Generally photos are bit glorified and actual rooms are not as it may look in photos. But here it's completely opposite. Photos are not showing actual clean beautiful rooms. It was a really nice stay.

You are not even allowed to use the pools as you see in the images. Only morning time is allowed for the pool & that too in a hot sunny area. No people are entering the pool area in the morning due to the high heat. Final Output - Please Watch The Night Attractive Pics In The Sites & Google & You Will Not Be Able To Use It! Then Why Should We Pay Such A High Cost! Think Twice Before Booking ✌🏻 Not Worth 👎🏻👎🏻

In our whole trip to kerala this is the only place we received least hospitality. I don't know whether its due to holiday or other reason the staff were not hospitable. Even though the google tells its a 4 star hotel we didn't get the vibe. There are few other grievances and we are just leaving it alone. Very bad experiance faced from this hotel today as they made me a thief or some one stolen their mini bar items, Me and my friend stayed their for a company meeting and thier staff made a big mistake that they took the chocolate and all that need to paid by me, When I complained the same, that receptionist and room service manager made me a thief as I have stolen something theirown and such a ridiculous situation they created and taken 320 rupees from us for no reason. Very very poor attitude I ever faced from a front office person and never ever stay over here.

Do not expect any assistance from the receptionist. Asked to help to get the luggage from car as I was not having any fresh clothes to wear after shower .. explained the situation still the staff was rude in saying that to come down and get it yourself. Never expected such an attitude from a decent hotel like this .

It used to be a great hotel and very value for money. This was my second visit, couple of years back it was excellent, but now rooms are a bit stinky, room service is bad. Reception folks are good. Hope they improve on this because it was love at first sight property for me couple of years back. Still I guess for the price its still a value for money option

Overall a terrible experience. First of all , we were asked very rudely whether we are staying there when we came back after dinner. The check out experience was the absolute worst. They asked me to stay and made me and cab wala wait because they wanted to inspect the room after a i checked out. Sure dude , I absolutely paid around 2K to steal your stinky bath towel and sheets. I'm surprised that they didn't cavity checked me. Whoever was at the reception today while I checked out shouldn't work in the hospitality industry. Never coming back again.

Honest review alert - Typical overhyped hotel. Went there after seeing the reviews here. Pros - Well maintained and clean hotel Food is amazing (in coral reef) Must have Cons - 1. Worst Management ever 2. Packages saying free 3 hours early checkin is a myth. 3. They made us wait from 9.30-1pm in the lobby to get our desired already paid room. 4. They would let you stay at any rooms of their choice. Please check the room amenities you are booking for. Or you might get cheated and I caught them doing so. 5. Anything extra you buy, you should know its not on MRP rather its 4x times the MRP. (Selling 10 INR lays for 40 INR) 🙂 Felt like I was heavily looted.

This place is nearby railway station, it's a prime location and near to metro station although it's a walk from there. Good rooms, staff is very co operative and polite. Food is really good. One of the best biriyani in kochi is available here only. The food price is also very low compared to other places. Overall a very good place to enjoy your weekends.

The rooms are quite good except for the washrooms. I've stayed in this hotel for more than 3 times, and what I've noticed is tht the hot water supply doesn't work. Seems like the tap, has its own mind. The pressure is never consistent. Caution ⚠ : skip the in-house dining

Rooms are good looking, neat and modern. They are worth the value. We faced a powercut and water issues. Dinner service is very slow and poor. They mixed up our food and gave wrong orders. Prices are high. Location is not the best. Found some cockroaches in the bathroom. Other than that I felt the rooms are worth the price paid.

Clean & comfortable room, good breakfast. One sore point was that they only offered 2 500ml water bottles on day 1. Balance stay it was chargeable at 5X. Also, the much touted swimming pool was closed for all 3 days of my stay.

Rooms are well cleaned and maintained. And the rooftop is the must section you should visit as it have beautiful view of kochi. And nice pool. Outside food is not allowed but I saw people getting food by ordering on swiggy n zomato. Good atmosphere. But for visitors they charged 800 extra I don't know why the website clearly mentioned visitors are allowed. Over all experience was good. At the first we feel like room is slightly small for 3 PPL. But it's negligible.

The cleaner had changed the bed sheet with blood stains and the hotel receptionist took Rs 500 from us in the name of cleaning the bed sheet. If u are booking this hotel even after reading reviews, you are in trap. Business class or professional people must avoid this hotel. As there is absolutely no professionalism in the hotel staff.

Got a bad experiance from this hotel, as this never expected from such a hotel, Minibar actually consumed by thier staff and end of the day they paid from us, we dont have any proof for that, becouse, before our entry some one consumed minibars and waste disposed in bin we never noticed the same and stay for the day, while check out they arguing minibar items consumed by guest only and we need to pay, first time getting such an experience from a 4star hotel as thier own staff doing like this, So giving 0 rating for thier service and must be careful while staying here or you may face the same issue.

Location is really good but the facilities they mentioned are not provided there.. swimming pool was in maintenance and toiletries were not provided properly.

We had an excellent experience in the coral Isle. Each and every staff I encountered were delightful and went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was fabulous, clean and perfect for the stay. The main advantage is the location, its in the city center with all the facilities are within the reach. Definitely I recommend this to my family and colleagues. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Poor guest service. Toiletries when asked were out of stock and they kept us waiting for a long time a cup of tea. Rooms were good and Clean and very near to the railway station, but do not expect guest service from the staff.

The place is amazing. Nithin the fnb manager and jimna kj guest service assistant made a 60 rs tea into 6000 rs meal purely with the sweet smile and dedicated service

Bad service by the security guard. We had a terrible experience with the guards . They were rude and disrespectful. Kindly let them know that all are humans and need to be respected and to be polite to everyone

We were a group of 21 people for a wedding. Excellent hotel, service and food. Special thanks to Mr.Vysakh for co-ordinating and making this group stay really smooth. The location just in front of EKM town railway station also helps a lot.

This place is very near to the north railway station. Just wakable distance. The rooms are quiet good and neat. Their breakfast is so nice and good.

The rooms are good but the service is too pathetic. We stayed at this location for 4 days all the days whenever we asked for room service the team used to attend it only after 2 to 3 hrs. Even basic things like toiletries had to be asked 100 times before we got it. Not sure why they say its 4 star hotel when the service is not even of 3 star

The lobby, rooms, rooftop terrace, dining space and the pool were all spotless clean and cozy. It is located in the middle of the city as well and walkable distance to a metro station. So commuting is convenient.

They are trained to say rooms r getting cleaned, and make people wait forever. They think everyone is a tourist here with no value of time. Stayed here twice, very bad behavior. We went to have dinner. Even though the food was average, chilli pork was tasty. we had noodles & chilli pork. we ordered a prawn masala. But they served us with prawn paal curry, which was disappointing...

Better than most of the stay at those prices. Almost a 4 star facilities are given. The rooms are very neat and nice. The washrooms are excellent as well. The food is quite good including a not bad buffet spread. The service is also above par. Will definitely stay again if required in that area.

Coral island, is a cozy place. In short you can say it's a diamond amongst the other hotels in that area. It's spic and span.. great ambiance, good staff and great terrace restaurant. Open air and cozy.

Not deserve 1 star room service is worse than any service I have ever experienced, even the 2 star lodge offers better service than River Coral Island, they only cleaned the food waste after 7 hours and did not provide the bathroom aminities I had previously paid for. I do not want to waste my time reviewing this unworthy coral

Neat room and bathroom. Very expensive. No complimentary water bottel. Taking 45 rs for 500ml water. 40rs for normal ten rupees lays packet.

The service has been good, sea food platter and the pork coming out on a sizzler were highlights. Open to sky seating was alright with the weather being pleasant, wouldn't recommend an early evening get together here, it would be scorching. The service started to degrade as soon as it hit 09:45 pm, felt like that on both my visits here. Overall good ambience and good music. It is on the expensive side and they could do better with slightly competitive rates for the food and the liquor.

Rooftop is a beautiful area to hangout with. They offer happy hours till 7:30pm. You could get a drink(beer of same brand) free when ordering for two. Parking space is limited, bikes can be parked in the basement. Smoking is allowed in the rooftop.

We had a meeting arranged at the Hotel and things were completely worst from the meeting room itself. Meeting room had very bad odour and when reported the concerned person came and sprayed a tonne of room freshener which caused suffocation to all the persons at the meeting. Secondly the drinking water was provided in a glass bottle which was not washed and had dirt at the bottom of the bottle. Will not ever choose this Hotel again.

In Google maps the hotel is listed as 4* but this hotel is like a 3* hotel. We stayed for 5 days. Rooms are good. They do room service every day. But the rooms are old and bathroom and main door were struck. In shower the hot and cold water tap was not working properly. The rooms were neat. Parking is very limited. They give parking preference to customer who come to their bar. Didn't try their restaurant. Location is good.Very near to North railway station. Their wifi is very limited. Can't watch videos in Facebook or YouTube with their wifi.
