is a great place to stick I for the whole day. In the morning, the waiting in line lasted 30 mins, but in the afternoon, there was no line at all. Warm food in cafeterias, cold drinks in the pool bars. Nice performances in the saunas and entertainment in the large pool. At our visit, the wine barrel saunas were not available, but the rest were fully functional

Wonderful place for relaxation. It is extremely clean! You can find a free lounger because the employees keep kindly removing the towels of the guests who are not occupying the chairs at the moment - you can always find a free spot when you come back because of that, but it would be best if you would remove your things before leaving for the water. The restaurant is great, and so is the general atmosphere of the place!

Highly recommend. Please, if you have a spare day whilst visiting this part of Germany I ask you to come here. This is a once in a lifetime experience and not much else like this place exists in Europe. I strongly recommend you get the whole package with the saunas and the pools as they're a lot of fun and relaxing. Make sure you bring a towel!!

Definitely suggesting to my friends when they visit from out of country! Customer service was great. There were a couple people in front of us in line that had to return to their cars to get something they forgot but overall, very efficient line. The entire facility was very clean. I’m most surprised by how affordable it was. I got the daily special today for lunch. €10 worth of Turkey curry. The macaroni and cheese was also very good. The typical cocktail was around €8 and my radler was less than €5. My two year old daughter was with us and absolutely loved the water. It stays warm enough for extended trips to the pools and the outdoor pool still felt great with high winds at 12*C. Will return again in the future.

This is a lovely spa to spend a day relaxing. This place is pricey, but worth a stay. (You can save money by going on a week day.) There are a selection of pools indoor and outdoor, saunas, hot water baths, an affordable restaurant and wellness opportunities like peeling. I recommend!

Well done facility, I would totally recommend. Few things to improve: - food was not great; - if you don`t book a bed, you can occupy a free bed available. However, as soon as you stand up the staff would remove your belongings to liberate the bed. This caused us some discomfort especially seeing that there were enough free beds around.

Very nice experience especially the part where you go without swimsuit. The saunas were good. However the ques for the Aufguss were so long we could not try it. Food was 👍.

Amazing place with wide variety of activities and lovely atmosphere. Food there was also very delicious! To watch the sunrise while inside through the high glass - priceless! Worth visiting and highly recommended!

Great experience with a large and varied choice of relaxations such as salt-baths, sauna, warmer water indoor and outdoor pools with a bar, as well as a regular swimming pool. The place is very clean and has good and friendly service. It is a bit too pricey in my opinion (30€ per person for 4 hours, especially that you are spending some more money inside on drinks and snacks which are also on the slightly pricier end) but it is acceptable to come a few times per year at this price. The regular pool is very cheap though and if you want to just swim without access to the "spa" section then it is a really good price.

I was there on a week day and it was amazing. Not crowded, relaxing and polite and helpful staff. Only didn't like that the spa area was for nude people only, but that's how it is in Germany.

Fantastic place to relax: lots of different options for treatments and pools to use and the facilities are spotlessly clean and tidy! The outdoor pool and the salt bath are the best in my opinion, but it’s really nice indoors too with the well maintained plants.

Just an oasis for relaxing. This is one of the best spa varieties that I have tried. The bar is catering everyone and every mood. From coffee and cocktails (both alcoholic and non alcoholic). There is everything. If you want a massage or if you just want to relaxing swim. A refreshing time
