There’s something going on with this surgery - can’t get appointments but never anyone in the waiting room. Can’t even get through on the phone lines. People will die leaving things that need to be checked up on, because they can’t get appointments but are being told not to go to walk-in centres. And not being able to get through for medication reviews for serious problems. What do they do all day when you can’t get through on the phones and can’t get an appointment? They just give telephone calls to everyone that’s why nobody is being physically seen. The Doctors are probably working from home. THIS SURGERY IS DANGEROUS. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MEDICATION IN TIME OR REVIEWED WHEN NEEDED, YOU WILL NOT GET AN APPOINTMENT. YOUR HEALTH IS IMPORTANT, YOU DESERVE TO BE SEEN AND HEARD. DO NOT LET THESE INCOMPETENT SURGERIES PUT YOUR LIFE AT RISK.

Absolutely atrocious service. You can wait on the phone line for an hour and when you finally connect you can hear them put the phone down on you. They keep denying my insulin thinking I no longer need it (surely doctors should be knowledgeable enough to know insulin is something I need to take 5 times a day to live). Speaking to the staff they seem friendly but they are far from helpful and genuinely seem to try their best to avoid as much work as possible. My family has used this surgery for 20+ years and everyone has noticed the lack of service during the last 5 or so years. Something needs to change if not only the reception staff

The care I have received from the Park Medical Practice has been excellent. Throughout my whole cancer journey the team have always been there for me. Special thanks to Dr Stewart who has been so supportive and reassuring and to Christina on reception, who is always so helpful. I know my family are in safe hands with this surgery. Joanne Clay

I attended for some stomach pain, got a telephone appointment followed by face to face appointment the same day- receptionist was very polite and helpful! Dr referred me for blood tests the same day and scans all within a week and had all of my results back in three days. I saw the same Dr everytime who was very good and speedy in diagnosing me. With all the struggles the NHS are currently facing, I have to say that I have received fantastic treatment and support! Thank you Park Medical 😊

Myself and my family have all had absolutely brilliant care from The Park Medical Practice. I chose to register my mum with them when she was diagnosed with cancer and they have been so proactive, knowledgable and caring. I can always get through on the phone and their online e consult is also a great option.

Not even worth having a doctors, at 8:01am you can’t even get an appointment absolutely shocking. My walk in centre is now my local GP, I haven’t visited the practise since lockdown was lifted. Do NOT recommend!

Terrible to get through to if at all, quite often phone people blunt or rude. Were awful in getting my medical records for the Police, despite paying a lot for this service they were several weeks to attain. Would not recommend sadly and even though the doctors are nice; you'll rarely get to see them if you can get through on phone.

I have been with this practice for more than 25 years, admittedly most with Dr.Cox . Who has retired . I have many health problems. I’m actually scared to see a Doctor as I have know idea who they are. There’s no information about them no photos of them. Nurse and health care worker or fine there polite and helpful. I agree with a lot of people trying to get an appointment with a Doctor is near impossible. But saying that I have never had a problem with the reception staff. They can’t make appointments if there are no appointment left. If it’s urgent I have found the receptionist will try and sort something out. Personally I wish Dr Cox hadn’t retired he was a dying breed of good Doctors who would listen to what you had to say. I don’t know what the surgery can do to make things better, it’s not just our surgery it’s everywhere.

👍 I have been registered with the practice for 2 years and have for the most part received exceptional service. The reception staff have always been empathetic and helpful and the majority of doctors I have seen have listened well and helped me to understand what could be going on. I have had an incid...
