Plentyfull parking, inside of shop was clean, but the bathrooms smelled so putrid that even washing your hands was unbearable.

Short stop from driving on the motorway. Half of the restaurant cordoned off, order takes a long time, quite expensive, dirty tables.

I love to eat at KFC even back home in the Philippines, because of their tasty gravy. So whenever I saw KFC here in Germany, I always stop and make sure to eat spicy chicken (since so far they are the only fast food that serve that) and their tasty gravy. I also make sure to take out atleast 5 extra gravy at home and a bucket of spicy chicken so I can eat it next day. While on the way back home to Friedrichshafen we saw this KFC in Sinsheim so we stop over and dine in, I ordred the normal bucket of spicy chicken and 5 gravy and I over heard that the one says that they dont have enough gravy so what they did I think is they just make it even the gravy for 5 cups even it is not enough you can see on the picture. So we say something that seems the gravy is not enough, then the cashier said it is how they fill it. We did not argue since we didnt see the other cups he filled in. So when we sat down, I checked all the gravy and crazy for the price we paid for this it is not worth of it. So I went back to them and show it and complained he called his supervisor or manager and he even said it is correct. I didnt argue but instead sent my complaint online. Like I said, I love eating in KFC so I know for sure how much gravy they are serving given the fact I pay for extra gravy. This store here in Sinsheim is folling their customers, thinking maybe that customer doesnt have any idea. Sadly even the manager is covering the mistake of their crew, you can simply say to me that you dont have enough gravy I would understand it. Why you need to lie just to make profit by lying to ur customers. It wouldnt make u rich nor the owner of the KFC by doing that. The crew had a mistake, i accept that but the manager covering up the mistake of his crew, that is unacceptable. How can your crews follow u if they know u urself is ok for lying to ur customers. So sad to think.

Waiting for 10 minutes. Two orders out of 12 are ready so far. Slowest KFC I’ve ever been to

The service and the atmosphere was great but that is where it ends. The fries were from yesterday the chicken was cold, in the soda ahead was water extremely down to the point where I said it just got some water. I mean how much rather have had rurecustomer service with great food. There should be a saying that they have the KFC name

Terrible service, we ordered veggie chicken bucket but received real chicken. Employees got annoyed when we raised the topic and did not care at all. Cold fries. They forgot sauce. Very dirty toilets. 1/5 terrible.

We‘re always having a great experience from this branch. Kudos to the manager on duty i am not sure if i remember his name correctly „Shafi“ for being accomodating, helpful and for providing execellent service👍

Worst KFC I've ever been to. Portions are ridiculous and the chicken was dry and terrible.

They dont know enough about options of the menu. They do not keen to solve the problems or demands.

I agree with other reviews , very very dirty and badly maintained toilets. And service was average .. i am not sure if they are giving away free food .. disaster for this KFC branch if this continues.

This place was awful sure tasted good, but out of all the KFC’s in Germany they serve the smallest food. 18€ for something worth about 5€ my fiancé who rarely ever complains was furious. When asking the staff why it was so small just responded rudely saying it is what it is. Also saw a review where they weren’t given their receipt. We didn’t get given a recipe either they kept it at the register even when the receipt was asked for.

Completely understaffed. 25 minutes wait to even place order. Two out of three restrooms broken. Fairly convenient location to Autobahn and easy parking. New and clean.

The KFC is next to the A6 highway, but only the McDonald's is on the traffic sign. The place is average, we had to wait a bit, but it's OK. What isn't that OK was that the tables weren't clean and the coke ran out from both machines and people had to wait quite long until someone came and refilled it (I, personally didn't have the patience
