In March we ordered a picture from Yellow-Corner. This was only delivered after multiple requests. There were always problems. When we ordered, we were told that if we didn't like the picture in the end (we only saw it on the PC and not in person) we could return it and get our purchase price back. Unfortunately the picture actually didn't fit and I returned the picture. The agreement to get the money refunded was not kept. The branch manager refused. The terms and conditions would provide for a voucher. The saleswoman did not tell us this. It was explicitly stated that we would get the purchase amount back. If we don't get the money refunded, we will now hire a lawyer. Unfortunately an absolute disappointment!
