Been
here
twice.
Both
times
were
a
bad
experience.
Gave
them
the
benefit
of
the
doubt
for
the
second
time,
I
try
not
to
be
harsh
on
people
in
the
food
serving
industry
because
I
know
they’re
dealing
with
difficult
people
all
day
every
day,
but
this
place
is
just
downright
bad.
Theyre
really
slow
and
they
mess
up
the
orders.
Even
changing
the
orders
and
not
telling
you
(for
example,
I
ordered
a
mocha
frappe
and
they
gave
me
a
hazelnut
latte.
I
told
them
what
I
ordered
and
they
rudely
told
me
they
were
out
of
mocha
syrup,
which
is
fine
but
please
inform
me
before
severing
me
the
drink).
The
second
time
I
went
they
forgot
to
give
us
straws
and
the
top
bun
on
my
sandwich
had
mold
(reference
pictures).
They’re
just
rude,
slow,
don’t
listen/care,
and
serve
you
moldy
food.
