This dog park is great!! We found this dog park for our puppy and we now go as often as possible. The people are friendly and everyone takes care of and watches.their animals closely.

The park is well kept and has nice little trails for walking, biking, or running. Also, Larry R. Fabrizi Dog Park is located in the park, and it's absolutely a great place to take dogs of any size! I just wish it had a playground and/or a picnic pavilion...then it would be absolutely perfect! *2021 edit: An awesome playground has been added to this park; so, I am adjusting the stars from 4 to 5!

This was a fun park with lots of parking. It wasn’t over crowded. There is a zip line and some good play equipment but no shade so go when it isn’t too hot. Next time we’ll check out the trails.

I love this park, it’s nice to enjoy a nature walk in Erie’s East Side as well as being able to feel very safe. They’re constantly improving this park as they added a playground a couple years ago, fixed the parking lot and recently added a sheltered picnic area, there is even more plans to add more trails as well as a boardwalk over the creek, I really love this park and love the new improvements!

Nice forested suburban park with a playground, pavilions, dog park, and many hiking trails. Trails are varied and well kept, playground has some great elements on it, and the dog park has sections for both large and small dogs.

With it being a dog park, you would think there would be garbage can stations with poop bags. Although most people bring their own, or should, however, dog park and all. It's nice that there is a playground for the little ones also, and that is very nice! Friendly people and well-behaved dogs are just as friendly. It's in a nice area. I will return! Maybe with my grandson!

What a beautiful place to take kids and dogs! Kids loved the playground and the dogs loved the enclosed dog park. Lots of things for both to do. The drinking fountains have a bottle fill-up, traditional fountain, and a fountain on ground level for the canines! The kids loved to push the button so the dogs could get a drink. I'm not as familiar with the trails enough to review them, but the ones we walked were well maintained. My only concern is the lack of tree cover/shade surrounding the playground. There's a small pavilion but not much else unless you head for the treeline/trails. There are some trees but they're not big. Just remember to bring the sunscreen and water! Excited to go back.

It was great to see the wild life, bunnies, ground hogs and the deer.

This dog park was the largest dog park I've ever been in! The fences were really spread out, and the grass made it easy for dogs who liked to run. (My beagle / jack russell mix just wanted to sniff all the smells!) The problem with the grass was the hidden dog poop. You had to be really careful where you stepped so as not to step in it. I don't understand it; there were bags and trash cans provided, and people still didn't clean up after their dogs. We played on the large dog side, as there weren't any dogs in the small dog side.

No indoor bathrooms (yet). They do have porta potties. They also have a covered picnic table area. I went with the kids and they really enjoyed the mini zip lining. Even though there were no pets at the dog park they still looked well maintained and enjoyable for fur kids. Two separate parks for recommended dog sizes I guess. The other thing I liked about this park, which many do not have, is a bottle refill station which is suitable for dogs as well ☺️.

Had a great time at this Dog park with Cagali, can’t wait to come again. If the guy who owns Abby sees this would love to have a play date again so free to msg me on here or social media using my SaltyFryMage username :)

Such a shame what this park has become! We use to love going to this park. Recently it is a place for teens to misbehave WITHOUT parental supervision! Now the zipline is broke!

I used to love bringing my kids to this park but for some reason some unsupervised kids have been terrorizing the park. Especially the playground. My daughter cried when she found out the zip line was broken. Kids have been wrecking the place and intimidating people who speak up. Disappointing.

Great dog park. Has a large and small dog area, lots of people that all get along, definitely worth going if you need to get your dogs out to a park

First time there with my son and dog. I liked the separated LG breed and Sm breed halves of the fenced in off-leash dog yard with double gated in and out areas. The kids playground is pretty simple, but good quality with just enough to do. We walked a short trail through the woods that was well marked and maintained. Can't ask for much more really!

A very nice wheelchair accesible dog social park , there is no Wi-Fi however plenty of places to sit ,barbecue and contemplate or exercise and socialize your partner , there is covered shelter in the event of bad weather in the playground area or just a place for shade . There are human porta potty’s available drinking water and a variety of paved and unpaved trails to walk , it is a wonderful place I used to bring my late partner here to hang out , I’m sure there are unkind dog people , fortunately I never met them in the wild or at the park ( as a side note my G/F and I met on a street corner thanks to my “chick magnet” partner breaking the ice , we had a lot more in common than just dogs 15 + years later still together ) . Have a fun summer and meet nice people & dogs

This is a very lovely and peaceful park, they’re constantly improving here and adding new stuff so it isn’t so bland, the trails here are very nice!

All around beautiful area. Best dog park in town. Great playground. Trails water fountains. Highly recommended. It's a hidden gem you'd never know it was back there from the street.

Only visited the dog park area for large dogs. It is excellent! Lots of space to run around, friendly dogs and humans, and a few agility toys. Made the pupper very happy and we'll definitely be going back regularly.

I grew in the neighborhood on Woodlawn Ave. Always enjoyed the sled ridings on the hills during the winter months and the dirt trails for biking and running. The trails have change tremendously and I was very disappointed to find out that the horseshoe was filled in with dirt💔💔😳 The kids today would have enjoyed riding their bikes on it as I did as a young kid. Back in the 70's and 80's no motorized vehicles were allowed up there to preserve the wildlife and the safety of the kids who would be playing there. But now, I see vehicles come and go from there and its just breaks my heart to see that.

It’s a wonderful dog park ! Highly recommend unless careless dog owners are there! My little puppy was running around in the SMALL dog park and some lady brought her big dog in the little park and was rough housing and knocked her over and stepped on her ribs. There is a big dog park for the reason !
