Really cool place to come and chill with plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes around. Parking below but also easy to get to via bike or tram. My favorite is during the winter as they have ice skating around the statue and it is super cool with like Christmas food shops around serving sausage sandwiches and mulled wine.

A nice getaway place in Karlsruhe. We went after the new year and even then there were some Christmas market stalls open selling gluhwein which is rare to see. Had a very nice time.

When in Karlsruhl you must visit here. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and nearby is a botanical garden. Don't miss the free light show during the summer. I was there the first Sunday in September 2023 saw it but that was the last one for the season. Go early to walk around the castle and see the grounds before the lightshow.

Surroundings: huge space full of green area and life. During the summer plenty of people stay there relaxing, playing and talking. There an old fashion train, which you can use to know the whole area. The castle (or palace) is really big and create a beautiful view. The castle itself: it is a really well preserved construction. You can go inside and to the top, where you have a nice view of Karlsruhe. Also, there is always an exposition at the place about different topics (not permanent). If you go to Karlsruhe, it is definitely a "must go" place.

The place is worth a visit. I think in every City of Germany, there is a Schloss. With the different seasons, this place is used as productivity area, such as, im Winter, it has an Ice Skating area and some Weihnachtsmarkt.

This is an amazing place. The surroundings and the building is really beautiful. There is enough space to sit and relax in front of the palace. The kids will enjoy this as they have enough place to run and play. I have enjoyed my time here. I really recommend this place. It is a must visit if you are in Karlsruhe.

Its a very good and open space for you to walk, play with your kids and friends. During the summer you can see a kids train around the schlossgarten (palace garden). You can also buy the palace museum+tower view point ticket

I went there during summer it was very warm, do apply sunscreen. But overall a nice place to walk and see the palace and its gardens. The interiors of the place are also a good. If you are in Karlsruhe do stop by this pretty place.

Did not enjoyed Karlsrue. Dirty center, few cafes, actually nothing to do there. Palace is the only impressive place, however in my opinion not worth to include Karlsrue to South Germany round trip. Skip it. Go better and spend a day in Heidelberg and surrounnding attractions :-)

Nice light and music show. Plenty of people were coming to see this. Anyway those shows in Warsaw or Łódź are even more spectacular

A great place to leisure, read books, hang around with your loved ones. Some food/drink trucks around so you don't need to worry.

😐 Cute little park right in the city centre. You can lay down and rest here for a while at day time. Very relaxing. At night time this park is a hot spot for homosexuals.
