This is a cloud kitchen where u can get some good quality food. What we tried from here was theur renowned pot biriyani and their fresh introduction Shuwa which is an Omani dish. Starting with the pot biriyani, the chicken in the biriyani was well cooked to perfection. Chicken is very juicy, soft and tender and well marianted it masala. The flavour went deep into the chicken and was very delicious. They use small grain khaima rice for the preparation of biriyani. There was a good amount masala pieces and rice initially. Everything was pretty well balanced and such a good quality biriyani in that much quantity was reasonable for the price and much apt for 4 people for well filling. This consistency was there for first three or four orders as it was soon after the start. But later when we ordered, we realised that the size of the pot have become smaller and there was a decrease in quantity. I think the current quantity is good for a tight fill for three and it is no more worth the price. Next item shuwa, is a newly introduced dish, i am having this for the first time in kerala. It is basically an Omani dish. The main concept of the dish is, 2 hours of slow cooked chicken which is cooked without oil with good amount orlf masala which is flavoured pretty well, but not much spicy. This chicken is known as shuwa and it is served with a special kind of biriyani rice or bread items as a choice evertime we chose biriyani rice as we dont think breads will not be thay good with this chicken. The chicken doent have words to explain. It is cooked to the point a which a chciken cannot be cooked more than that. It will just break when u just pick it up. It is very juicy, soft and tender. It is very easy to squeeze the chicken. The rice comes along with this had a very good flavour of its own, can have without anything. It is that good a rice which is well cooked, flavoured with spices and is moist enough, in a very balanced manner. We cannot stop eating the rice. once we start having it. It also comes with a mayonnaise and a mint based dip to accompany which will go prefectly well with it. It is that good a combo as is worth for the price. The price to quantity ratio felt fair. But last time we order the chicken was superb as normal but the rice was a complete disaster. It doesnt have a flavor and was too dry. But they immediately sorted the issue by making a fresh rice once i raised a complaint and was ready to redeliver the food which was highly appreciated. Their customer service is so good and deliveries are perfect in time. The review is 3 stared because Inconsistency in food. They are charging 630 + gst for cb pot saying it is for 4 but is only good for 3 currently as they have decreased the size of pot. And shuwa size also is decreased. My kind request to Hot Box Team. I think either they have to bring back the size of the pot and qauntity of shuwa to what was on the beginning or need to cut down the price if you are cutting down the qauntity and to maintain the quality of the food. I am writing this to u, as three of them had the shuwa with me was having it for the first time, and that time shuwa was flavor less and dry. So, they wont be going to shuwa anymore. HotBox Kitchen is a Cloud Kitchen Based out of Kochi. The packaging of the items is exceptional. We ordered chicken and well as Beef Biriyani. Loved both. Liked the Beef more, may be because of the Adequate amount of Masala. Chicken Biriyani had more Masala. Both the Biriyani had 3 pieces each. Liked the Biriyani.

Hot box is a cloud kitchen facility. We tried their Thalasheri Biriyani. Total package is very good. It have sperate small containers for salads, achar,Chamanthi and Payasam.It come with a Nice box package along with biriyanii box. Totally its an nice package. Biriyani is good and have a normal taste. Quantity of biriyanii is just fine not more or not less. Achar and salad is also good. Payasam is just average.Chicken biriyani come with 2big pieces and rice have an average quantity as said.Plastic small containers are used for serving Achar, salada, chammanthi and pyasam. Need something to change about it.price will be ₹200/-for one...Totally just good.over all good initiative. Good

Well, the biriyani is super tasty, as well as the sides. The main mention should go to the quantity. Even though they say 1 pot could feed 3 adult +1 kid, it actually could feed 6 people with a mediocre diet. The chicken is well cooked, and the rice also has a kind of a thalassery touch The pickle was really tasty. The packing and the pot idea is really fantastic. It's like chatti biriyani kind of thing!. Highly recommended place for home delivery for a large group of people. The rate is really reasonable too.
