I stayed there with family on a weekend. Overall ambience of the hotel is good. The room was well maintained and spacious. Washroom was hygienic. Breakfast was buffet type. Food was tasty. This is a good place to stay at the centre of the town but quiet enough.

I have stayed at this place previously and i had good experience but my recent experience has just been traumatic. A suite room was booked in under my name but on the arrival, there were 3 staffs along with the Manager literally struggling to locate my booking. Finally when they found the booking I was told the rooms still getting cleaned from previous checkout which is fine but why can’t they say these at the time of booking. Usually I never have any issues to wait but this time my fragile parents were with me and we had to wait for 40 mins finally before we got the room. Now rooms were just ok but I was extremely frustrated with what they call the wifi service. The wifi just don’t work, even if they are connected at times, there is no way you could access anything. This is really embarrassing that such a prime location hotel not keeping technology up to date. This is just making a fool of the customers. Then comes the ordering of room service which took an hour and half for them to get the food ready. This will surely my last experience as a customer in this hotel and i am sure that ernakulam has other great other hotels to stay. I will definitely not recommend anyone to stay here.

Abad Atrium is in a convenient location at MG Road for all kinds of shopping. All the staff were really friendly from reception to the room service. Ms. Haseena delivered a top notch service, she made sure we received all we required during the stay. Parkings are available but sometimes its crowded.

I stayed in Atrium for three days in second floor . Having stayed in multiple 5 star hotels I would compare it to be one of the best in Kerala. Service by Haseena was exemplary anand cleanliness superb . Hotel is well managed. Thank you management team

It's a great place to stay while in Kochi. Rooms are clean and spacious, service is prompt and courteous and the food (breakfast buffet) is very good too. The bathroom in our suite could use some renovation and upgrade as it seemed very dated and in need of maintenance. Since the restaurant is right next to the lobby and the atrium, the smell of the food fills the entire atrium and also flows into the rooms,which can feel a bit overwhelming at times. Since the hotel is in the city the view from the windows was not great and we kept the curtains drawn closed during our stay. Overall a great place to stay and good value for the money spent.

This was the last of the Abad Hotels that I enjoyed staying in recently while holidaying in Kerala. It is set behind the Abad Plaza Hotel. I was only there briefly for an overnight stay, but found the staff spoke good English & were welcoming & efficient. My room was clean & comfortable, my wake-up reminder calls came through as organised. As a bonus, there were freshly growing indoor plants in the bedroom & bathroom! Because I was checking out very early for my flight, they even had a fresh, tasty 'take-away' breakfast packed for me. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel on 12th Feb, 2023. I was visiting Kochi for the first time and decided to stay here. Check in/out process is very smooth. Courtesy staff. Spacious room and clean bathroom. Breakfast buffet was also good. Centrally located. Comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Everything was wonderful from the staff to the food. Jidhin and Devu were the most helpful and accommodating during our stay as was the rest of the staff. Our room was perfect with super dark curtains, lots of space, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We had the most delicious food every night for dinner. We even used the laundry services, which were 10/10! This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Would highly recommend to anyone and can’t wait to come back again.

Good location on MG road & convenient for shopping. Rooms are good but without any balcony or view. All rooms are non-smoking. Food quality is good.

Abad Atrium Hotel is one of the well known hotels in Ernakulam.  Located on MG Road, it's the perfect place to stay if you plan on exploring the city.  Autos are easily available, Having stayed here in 2015 with my family, we had a pleasant stay and looked forward to staying here in the future.  I contacted the hotel through the website chat.  After providing the details, I received an email the next day with the reservation details from Mr. Arun Krishna, Assistant Manager - Sales and Marketing at Abad Group of Hotels. The advanced payment was sent and before I knew it, the booking was done! I reached Kochi on a hot Saturday afternoon.  The hotel is located on M.G. Road. As I pushed the door and entered the lobby, my eyes immediately turned straight towards the twin glass elevators.  The furniture in the Lobby looked so inviting and will make you want to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. I walked towards the Reception which was located to the right hand side.  There was a guest checking in, so I had to wait for just five minutes. The check in formalities were a breeze and the information about the restaurant, room service, etc was explained to me. My room was located on the third floor and had a nice view as well.  Upon entering the room, I was happy to see how big it was.  To the left hand side was the bathroom. It's a medium size one with a bathtub too.  To the right hand side was the spacious wardrobe to keep your luggage and other accessories. Next to the wardrobe was a mirror, shelf and a fridge.  The kettle, cups, tea bags, coffee powder, milk powder and sugar were neatly arranged on the tray.  Now coming to the main part of the room.  They had put two twin size beds together to make it look like one. Next to it was a night stand with the usual pen, notepad and telephone.  Near the window were two chairs and one table for you to watch t.v. with your feet propped up or curl up and read your favorite book.  You can ever have enough mirrors and that is one thing I have noticed in Abad Group of hotels.  This is very helpful while getting ready for a function so you can ensure you look your best from head to toe.  I loved the long mirror hanging on the wall.  The T.V. was wall mounted above the study desk.  There were two mineral water bottles and glasses kept on a tray.  Next to this was a bench where one can keep their luggage so it does not have to be kept on the floor.  This is also another feature of Abad Group of Hotels which I appreciate a lot.  It is helpful for people who are aged or have a back problem.  The wooden floors added more beauty to the spacious, bright and cosy room.  The upholstery was green and so were the mini pillows and runner on the bed.  Complimentary Breakfast is served in Cafe Royale, the restaurant which is located on the ground floor.  Lunch and dinner is served in the restaurant located in Hotel Abad Plaza.  The weather looked very unpleasant by evening, so decided to stay in my room.  For dinner, I ordered for a portion of Chilli Cheese Toast and Veg Club Sandwich. There were five slices of bread that had  generous portions of cheese and sliced green chillies.  It tasted delicious, non - spicy and was baked to perfection.  Now moving ahead to the Veg Club Sandwich.  The portion is quite big and can be shared with another person.  There were two sets filled with tomato, cucumber and cabbage tossed in mayonnaise.  On the side of the sandwich, there were tomato and cucumber slices, coleslaw and potato chips. My stomach was filled to the brim and I enjoyed my dinner amidst the quietness of the hotel.  Though it is located near M.G. Road, you won't hear any noise at all.  It had been a long day, do decided to hit the bed soon.  The next day, I ate breakfast at 7:15 a.m. as I had to leave for a function by 9:30 a.m. Enjoyed Appam, Aloo Bhaji, Pancakes with Syrup and a cup of coffee.  Right from the Bell Boy to the Reception, Restaurant, and Housekeeping Staff, everyone always had a smile. My check out formalities took less than 5 minutes. Thank you for making my visit a memorable one!

It's supposedly a 4 star hotel, but I would say that Abad Plaza (3 star) is a much better place compared to this place. After check-in, Enter the room to find a Nail sticking out of the floor in the middle of the walk way. The bathroom has a stained bath tub and there was a used tissue floating happily in the toilet. The next day Breakfast, wife cut her finger as the glass provided to serve juice was broken and has shattered minute pieces of glass around the rim. There was a strand of hair in the middle of the Idli. The issue was escalated to the manager and they did respond really well and assured us this will not be repeated again. However, we were really not happy with the experience.

We had a pleasant stay Breakfast though a limited menu was actually very good! Service personnel were very helpful Hasina in particular was very courteous and responsive to any request. All good 👍

I stayed at the Abad Atrium for 21 days and it is not easy to be away from home for that long. The staff was friendly, caring, and really tried to accommodate my needs, especially at the Cafe Royale and Canopy. The central location made getting around easy. The hotel was quiet and clean. I would recommend this to female travelers and most likely will stay here again when coming to Ernakulam. Although secondary issues relative to safety, friendliness, and service, two possible areas for improvement are internet connectivity/speed and updates to bathroom details (chipped bathtubs, caulking, etc.)

It's a good option for all type of stay. (Business, couple, family with childrens, with friends etc.) It's well maintained property but, service not excellent. Security peoples are excellent and supportive. Reception peoples are not professional. They are not respecting or supportive to guest.

Stayed in Abad atrium with family for 5 days. Booked suite room which is spacious and clean. Centralized AC with temperature control makes your stay comfortable. All the house keeping staffs are very good with smiling faces and always ready to do the assigned task. Reception area persons are also helpful and guide us properly to visit the nearest tourist spots. Cafe Royale in Abad atrium is a nice restaurant. Complimentary breakfast contains lot of options and food is also very delicious and fresh. During our check out time its heavy rainfall at kochi and no ola/uber is able to come due to heavily flooded streets. Hotel manager and other staffs are kind enough to arrange a vehicle for us to drop to airport. They are really generous people. Overall its a nice experience and I recommended to stay at Abad atrium whenever anyone visit Kochi.

A fantastic experience, we enjoyed immensely. The room service was prompt and was upto the mark. The restaurant had good menus and the pricing perfect. Over a fantastic experience. The only recommendation is that improve the view from the east side windows. Get an elevated garden.

Only negative i have to say about Abad Plaza or Atrium is their parking! Worst parking space ever. I came with by bike and the security showed a place which is very unhygienic and there was no protection from rain, an open place. There was waste water flow and the parking place the so called good hotel provide is over this slab. very disappointing experience and told the staff the same. You have to provide a proper parking for the guests, it's your responsibility. Rooms are spacious and good, breakfast is good and worth for the money.

Met a few friends over coffee at the coffee shop. Great place, good ambience. Affordable prices. Good coffee, but the French fries were not fresh though.

Stayed in Abad atrium recently..We had a Wonderful experience from the hotel . Well maintained rooms with all amenities.Friendly and trained staffs made our stay more comfortable.A lavish lobby with reception area . Delicious breakfast ! The stay was undoubtedly excellent because of the very genial, polite and helpful attitude of all the staff right from the manager to the bell boy. I should make a special mention of Mr. Sujith at the reception desk for his support, cooperation and cordiality.

Nice hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Basic amenities are good like bathroom, washroom etc. Even the receptionists are polite . I request everyone to book this hotel for a family trip.

Had a great stay at Abad Atrium. The customer experience was amazing, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Every time I walked past reception they’d always smile at me, and make me feel very welcome. Haseena a cleaning staff member was especially a very warm and nice person to talk to when I saw her, and kept our room very clean. The room was very nice, the outlets fit my international plugs. I do wish the bathroom was more aesthetic and pretty, but it wasn’t bad.
