    Well, what can I say? Three stars is two more stars than before, and all it took was hot food, fast. Nevermind that the lettuce was not even ON the sandwich, but next to it in the box, and the fries ALWAYS need a couple minutes in the air fryer to be golden and crisp. It was hot food, fast, and for this location especially, that three stars is pretty much hitting it out of the ballpark in my book.

    Been here twice. Both times were a bad experience. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for the second time, I try not to be harsh on people in the food serving industry because I know they’re dealing with difficult people all day every day, but this place is just downright bad. Theyre really slow and they mess up the orders. Even changing the orders and not telling you (for example, I ordered a mocha frappe and they gave me a hazelnut latte. I told them what I ordered and they rudely told me they were out of mocha syrup, which is fine but please inform me before severing me the drink). The second time I went they forgot to give us straws and the top bun on my sandwich had mold (reference pictures). They’re just rude, slow, don’t listen/care, and serve you moldy food.

    So it’s Thursday 17th November 2022 9:50am…n I gotta say Your lady handling mobile orders is just incredibly rude…she’s too old for that kind of behavior but I guess that’s the world we live in today. She asked for the last 3 numbers…the order had a mix of alphabets n numbers at d end so I gave her the last four numerical n alphabetical symbols just to be sure n this lady was snapping at me like I destroyed her entire day…had to get out of there quickly

    I go to McDonald's alot for a quick trip to usually feed my child and I have to get myself something as well for its just easier to go to 1 place but they are always out of ice cream and kid you not I went during the week day to get a pop around 630pm and literally I was told that were out of drinks. I mean come on. Who runs out of drinks otherwise who wants food with nothing to drink. But I guess your getting what you pay for.

    MY YOUNGEST WORKS HERE, GREAT PLACE FOR FIRST JOB. ONLY 14 AND TREAT HER LIKE FAMILY. PAY IS GOOD AND NOT TO MENTION FOOD IS ICONIC! ALTHOUGH THE PRICES KEEP GOING UP, A $1.79 FOR A LARGE COKE OUCH!!

    Came in at about 10am, had to wait for my food, so i would think the food would be fresh and hot. The egg McMuffin was not hot, hash browns were not hot, and the coffee was hot. I was thinking I would have hot food for an 8 minute wait. Disappointed, expect better for $8.00. Could have spent less at waffle House and had hot food.

    We went through the drive-thru to get our 2 year old grandson a Chicken McNugget Happy Meal. We asked him if he wanted Wendy's or McDonald's? He said McDonald's. The young lady at the window was so friendly. The parking lot was clean. It wasn't too busy when we got there.

    Went thru the drive thru, and our order was wrong. This McDonald's has done this before. We called, and they refunded the incorrect portion. Always get a receipt. If your order is wrong and you call, they will ask for a receipt number. The food is always the same. We don't go for a good price or great food, really they aren't quick anymore either. Hmm 😒 it's just convenient. We were hungry and busy.

    Waited in line for 22 minutes at the drive-thru and was told the car in front of you was the last car for the evening. They have multiple signs of advertising 24 hr drive thru.

    Just left McDonald'sPissed off againI always thought you got a hashbrown with big breakfast...not today. Sub bacon for sausage, 1 piece of bacon. Im driving to the bottomI of the hill from now on. MANAGEMENT TRAIN AND FIRE OR GET FIRED UR SELF. This is unacceptable day after day

    It has been slowly getting better. But this trip I ordered 2 sandwiches. The mcChicken was disheveled and hanging out of the wrapper. The double cheeseburger was better wrapped. Both were hot and fairly fresh.

    Every time I go to the Dixie highway location on the corner of turfway I get a #7 breakfast with a large vanilla iced coffee. DEBBIE HAD ALWAYS MADE IT EXACTLY THE WAY I LIKE IT. She and the back window lady are always so sweet and friendly. I was even on the phone with my husband and he overheard them and said “wow they are the friendliest people I’ve ever heard at McDonald’s”. Way to go Debbie and the back window lady whose name I do not know

    I seriously don't know how the woman at the drive thru window could have been more rude or disrespectful. My fries were old, cold, brown and half full. Took forever to get my order.

    The person at the window where food is given didnt seem like he wanted tk be there. He put ice in my pop and ask him to change it and then forgot straws and took him forver to get it. Want plesant. Food was not horrible

    Never enough employees at this location to handle the traffic. This used to be a smoothly run McDonald's, now I usually drive out of my way to avoid. Came for drive thru but backed up to the street and went in and waited 10 to 15 minutes just for someone to take my order. Food was good but not worth the hassle.

    Brenda is so sweet and fast! I stop by most days for coffee on my way to work. She always has a smile on her face and makes the experience that much better... and she makes a great coffee!

    Fast drives and service sometimes slow service when it comes to walk-ins I don't think it's actually on purpose they just pay attention so much to drive through that they don't even notice she was standing over there and when they do some of them literally try to not even make an eye contact with you because they either don't know how to use the register or can't because the person that's on the register isn't up there if you go there try to go to the walk-in and you'll notice the people literally divert their eyes from you when you're standing there waiting in line it's almost comical sometimes it would be best if they would say hold on one second ma'am or sir I'll be right with you find out that's too much to ask lol

    Brenda is very kind and professional. My boys love coming up flyers for the classic weekend breakfast. It could be a little cleaner during rush hours but overall a great place!

    Drive through takes awhile but that's because so many pile in at once but only a few times have I gotten food with stuff done wrong an I did get some fries that where a bit old or salty as heck an the patties seem really salty!! I will continue to go to McDonald's lol nothing is perfect but the people who work there seem pretty good with people but what restaurant don't have it's good an bad. Drive through needs a bit more work with fast service!!

    Every time I go here I get a McFlurry and they fill it up half way this time I got the caramel pretzel one and they filled it half way I asked if they can fill it up and they filled it 3/4 of the way up and also there wasn’t even any caramel in it . Lol I will be going to a different place for ice cream from now on they just can’t seem to get the most simple thing right.
