We had a relaxing time for 2 hours in a private room. Everything was super clean, that’s 10/10. We could change the light settings, play our own music, order food/drinks without someone distracting us. You have to bring own towels, if it’s not included on your booking. Shampoo and body lotion is there. Starting and finishing time is strict so make sure to be there 15min in advance and also check the remaining time during spa. I gave 4 stars because the hair dryer was so annoying. It stopped after 30 seconds and I had to wait awhile to use another 30 seconds. So I gave up later and went home without drying my hair fully. Shower was the same. I pressed the button and it always ran for 30 seconds and I couldn’t even stop it to change to another one. Other than this everything was perfect.

The SPA zone is nice but does not justify the price. The service was really mediocre to bad and did not contribute to a "premium experience". Drink prices are pretty high and you are not allowed to bring your own water bottle for "hygienic reasons" - so they force you to buy your drinks there. I would not go again.

It’s a very cool and original idea. I invited my boyfriend for his birthday, we booked 4 hours for the premium package. It’s very clean, modern and digital. You can plug in you phone and listen to your playlist, charge the phone, order food digitally etc. I loved the water materass massage. The reason why I’m giving only 3 stars is because I originally booked some days before and paid with PayPal, but when I went there apparently there was a problem with the system and they couldn’t find my reservation. Because it was my present for my boyfriend’s birthday it was quite disappointing. Fortunately the staff was very nice and quickly found a solution for us. So I recommend to new customers to maybe send and email in case you are planning something important. Unfortunately the screen mirroring wasn’t working so we couldn’t connect our phones to the TV to watch Netflix However I had a positive impression and I will definitely come back in the future.

Everything was great and as described, minus one star for the useless hairdryer and the fact that you have to pay to be able to drink water, they could just put two cups in there at least that you can fill up with tap water. We just bought one bottle and then kept refilling it in the shower. Also can’t recommend the bbq chicken pizza, it was lacking cheese and bbq sauce.

I had an accident, had to be operated and spend a week in a hospital. This wasn't a reason good enough to move an expensive Spa appointment slightly after the deadline. I received a formal tone-deaf reply, basically saying "sorry you can't make it, you should have booked a more expensive option".

online booking doesn't work, no one responds via email or phone 🤷‍♂️. Does it even exist?

We came on a holiday trip to Munich and were very unfortunate with the weather, so we looked for some relaxation and came across My Spa. For the first time I could share the sauna experience with my wife since she does not like being nude in public. The massage beds are amazing, would be nice to have two of them side by side to avoid fighting over who’s turn it is 😂👌 It was a memorable spa experience for us as a married couple, everything was sparkling clean and the comforting but private atmosphere we were surrounded by, made this a perfect wellness day We will come back for white wuerstel, beer, and MySpa. 😃 Thank you guys!

NIce place. Very cozy, modern and private space to spent some relaxing time. The staff was very friendly and helped explaining everything in English. I really reccommend this place! :-)

Been here serveral imes and always booked the premium option to get the massage bed included. It is a great way to relax and I love the privacy for couples. 2 hours is just enough time to unwind and have a decent couple of massages each. The only two small pain points are no water fountain available at reception and the hairdryers in rooms are terrible. Ask for a normal one once when you go to your room as the wall ones cut it after 15 seconds due to a heat safety feature (annoying as it takes ages to go again and with long hair it was stressful). Food and drink options are required if staying longer but for 2 hours we weren't there to eat and drink more to relax. Went for lunch later. Arrive before your booking starts so as not to lose time. All in all, I have been to many spas in munich and beyond and this wins for privacy but you pay for that privilege.

Nice place to unwind. Pricing structure leaves something to be desired.

To expensive for this kind of spa, should be much cheaper in my opinion, but…
