Try to find another pain management group to help you with your pain. These people are horrible to work with. No matter what office you go to, you have to call their main number for any assistance. I have been trying for over 1 week to get in touch with someone and they do not have the courtesy to return my call. After getting in touch with the receptionist who lectured me about them not changing my dosage over the phone, they finally checked the notes in my last visit which said just that....I could call to have my dosage changed. But even so, they noted I called and never called the pharmacy. They hide behind voicemail and never let you talk to your doctor or PA unless you pay for an office visit. I made the mistake of not believing the ratings here. Big mistake. Reviews are accurate. This is a horrible practice only interested in $$$ and not taking care of patients.

My neurosurgeon referred me to this hell hole and I still cannot believe how I was treated! They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me as a new patient being seen for pain management! All they did was schedule me for an epidural injection 6 weeks away!!! WTH am I supposed to do about the pain until then?! That's why I was there to see them today! I was treated like some back alley drug addict, drug tested and I am not even on any narcotics or addictive substances! I am totally humiliated, angry, and as an RN for the past 30 yrs~horrified at what I went through today! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this complete joke of an office! This place needs to be shut down! Time to call and notify the Occupational Health and Safety Administration and let States know what is going on in this "so called" practice!

I have been coming here for years. At first the receptionist was a bit snotty but, I addressed it and never a problem since. Everyone treats me well. The wait is never real long and once they get you in the room they ask a few questions and go from there. I love that they aren't into jumping into surgery if you can be treated with injections or meds. The downside of the meds though is for many there are side effects. All in all though, the staff is fantastic and if you disagree with the med they find you a different one that will work.

I have left SIX MESSAGES for the office manager. I was turned away on my initial appointment for lack of paperwork that they never sent me to fill out, and the refused to let me fill it out in the office. I reacheduled, they cancelled my appointment. Rescheduled, cancelled. FOUR TIMES I wasn't able to come in. Front office was seriously rude first day I went in, they at this point don't know me. Not the best first impression. Today?? I called today clearly frustrated as I was referred specifically to this office from physical therapy and I can't get anywhere! The woman HUNG UP on me. If you win the lottery and actually get in, I pray you are treated with respect but if you're not, you are not alone. Don't take it personally.

I was injured in a motorcycle accident and sustained third degree burn to my ankle with a couple of broken bones. My doctor referred me to advance pain medicine and am very pleased with my experience with them. Staff is very professional and very pleasant to go with. Very easy to talk to and they are willing to try different avenues to control any pain I am feeling. Thumbs up to everyone that works there!

I’ve been receiving pain management care at Advanced Pain Medicine in Erie for almost a year now. Several years ago I was severely injured in a motorcycle accident. Some of my injuries were a fractured pelvis which required reconstructive surgery, severe trauma to my hips, legs and lower back. As the years have past, I now have chronic pain in all of the damaged areas as well as moderately severe neuropathy in both legs. The surgeon in Erie that helped put me back together, recommended Dr. Mark LoDico at Advanced Pain Medicine as an alternative to having various surgeries. Meeting Dr. Mark and his son Matthew LoDico, M.D. has been one of the best decisions of my life. I’ve received two injections on three different occasions since April of 2021. After each set of injections, the length of pain relief provided has increased. My overall pain relief has been absolutely incredible! I have a follow up appointment 30 days after each treatment with Micaela Lippert, PA-C. Micaela does an excellent job of assessing the success of treatment and the next course of action to help keep me pain free. The entire team at Advanced Pain Medicine in Erie treats me with respect and empathy. After reading some of the poor reviews in Google, I have no Idea where some of these folks are coming from whatsoever. Every employee I’ve spoken with at Advanced Pain from the front desk to the nurses and assistants as well as the Doctors have been the same! If you’re seriously interested in pain management as an alternative to surgery you owe it to yourself to contact Advanced Pain Medicine in Erie. And yes, you do need to contact the main office in Cranberry to set up an appointment. I did need to call a couple times to reach a live person, but only because I don’t like leaving voice messages!

Rather difficult to describe the staff. Aloof ,and cool is the best description. Have never seen a Doctor yet, in my many visits. I’m not completely satisfied with this place.
