Four stars only because parking and exiting is an absolute nightmare, and the entrance for the normal seating is on the opposite side of the stadium. I saw Hoffenheim play Freiburg, and it was an excellent venue. Not super dirty or long lines for bathroom/concessions like at a HSV game back before they were demoted. Fan were great too.

Home team fans are boring and will leave the stadium 5 minutes early when the stand is 3:4. Not even all home places were full. No alcohol for fans.

Stadium is nice. Quite modern. Good view from nearly all seats. Downside is connectivity. Nearly no internet connection via mobile data possible. And leaving from the parking area is a nightmare. For a relatively new stadium this is really bad planning.

Took a stadium tour here. They don't have English speaking guides which is such a shame. Great arena. The fans are quite passionate too. Catch a good game like against Bayern Munich if possible

What an exceptional stadium, although Hoffenheim lost the match, against Leipzig, the atmosphere was something else! Easiest access ever, parking a plenty, well organised , a joy to attend a game! Although not a large stadium , capacity about 30000, today there were about 22000 visitors! Quite comfy and enjoyable! The wife loved the match! The officials did a great job! A well organised venue worth a trip!

Nice stadium. But the food options in the business side are very disappointing for vegetarians/vegans.
