We came here for the first time and the service was very good and friendly. The Grinders are excellent! Nice little family place. Glad we gave it a try 😊

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They were very busy so it took a while to get our food but we just talked and enjoyed ourselves. Our waitress, Taylor was great to talk with and did a great job of keeping our drinks filled even though they were swamped. Will definitely go back when we're in the area again.

This place has some really awesome Pizza the sauce is fantastic they make their own sauce blend there the pizza had a really great taste good tunes playing on the sound system they have a nice outdoor area for when the weather warms up. The 16 oz. Beverage was $2.50 it would be nice if they would adjust that price to align with the rest of local restaurants it's $0.99 cents for a 32oz across the street. It would be nice if you could order them on UberEats as well as DoorDash they do Not deliver. A couple of the staff didn't have mask on. I will give it another try maybe get a water next time.

Relaxed atmosphere with a variety of pizza options including calzones! About a dozen beers on draft, but great bottle prices

I was at this restaurant for a party. I ordered a lemon drop martini and it was surprisingly good. I also ordered the 15" Garzelli's Grande pizza. It was enough for two of us for a dinner. The toppings were average but the bottom of the crust seemed a bit soggy. The employees were all friendly. The atmosphere is typical for most Sports bars. They do have a very nice large patio out back which would be nice in the warmer months.

Very good food at fair prices, made to order quickly by friendly staff members. A busy evening for this restaurant with a Bengals game attracting a large crowd of customers. The restroom in a bit of dissary and could have used a touch up by the staff. Certainly, the large quantity of customers effected the rest room cleanliness but could have been a little better.

I picked up a veggie calzone and drink. I paid 2.75 plus tax for a 16oz sweet tea, and the tea was gross, so I settled for coke. Definitely over priced for 16oz! The calzone was absolutely beautiful! It was big with a nice brown color, crispy outside and soft amazing inside, with LOTS of toppings! The only problem with it was the lack of cheese. I like lots of gooey melted cheese and this had only a minimal amount and only in a small part of the calzone. If this had more cheese, it would have been perfect!

This is my local bar, it is a full service restaurant, however, for me it is happy hour beer and a couple appetizers. The appetizers are normal bar fare and tasty but not fancy. Overall I like the place.

We stopped in after work, very professional staff member took our order and we were seated in a clean atmosphere. Delicious hot food was plentiful . I highly recommend this restaurant. Several Television’s so you don’t miss the game , bar area is separate area.

I visited Garzelli's twice with my buddy Joe and on each occasion had a Club Grinder. Really impressed with everything and would defo recommend 👍

Can't say enough good things about the place. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I travel for work and always try to eat local places that aren't chains. I went there for lunch and went to the back bar area. Taylor, the bartender, had a lot customers, but still greeted me immediately. Not only was she very efficient at her job, she had an exceptional personality. I ordered the Grande pizza and it was awesome. Since the pizza was so good, I ended up ordering an Italian sandwich to go to eat for dinner later. It also did not disappoint. Highly recommend going here if are from out of town and want to be treated like a regular. I will be back on my next trip to Florence.

Came here for the first time and found a new favorite! Brandy was our waitress and her attitude, promptness and care was beyond expectations. The food was quick, hot and delicious! We ordered cheese curds, preztels sticks and a pepperoni pizza, all which had amazing flavors! Can't wait to come back again!

This is the best pizza i have ever tasted!! The atmosphere was great. Lots of positive energy and happy faces. Our Waiter was a little off his game but apparently they had a few people call in with Covid and he was overwhelmed and very busy. The food however was Fabulous. I highly suggest the cheese curds... it was a new twist on the standard boring cheese sticks. It had more cheese and more flavor and they stayed crispy for a long time. The outdoor back patio was not opened (we went at noon) but it looked like it was a large space and i look forward to going back again for more great food and live music. We will definitely be back again and again!!!

My girls and I from work like to go to different places for lunch and we passed by this one. So glad we did. My calzone was half of my plate, funnel fries were covered in powdered sugar and it was all good. This might be our new spot! All under $10 too!!!

We had a group of 42 and Lee and the staff were great. We pre ordered family and food was ready as we arrived. Perfect for a youth team dinner. Thank you!

Pizza and Grinders are really good. They have a really nice patio with lots of outdoor seating covered and uncovered. Big bar with a good selection of cold beer.

We were there for a group party, the food was delicious. My husband had the Italian grinder, he said it was the best he had ever eaten! The service was awesome. Our group was there for 2.5 hours, we had a blast!

Great pizza. They have an amazing variety of food as well. Good people and very friendly place. Great place for watching football with friends.

I remember this place as Mancino’s way back when it was first established next door to Valvoline in Edgewood. I used to eat there all the time. Fast forward 20 years and new name and location but apparently still same food. I decided to give a try again ans I remembered food was good and ordered $50 of food to go. Get home there was no sauces for any of our appetizers and no utensils. The whole point of ordering out is convenience. They gave us a credit on the apps, which was nice and decided to give them another shot. 12/29/22 tried to order tonight and the gentleman told us they aren’t taking any more orders for the night. What???? Food is good B+ Customer service and being able to be in the weeds and not turn away your business and customers solid F- …..

The pizza is all we have had here so far, which we like and is priced decent for what you get, especially for a non-chain place, a touch sweet on the sauce but it's good. The staff is really hit or miss though. The short haired lady chef today in the back when we were talking to the staff was unprofessional and rude to us. Called in to place an order and got left on hold long enough to be able to drive up and place the order in house. She said that she told whoever answered the phone that they weren't taking phone orders, but instead they just left us hanging the whole time. The older lady however was very pleasant, which is why I say it's hit or miss on staffing. Will revisit for the food, but not the service specifically.

Pretty good pizza, but the mushroom steak hogie and their front desk service needs some work.rhe hogie was a little boring. The lady at the front barely spoke to me. It took a while to wait in line just for carry out too because they only had one station and had to wait for people to figure out what they want and order before I could gety pickup. Had to stand in line twice since they forgot a drink.

The best pizza I ever had. The calzones are the greatest. It is hard to choose what to get. They have grinders also. We had a party of ten and all were very pleased.

Went for a drink on a Friday night, listened to some music, had a couple of drinks, and some dinner. Servers were very busy but service wasn’t too bad, except for the food which took way too long. One order took an hour and 15 minutes and they did nothing for us. We were told that it probably got run to the wrong table. Regardless we shouldn’t have had to pay for it, we hardly got so much as an apology. I don’t expect to ever eat there again and I couldn’t suggest the place to anyone either.

If you are in a wheelchair they won't serve you because there are no low top tables in the area with a waitress. We had to leave or serve ourselves. they were not willing to accommodate. If I could give no stars I would.
