Passing through figured I'd stop in for a bite and a alcoholic beverage. Was very please with my beverages, meal and service.. Good food and good service i would defiintetly recommend 👌 Ok soo.. update on service here. Short blonde bartender is not pleasant to be around. This is my 4th time here and and it really ruins the experience and atmosphere here. That's a real bummer had you guys rated at 5 stars but bad attitude towards patrons is not a good look.

We were in town for a concert, and a friend recommended this place. Not disappointed! Food was excellent, service too!

Ordered a burger and onion rings for pickup on Tuesday for my lunch break at 8pm. $12. Had it ordered to be “ready at 8”, got there at 8pm, 3 minute drive back to work. Opened it and the burger is really tiny, overcooked, and they didn’t put the pickles on the burger as requested. Half a pickle was put on the side, how am I supposed to put that on my burger? The onion rings were soft and squishy. All of it was cold, thankfully we have a microwave. Overall, I’m very disappointed. It looks good, but having it was not.

Great food, very friendly and awesome staff, always love the ambience. The only exception was that for a 7 pm dinner our last visit, the music was turned up extremely loud in every area of the whole establishment. There weren't many customers that night, this might have been why. We couldn't find an area to sit without having to shout just to converse. Otherwise, we usually love this restaurant.

Always great food and drinks. Favorite place for buffalo chicken pizza! Staff is so fast and helpful. Great place to meet up with friends after work.

There is another Erie Institution. This was always and I believe still is the go to place to meet up with all your friends and family. You will end up rubbing elbows with doctors, lawyers, contruction workers, retail workers and just about every profession would be here, thats how popular it is. And you can even call to setup up BirthdayParties there and other parties as well like your 21st birthday party. They got like 3/4 rooms plus an outdoor patio so there is plenty of seating. The food is good as are the drinks. They also have a couple games to play like darts so it's an overall good time there. I have been going there for at least 20 years and it's exactly the same since I've been going. Good service is also the same after all these years which means you should always get good service. Parking sometimes can be a little tricky but if your a local, than you know some of the spots that I know where to park where you won't get ticketed and towed which no one wants that. 5 STAR ESTABLISHMENT!!!

I have no idea what has happened to the food here. It used to be divine. I went in at 4 pm. Only person in the place. Took 25 minutes for a burger to get delivered to me. Well Charred and the bun burnt excessively. The onion rings were fire though. Time management in cooking for only one person, is not that hard. When I left I'm certain the bartender knew I was unhappy with the meal as I had taken only a few bites of the burger.

Very nice inside, clean. Comfy atmosphere, waitress was great. Stopped for dinner before a show at the warner. Glad we did

Service was terrible. My spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy and didn’t come with any toppings/condiments on the menu. The food was cold. They didn’t have the special that was on the menu.

I'm not sure what the host selected. I was hoping for. Chicken wings and it was nuggets with too much breading. Pizza was good but crust was too thin. Service great.

The pretzels and the spinach and artichoke dip slap so hard. I really enjoyed this place. They also have skee-ball!

We ordered the steak with French fries side salad with French onion soup. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Recommend and plan on a return visit.

My family has been coming here for years. It is one if my favorite restaurants of all time. All the food is really good. I can never go here without getting the pretzels!

It's a nice place and typically it's a friendly staff working. But it gets way too crowded to where it's hard to even move through the place. Also, last time I was there I was trying to cash out at closing time and the one bartender working ignored me for like 5 minutes while standing there making small talk with another patron. Eventually another nice young lady came in helped me. Other than that I really enjoy going to the place

We went on a typically crowded night. We knew it would be busy. Sign said, seat yourself. There was no place for 5 people available. 2 tables near each other exited. Asked if we could put them together. Answer was a quick, rude no. Followed by, and just so you know, there's a 45 minute wait on food. Definitely seemed like she didn't really want us there. We took the 2 available tables, splitting up our group. It took a while to even place our orders. I never received the soup I ordered. Drink refills never offered. Near the end of our meal, in same section we were in, group comes in and starts shifting tables together. No one stopped them. On the plus side, food was wonderful!

We go on Tuesdays for trivia. There's always a crowd but the service is fast and the food is good...not complicated. Basic burgers, sandwiches, wings, pizza, soups, etc. Nice beer on tap selection and full bar. Prices are fair.

Sweet chill spot. Was in town for a food expo and it seemed like all the other industry folks ended up there too. Awesome metal artwork on the outside patio. Community shots were great, and cheap. Despite being very busy, the bartenders were keeping up very well.

Love the atmosphere. Food was ok, Philly steak meat was great but needed more. Chicken sandwich was good, but a little small also. Waiter was not bad but usually better service here.

Awesome place. Wings are perfect. I use to frequent this place regularly 20 years so then moved away. Glad to see NOTHING has changed. I wish they would bring back the specials though! It was elbow to elbow in there when they had specials. Great times!!!

Fine time. Super annoying college students chanting several times throughout the night? Which most bars would tone down. Left my purse there, fortunately got it back but not until two different employees hung up mid phone call while trying to get it back. Just not super nice people.

The food was ok. Our waiter did not have much personality though polite. I had the chicken Philly sandwich- a lot of bread, not much chicken.

Been here twice recently before shows at the Warner. Food was good. Service was excellent and we were in and out in good time to be in our seats before Showtime. Thank so much

Came here after work for a few drinks on a Saturday. Service wasn't the best, but they were extremely busy, so I don't blame them. I got the pizza and it wasn't the best. The pretzel was great! We love the community shots!

During my visit to the area I was instructed to visit here. Menu sounded delicious however, remains to be seen. Took over 1hr to prep food, was told 2 separate occasions "just 10more min". By the time it came out - we weren't hungry. Thank goodness too as 1 meal was forgotten - sauce to another was missed and the food was cold. NOT A GOOD 1ST IMPRESSION. The upside- the atmosphere was good, once you get passed the vermin outfront.

Very enjoyable dinner. The waiter was very friendly and took our order quickly. It didn't take long for our order to be ready. The food was excellent. Our waiter checked back with us several times to make sure we were enjoying our meal and to see if we needed anything else.

We had a wonderful time. AJ was our waiter and was great..he has excellent customer service! The food was delicious and the outside seating was perfect....Thank you!!!

We were in town visiting relatives and needed a break for lunch. I was checking for something with a good beer list and good sandwiches. Looking at the reviews, this sounded right up our alley. Is it a dive? They do have the popcorn machine and the bar side of the place has that dim lighting that I associate with a dive, but the rest of the place is brighter. Either way, we had a good solid lunch. We all ordered different local beers and when our waitress didn't know the answer about what kind of beer one was, she went and found out. And then she apologized for not knowing. Really delightful. I had the Cheesy Melt that was fat with veggies and cheese. The roasted red peeper mayo completely made this amazing. It came with chips but I upgraded to the sweet potato fries and it was worth it. We visit Erie once a year and I was so happy to find this place. We'll be back next August!

This was fantastic. We had ruebens and their signature cocktails. All very good. Our waiter was attentive but not overbearing.

Pleasant staff and interesting interior layout with different levels of seating. Outdoor patio enclosed between two brick walls. Great atmosphere!

This place has cheap food and drinks if that is what you are looking for. The staff are very friendly, even when the place is extremely busy. The pretzels are really good but can be a little too much for two with a sandwich and chips.

I've been going to the Plymouth since college and it's been consistent the whole time, probably why they stay in business. There are plenty of places to sit and there's always a wide variety of people to watch. Their food is typical bar food, their deep fried pretzels are always good. While I know it's pretty much a bar you come to drink beer in, not knowing where your bourbon is on the shelf and having to ask two people is a tad problematic but they finally found it. Looking for a place downtown, Plymouth is a safe bet.

This is usually a great place to get lunch or dinner. I have gone here many times with my friends. But last evening, the waitresses were unfriendly and, in one case, rude. They made no attempt to engage with the patrons and seemed put out by any request. While the restaurant was busy, it was not overcrowded. Our meal took well over 40 minutes to be served--it was three simple sandwiches with french fries. Table after table got served even though we ordered before them. We asked our waitress to check on our meal after 25 minutes and explained that we had a show to get to. Our meal was served another 15 minutes after that. We didn't get to even eat our meal, taking only a few bites before we had to get to the show, which fortunately was only two blocks away. We had made the reservation for 6:00 and had to get to the show by 7:30. No reason for this time frame not to work.

Friendly place. Great bartenders, the best drink options downtown, good food as well if need a quick bite.
