Vedanta used to be my first preference whenever I stayed at kochi but sadly now they don’t even bother to care for something as basic as proper functioning of the AC..when i stayed there 2 months back too the same issue was there..at that time i called the maintenance guy and he came and checked the AC and gave a lame excuse that it was a voltage fluctuation issue at that floor and to be honest i believed him at that time because my favourite hotel once didn’t have a single thing to complain off before..so i let it go thinking it was one time thing..but after 2 months when I stayed there i was shocked to see that the same issue was still there..I am sure they are trying to save the electricity charges by turning off the AC at regular intervals just like a cheap movie theatre does..if something as basic an AC doesn’t work well then how can your guest sleep peacefully at your property .. Really disappointed that this happened twice at a place which used to be my favourite and which i am no longer considering to visit just because they don’t care about their customers experience at their property..the breakfast is good and every other facilities is good but what’s the point of everything else turning good if the AC which is really important and a basic need for ensuring smooth stay of your guest doesn’t work properly…

The place is soo easy to access form metro station. The rooms are decent and is near to major spots in Kochi.

Although pricey, worth every penny you pay for the room. Hospitality is commendable. Nice ambience, clean and pristine rooms and washrooms(special mention to the bath tub), good a/c, awesome pool and bar. Cons are food can be better. Service costs are very high. Ordering a bottle of water to room will cost 60rs. A refrigerator and balcony in the room would have been awesome

Good rooms as per hotel as photos. But no mini bar (fridge) in the rooms. Also pool time is limited from 7.00 am to 3.00pm only, better to provide more time in the evening. Moreover needs to have a pool dress while using it.

One of the best hotels in Cochin I've been to. Good and neat rooms, good staffs & service. For commute you've the Metro station right outside the main gate and bus stand nearby.

Spacious rooms, good buffet breakfast. The recliner provided in the room is very comfy and large. I found the bar drinks to be exorbitantly priced. Best option for corporate events and stays.

Don't choose Barel the cashier makes fake bills for drinks. Check out a Pint costing 400 Over Arguing Staff no point in drinking here. Waste of Money

We chose PGS Vedanta for our recent stay at Cochin and had no regrets at all. An awesome place to stay with cozy and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff and a location that is easily accessible to nearby shopping centres. The food was very good as well and a special mention for the masala tea, which was simply awesome. The only suggestion for improvement would be in terms of the WiFi connection. If this is improved, I think PGS Vedanta would be the perfect place that offers a complete and satisfying package for their customers.

PGS vedanata is one of the nice hotel group especially their service was good and also neat and well maintained the main part i liked is it is located in the centre of City easily accessible metro station , railway station all are here Their food was also good

Great location, good room, but basic things were not working AC had no circulation, no hot water on the 1st day, which was resolved on the 2nd day, Wifi not working, which they promptly provided a Wifi dongle which was not great but was able to get the job done. Overall not a great experience, go ahead only if you are able to deal with such issues, I hope the senior management takes notice and fixes these, the staff were great front office and house keeping were doing their best!

The staffs should be more decent. They stare & ogle at couple or ladies. Please correct your boys. Its really weird to see such bar attenders in a such a 4star bar. Also the seatings have to be improved a lot. No attached seats. All r single seats. Attached cushion seats are expected for such an expensive bar.

Sorry to say but very underwhelmed with our stay here. Dirty bathrooms, bad housekeeping coupled with less number of staff made it difficult for us to like the place. Definitely can do much better in terms of infrastructure and service.

Staff members do not listen at all. There is noise and noise at night. Can't sleep. Room mess everything is good very clean and tidy.

Super comfortable and clean room. One of the best I've seen so far. The complementary breakfast was also amazing.

Not a place for family. You will get a thrid class experience from their staffs. You absolutely don't feel safe there. No one is wearing the mask properly. No one is keeping social distancing. Rooms are not clean. Smelly bathrooms with no proper soaps or kits. This is the worst place to visit in Kochi. I strongly recommend not the visit the hotel.

In a word , its pathetic. No Hot water, poor connection of AC, frequent electricity failures,poor TV connection and the hotel front office were very much interested in taking the bill amount from me of which i paid 4000 rs for a single night stay. But they were least interested in hearing my issues. Travelling a long distance and ending up in such a hotel. waste of money and time. not recommended in these pandemic time.

I paid 4k for the worst hotel service of my life. Bad connected AC, no hot water to bath( maintenance work going on), broken recliner, no shower gel, no stopper in the bath tub, the hand shower was loose, TV had network issue, No hair dryer, teh cupboard were tight and not opening. When asked to solve the problem they just casually said sorry for the inconvenience. Dude I paid 4k for this. Definitely not gonna recommend anyone for this place. Worst hotel ever

Nice hotel to stay. Less crowded. Food was nice. But not consistent. One day got very bad food and service at the bar restaurant. Evening pool side bar is avaliable. And happy hour is also there till 7.00 pm

I have done early check-in around 8 am in the morning and the front desk helps so well, Hotel Location is so good it's just near to Ernakulam Town railway station and the metro station. Nice rooms, very courteous and accommodative front desk. Very relaxed checkout policy, if the reservations are not busy. Lot of parking. Very close to Ernakulam North Railway station (walking distance), Kaloor private bus station and Kochi Metro station is next door. Very convenient to move around. Nice restaurants around to check out local cuisine.

A fine exquisite dining experience. . Located at the heart of kochi with plenty of parking place , for easy navigation located just next to town-hall metro station . Came here for lunch today and had a delightful experience . The food was fine although some were not upto the expectation . Staff were respectful and good . Overall i did feel like the non veg items were comparatively less. . Overall good food fine dining experience. Would recommend this place

One of the good hotel which offer luxury services like hot tub, roof top pool, spacious rooms etc... really enjoyed my stay. And the hotel provide us complementary items for guest too...not sure if it was available for guests in all room...the only drawback i felt is that swimming pool is available only till 3pm as they are having pool bar running after 3 and its kind of restricted after 3.

Best budget Star hotel in the middle of the city with ample Car parking space. Rooms were too good for the price we paid. Town Hall Metro station is very next to the hotel, so travelling around Kochi is very comfortable. Their breakfast spread is pretty decent & all staffs are polite & welcoming. Highly Recommended!!

I must say, I enjoyed every single bite of the Onam meal at Vedanta.  Food is stunning... Wide wine list... Definitely fine dining. Servers are also great and efficient, happy and polite. Love this place and will continue to visit.

80% good experience.. room is very spacious,neat and clean. Staf is very helpful... But one thing I m very disappoint with breakfast. Like same breakfast every day and no variety.. like idli puttu dosa and one North Indian dish. That's it. Mean very big hotel.. seriously everything was perfect but breakfast I will give zero. Need to be improved

Food is expensive with 60% worth. Breakfast has no options at all. When asked for fruit juice, extra has to be paid. Book only if you’re looking for a room and nothing extra. On a poster note, Staffs were well behaved.

The rooms were a bit tired, the faux leather in the recliner almost worn off giving it a grim look and bathroom fittings were faded, but clean The linen on bed had to be replaced which they did quickly. The breakfast was good and the only day we tried dinner from their restaurant was good as well. The pool is very well maintained and a good addition The service was very prompt with all smiling faces all around

Located adjacent to Town hall metro station. Need to depend maps to access the location. Amenities like mini bar, refrigerator and iron box is not provided in the room. Only one bottle of water is provided per day as complementary. Lunch buffet is charged ₹699 per person. Buffet spread is limited and unappealing. Breakfast menu was much better.
