I really wish that I could give this location a ZERO!! This location use to be the best one but now it’s TRASH!! Lobby only open from 11am-4pm unless you are an Uber driver . Line be long oh and let’s not mention the fact that the sandwiches be sloppy as ever! Oh and one more thing what is the sense of having an app to order food when you can only get what the staff feels like making .. I rather go to the one out 12th street ! They know how to TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

Sat behind a car at the cash window for over 10 minutes while the driver and the girl working had a nice chat. When I said something after finally getting to the window myself, I was treated like garbage and my order was intentionally messed up(8 nuggets in a 10 piece, burger ordered with no onion came with onion, drink order was wrong). The manager was useless. No point in spending money here if you have other options.

Service is " iffy," at best, many young kids running around chaotically, but no one seems to know what they're doing. Plus, as most anyone from the US knows, McDonald's food is highly processed, loaded with sodium, fat and ingredients that are quite questionable, particularly health wise. As a student acquiring her Master's degree in Nutrition, you would be better off eating the grass near the parking lot! 🙂🤣😂

This McDonalds is in the heart of a busy city near multiple colleges and hospitals. I expected a busy, lesser experience. Pleasantly surprised. Every time I visit, it is clean and every worker is polite and friendly. And they add a lemon to my iced tea just because. Well done management!

If you use mobile app, they say they don't have the order when they are busy. You can't get your money back, so you have to argue with them. Then, it takes another 10 - 15 minutes to get the order. Very bad service, too many other restaurants in Erie

I go to this McDonald's location often. The morning crew has been there a long time and services always good and quick. I find if you are nice to them, they will be the same in return. The dining room recently reopened in this location although I admit when it was open previously I stopped going inside because of the clientele that would sit in there for hours. It made me very uncomfortable. This location it's about a 4 minute drive down to the bay and if you just head north on Peach Street and Park in the lot behind that building you'll have a wonderful view of the lake.

Guy running this place was extremely rude to us. The hours listed are not accurate at all, and he was very clear on telling us that even though he keeps HIS "workers" past 3 am they are not open. I get you have to clean, but change your hours and don't be rude

Went to pick up and order the lobby closed at 2 but there was no way to know that until you tried to open the door. Went to drive thru and was told to pull to the second window. Sat in a long line to get there only to be told we had to come in the lobby to get it. We had to ring the bell more than 20 times before they opened the door

This is my favorite McDonald’s in Erie! The employees are so kind and they always do a great job. They never forget anything and the service is always quick. I am never in line for more then 5 minutes.

1st off, the who helped me at the counter was very nice. The rest of the staff was not. My burger was burnt or was sitting in the warmer since the day before. It was so dry and disgusting. The sprit i ordered tasted like feet and mold from not cleaning the spouts. I ended up getting sick the next day from this food. They had multiple homeless fighting in the lobby and the lobby was a disgusting mess. I will never eat at this location again. Absolutely foul!!!!!!!!

The food is always good and you get it fast and hot loving it

Dine in was closed till 9am. What a joke. So got a sausage burrito instead of my normal sausage egg mcmuffin meal, and two sausage burritos, with upgrade to oj. Hope you can stay in business loosing money like that. Customer service is important. Wish companies would learn that.

This place stinks! Yet it is consistent! The food consistently below other McDonald's standards. The service consistently below other McDonald's service.The atmosphere &cleanliness below other McDonald's as well. Do not waste your time and cash here or you will be consistently dissatisfied.

Friendly nighttime employees, food is always fresh and good. I dinged them 1 star because I go there after work at 11pm and it is hit or miss if they are open or not.

Went through drive thru placed a 40.00 order for food got to the window got my drinks and 2 happy meals. The girl asked me to move to the 3rd window. I waited at the 3rd window for over 25 minutes watching many cars get there food and drinks and pull off I finally called into the restraunt got a manager whom did not say his name and explained to him I had been at the window waiting for over 25 mins he said wait your in the drive thru I said yes at the 3rd window I said to him my slushies were melted fountain soda was watery and my kids happy meals were cold we do not eat or drink in my car! He said he would replace it all He sent someone 2 mins later with the 3 double cheeseburgers 2 medium fries and a double bacon quarter pounder I told the boy the manager was supposed to fix my drinks and happy meals and he said ok hold on. The manager a SHORT CHUBBY AFRICAN AMERICAN MALE came to the 3rd window and said your the one I spoke to on the phone I said yes! He then said we'll I'm sorry we are short staffed I said I understand that but this is very ridiculous to wait 45 minutes for a simple order he said I'm trying to help you I said I don't need help I want my order fixed so my food is not cold and drinks are not melted he then said we'll you got your food so then leave and call corporate as he shut the window in my face and walked away refusing to give his name or fix my order or return my money! Very RUDE MANAGER!
