Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Und alles so locker, nicht immer das sterile Personal wie man das von Hotels so kennt. Appartement sehr großzügig. Die Schaukel im Zimmer hätte mehr zum TV gerichtet sein können und Balkonmöbel wären wünschenswert gewesen. Wir haben die Stühle von drinnen genommen. Alles gut.

Wir haben einen Kurzurlaub im Seminaris verbracht. Die Zimmer sind zwar nett eingerichtet aber sehr hellhörig, sodass man die Straße trotz geschlossener Fenster sehr laut hört. Ebenso die Gespräche im Flur. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, die Lage ist etwas abseits von der Innenstadt, es fährt aber ein Bus direkt vorm Hotel zur Stadt. Das Hotel ist eher für einen Kurzurlaub zu empfehlen. Aufgrund eines Wasserschadens in unserem Zimmer, mussten wir um Mitternacht das Zimmer wechseln, das war aber problemlos möglich.

Helpfull and friendly staff. A Very Nice room we were placed in. The breakfast buffet has everything one coukd want and both the Lunch and evening buffet has a lot to choose from.

I would have given zero stars if I could……. The hotel has no beverages or facilities inside the room, no air conditioning. The main point is, your valuables are NOT safe in the room, they removed all my valuables, passport, wallet, credit cards, iPad and a 50,000€ watch from the safe in my room, apparently the staff can understand the native language and went to the wrong room. It makes me now feel totally unsafe and apprehensive due to the lack of security in the hotel. The rooms are also over priced for what you get.

An der Salztherme SaLü und dem Kurpark gelegen. Mit dem Bus sehr gut zu erreichen, Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. In gut 10 Minuten ist man in die Altstadt gelaufen. Es gibt sicher schöner aussehende Hotels, aber viel wichtiger sind uns die inneren Werte. Das Seminaris ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Unser (Standard)Zimmer war sehr sauber, ebenso das Bad. Es gab einen großen Fernseher und die Betten waren prima. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Buffet wurde immer zeitnah aufgefüllt. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert! Gerne mal wieder...

The rooms had an amazing view through the balcony

Nice hotel, great rooms, not enough hooks in the bathroom, somewhat noisy up front if you want to leave the windows open at night, no air conditioning. Friendly staff, though the restaurant appeared to be understaffed.

Unser Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, die Betten OK, nur das Bad war sehr klein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur 1x war ich in der Bar irritiert, als 1 weibliche Servicekraft recht laut und vor allen Leuten jemanden zurechtwies, der es anscheinend nicht besser wusste. Der Standortist sowohl für Wellnessreisende als auch für Citytrips toll. Direkt neben der Therme und keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Hotel und Parkplätze stehen in der Tiefgarage ausreichend zur Verfügung. Ich komme bestimmt noch mal wieder.

An sich ein gutes Hotel für den Preis. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und das Design ist modern. Leider war das Servicepersonal im Restaurant, sagen wir, etwas unfreundlich und hat mich verdächtigt ich würde Essen stehlen wollen weil ich es mit auf's Zimmer nehmen wollte, weil es keinen Zimmerservice gibt. Danach habe ich noch Essen zurückgegeben und der Blick des Kellners sagte alles und hat es viel zu persönlich genommen, recht unprofessionell, die meisten Kellner können auch nur gebrochenes Deutsch. Hinzu kommt das im wirklich jedem Fenster Spinnen anzutreffen sind + auf dem Balkon. Dies zieht für mich die Qualität des Zimmers runter und das Reinigungspersonal gibt nicht 100%.

Sehr großes Hotel und freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Bett ist gemütlich. Das Frühstück war gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Ein schönes Hotel , sauber, freundlich, Innenstadt schnell zu Fuß erreichbar! Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, sind die Balkone des Hotels die nicht über eine Trennwand verfügen und man somit direkt mit Zimmernachbarn auf einem Balkon sitzt. Mag bestimmt nicht jeder !!

Älteres Haus mit modernen Standards. Zunächst: alle Mitarbeiter/innen waren sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles, was man für ein ausgiebiges Frühstück braucht; man kann damit auch das Mittagessen ausfallen lassen. Dass es mit der Nachtruhe nicht immer klappt kann man nicht dem Hotel anlasten, das hängt einfach von den anderen Gästen ab.

Everything was very clean and no noise at all. A bathroom and a separate shower. Ehm good but I didn't need it. Parking right across but costs additional 10 euro for a night. When I wrote this review they were busy adding more rooms in an additional building next to the old. It wasn't to disturbing. Tv only has German canals. Breakfast was good. There was little bread. There was a queue for the 1 working coffee machine. I didn't go to the public baths. Outside nearby is a nice park. Walking distance of city center. Very close to salt museum and an Indian restaurant.

Went to a banquet, rather ugly place lacking atmosphere, renovated recently in industrial look but stillor like construction site. Food was served cold, meat overcooked, service sloppy

Nice rooms, with good sights. Please visit the park next to the hotel, is very beautiful and it has a nice bar to have a nice capuccino next to the nature. So Recommended.

Great stay! The food in the restaurant were very good, but the restaurant should name the food in the buffet in English as well as in german. Despite that, my girlfriend and i had å great stay.

Great hotel! Nice location, very nice staff. Room is spacious and clean. Was very happy with this choice. Easy walking distance to buses and downtown.

Cost effective, maybe a little dated in places, but a pleasant stay. Nice buffet breakfast. Although strangely the bar shut for an hour between 7 pm and 8pm!

Rather average. Even though the rooms are alright (less lighting though), not renewing WiFi licences for the guests is a lame excuse. Approximately 10 min walk into the city centre is convenient though.
