Very good burgers, but for a quick dine in. The quality differs a bit on delivery so if you want to try it out do it in th3 restaurant. Quality of grilled meat and chicken is so good and the sauces are perfect!

Tasty burger and wings with different types of sauces but the place is small and very crowded and difficult to find available tables during meal times.

Served me reheated fries. Called the waiter and told him these fries are reheated please bring me new ones. He didn’t budge, push back or hesitate, took it and returned with new fries. This tells me he knew that for a fact. I did read a review say the exact same thing but thought it’s a one off. Apparently it’s not. 99Grill, cut this s*** bro. You’ve decided to serve burgers and fries. Do that. Don’t serve old/reheated burgers and fries. Oh and replace those silly small ketchup and mayo packs. Put real bottles of ketchup and mayo.

Overall it is very good , we ordered a diet meal steak A chicken burger Fries, chicken wing, and tinder chicken pieces They have different sauces you can ask with the order , if you ask for me it costs 500 IQD Although we asked for 2 more they only charged us for one . Highly recommended if you are into burgers I saw when they pack their orders , it was very organized and fast.. There inside and outside sitting , stool chairs inside . Although my order shouldve included fresh cola , they brought me can cola instead :(

Place is small and crowded, Customer service depends if you're a man or a woman, women get quick attention, men have to wait and remind the waiters about their order. The food is good and the prices match to the quality. The wings are tiny, don't waste money on it, but the tender is delicious and very good value 🤩

Small restaurant with very busy service, but as soon as the food arrives you forget every problem! Good price for great portion.

Been there couple of times, a menu with variety, delicious burgers and sauces but I don’t think I will be dining there anytime soon since the staff have been changed, you will sit there 20 minutes no one is there to take your orders and when you order it takes 30-40 minutes to get to your table and sometimes it never makes to the table plus they casually bring wrong meals and sauces, a complete disaster. I suggest they bring a better staff even if it hasn’t been changed. Nonetheless decent food and good location.

Tasty, fat size, juicy, delicious, clean, nice place for a quick snack, I would give 5 stars but they miss to provide knife to cut big burgers and would prefer to have real plates neither the plastic basket to have big burgers. Otherwise it's the best testy burger I had in Erbil, I rarely recommend places but this place amazing in service, staff, clean place, and reasonable price for what you get. Good job...

The food is soo good probably the best beef burger in all of Kurdistan and even the Middle East to be honest. The service was fine but I would’ve preferred more kurdish servers and the atmosphere is good too but there are too many people sitting at once so it feels so crowded.

A fast food restaurant in Erbil, dream city, the food was delicious, the service was great, staff are professional and respectful, the prices are reasonable, I recommend it.

I GAVE 3 starts for the atmosphere because it was too crowded yet not bad, but as personal preference, I'd like it more quiet overall was satisfactory.

To improve the ordering process, I recommend specifying that the entire order be delivered together to avoid any messiness. Unfortunately, I received my burger cold. However, despite this hiccup, they remain the best burger spot in town.

It was on my bucket list to visit this place so I went there a week ago, I don’t normally go to Dream city, I don’t like the vibe there, anyway first of all the place is so crowded and it is very hard to find a parking spot, However the staff were very nice and service was great, also the food was really good, it would be best if you go during the day where there is no traffic

Today’s burger was did not taste good! The bread was old, the meat was a little cold! As it was many people there! It took some time to get burgers! Hope they will do it better next time

The food is nice but the fries and the chicken burger were cold when served also they charge for an extra sauce which is kind of inconvenient. The prices are above medium

Absolutely best burgers I've had in Erbil, after trying out almost all burger places, this one just blew my mind with the quality of the food. Definitely recommend you try it. We had the Smoked burger and the brisket burger (can't recall the actual names) and they were both phenomenal. We ordered 2 Medium burgers, 1 small burger, 1 fries, 1 onion rings and 2 drinks and it cost us about 30,000 iqd.
