30 minute brisk walk ascent from the car park (1€ per hour, 1000-1800) to the top. Lots of great places to sit and enjoy the view, and the lake below is also nice to stop by. Coming down from the top, you can walk around in a large loop around the area as well.

Worth to visit this place.. there are geo tracks for hiking.

Very nice place to hike, climb, or mountain bike. Lots of people with pets also. Family friendly. Great views of the lake. Easy to find parking at the beginning of the trail. Few minutes walking distance from the train station. After, head across the lake to the Seeterrassen restaurant for a nice meal.

The lush green nature surrounding with small mountains which offer. Steep hiking experiences and a beautiful bird eye view of lake beneath the mountains. You get to choose between swim in lake or hike to mountains… or both …

Good place with family and child.. couldn't not able to touch top hills because of Rocky rocks during last 400 meter. Good hiking place with Kinderwagen.. we enjoyed the day

This is a beautiful location close to Nürnberg. It's a small hike to the top from various free parking places near the town. One can definitely enjoy sunset with some snacks at the top. It's also a magnificent location for photographers. Numerous landscape photos or sunset photos can be beautifully captured. Definitely recommend this place!

Walk around the lake and up the hell with a great view. Paid parking at the Restaurant can get busy.

Today (23/05/2021) we went there and it was little rainy in the morning session. It was a great experience for us to hike on the difficult route. We had some fun with small slippery areas. After the view point we walked through forest through the cycling path to reach the dam area of the river. That was really funny with some mistakes and findings. Finally we reached the dam side and from there we focused towards restaurant near to the parking area. Overall it was a great fun..

Nice uphill hike, great views

Great place to view lake of Happurg and its surroundings. The rock formations are also worth to explore. The path from Happurg is a little bit challenging but amounts to nothing when you make it there.
