Good rooms well maintained, nice staff very support... We stayed with family and had great support from them

The owner and his father are very rude. Don't trust these reviews that are 5*, they are fake. Rooms are not clean, mosquitoes, service is worse. Don't waste your money and time, don't stay even if they give it for free. I don't want others to suffer.

Very Bad Experience....staffs and owners are a badass fellows, very arrogant...my first and last booking and I suggest my friends also don't book here if they provide a free stay.

Very rude staffs.. I booked a double bed room, initially they try to cheat me with a single bed room. I demanded double bed. Then they arranged a very bad room with less facilities.. without a towel, bedsheet soap or nothing provided.. I requested a sample soap and they charged me for 5rs for that.. every hotel provides some basic facilities.. but these hotel is the worst service I ever felt.

One of the wrost rooms,no cleanliness the otherside of the rooms owner's house so no window ventilation. I have ever stayed in No bed sheets, no lift no room boys have to carry ourselves all our travel bags, especially both room attached but no wash basins. We booked 2 rooms he is one in 1st floor and another in 2nd floor where the is no lift. If you want same floor have to pay more. Room boy timing he is telling 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the morning 5 a.m. for hot water we need to come to ground floor n ring the bell owner come out and arranges. No bell in room no phone. A ceiling fan in room without protection to wings by oversight if you rise your hand fan winhs will injur your fingers. Proof pics attached.access denied to attach pics.

We are happy to stay in pleasant inn. The name it says pleasant is the same word i can tell. Good hospitality and support.

One of the best budget stay, almost at the center of city. Nearby good restaurants and fruits shops. Good care by the host family. Family type atmosphere also very helpful. Room are in budget category, but maintained very well. Very safe for families and kids. Almost stayed there for one week, surely recommended and will only choose pleasant inn for our stay in ernakulam.

Had to check out at 2 am due to bed bugs and they even refused to refund..didn't provide bedsheets, soap, towel, drinking water...

This hotel is located very near to bypass junction kakkanad . I have taken a Non Ac room .Rooms are very neat and cost also comes under our budget. If anyone want neat & good room with in budget ,i recommend them to try this hotel.

Never book the hotel unless you reach the hotel and you see the room .Will written my honest review from my side the worst experience my parents faced in this hotel it was very worst I will never recommend you to go here. firstly I was booked by my sister as she arrived at 11 at night they manipulate her to give whole amount of the hotel rent people there are not at all corporative at all they have given them a very small room at 3rd floor my sister and parents have suffered in the small room they haven’t changed there room and they have taken the whole money from them and at the check out day they had a very bad argument with the owner and on 2nd day also they changed the rooms and this time it was also very small room for the 3 person with only 1 bed ….

Rooms were not clean. Staff behaviour was rude. Customers are not treated with respect. wash rooms have no wash basin. Main door could not be locked properly due to poor quality of latches.No room boys are available 24/7. No lift.Rooms were allotted as per the receiptionist's whims and fancies. we six people all above 60 years of age were allotted rooms on the second floor and we had to carry all our luggages ourselves due to the non-availability of room boys after 5.00.pm. No hot water in the wash rooms. We had to go down to the receiption and inform him for hot water. 21.02.2024. kameswar rao p
