It is s new bazaar in Erbil, its name comes from the old Langa of Erbil. It consists of 6 buildings, each building had its own parking area. The New Langa is a night opened bazaar which means it opens after 3-4 PM till the midnight. You can buy followings there: personal care equipment, jewellery, clothes, shoes, medicine, carpet, Et cetera.

Well, it is hard to say, so u should try it ur self.
