A Very Worst superspeciality hospital in Kochi and Kerala with Worst mangement, can call it as a disaster. I took an appoinment for Sleep study test and i had a very worst experience from the reception staffs to the Docter. They told that patient should come with a bistander and i obeyed it. But initaily at the time of registration they charged 100 rupees each for covid antigen test, that was only for money. Thousands of patients are visiting daily and they peel their money through this types of activity.Same day i witnessed for a bad incident at the PRO chamber. One of the "Gentleman" at that section behaved very rudely to a patients father while they are ready for paying bills. Finally they apologized to them while some of the friends of the patient demanded for it.Besides that they charged a huge amount, about 13000 for just one day, even though they didnt cleaned the woond too. His friends besieged the PRO for 45 minutes and finally the managment was ready to gave a discount of 4000 directly. And they left the place to consult another Good hospital. This was their system. They didnt think that we the public are their income source. They consider only it as a bussiness.I Only had a satisfiable experience from the side of Sleep lab technician, with good attitude. The Doctor Wilson in Pulmanology Dept. That i consulted was also not good. He didnt gave a complete solution for my problem.

Getting admitted is the only easy thing in this hospital. Very poor infrastructure fir the patients, not enough rooms, not enough staff in any of the departments very very poor billing section, insurance desk.. and the most difficult part of this hospital is trying to get discharge with approved insurance. Super delay. U have to wait till 9-10 pm to pay your own money and go away.. doctor and health services is good. Management has to take consideration in workload and put sufficient staffs and workplace for them!

I am writing this to inform everyone about the mismanagement and bad administration I faced from the medical trust hospital yesterday. It is such a shame that such a big hospital is running this inefficiently. Lack empathy, not patient friendly. Not child friendly. I think they are discovering innovative ways to torture patients and waste their time. Here is the details. My child was admitted Tuesday night for a slight tummy ache. We went to the casualty room and the doctor insisted on admission. We didn't want to risk it as the child is just 5 years old. The blood work showed some infection and they kept her for observation for one more day. The doctor told me that they would discharge her the next morning. They suspected appendicitis and did a lot of blood work, expecting surgery, but after the doctor saw the result and the child, they were told it was not appendicitis, may be just food poisoning, but anyway, they kept her for one more day, which was actually unnecessary in hindsight, but that is OK and understandable. Now, anticlimax, we can't get discharged as there is no one on the insurance desk to move papers. It was not a Sunday or any other major public holiday, but still, no one was available. The solution is one more day of unnecessary stay or we pay the full amount. I talked with PRO (Johnson).) multiple times. He lacked empathy, was very rude, and was not even ready to listen or find a solution. He refused to give an escalation matrix. It seemed no one was available at the hospital. I talked with my insurance team, they asked me to get the pending documents myself. This just includes discharge summaries and other reports so that they can approve the claim. The hospital refused to provide my own child's records to me. It seems for me to get my child's medical report, they need approval from the medical board and medical director. And all those departments are on holiday, it seems. No insurance help desk, no medical records department, and no one who can take any decision. Such a big hospital a such a pathetic system and process. They were not even removing the cannula until I made an issue since that is the policy. So the plan was to make the child suffer for 36 more hours until discharge, even though the child was OK. There was no more medicine to give, but a cannula couldn't be removed because that is the "protocol". It is such a shame that such a big hospital is running this inefficiently. Lack empathy, not patient friendly. Not child friendly. I decided to pay the bill and get reimbursed. They are refusing to give anything other than a discharge summary and a bill. Ultrasound reports or blood reports or anything else. He asked me to mail the request and come again the next day for these.

One of the best hospitals in Kerala. Not a corporate one but a people hospital. The charges are very much affordable. Best doctors and nurses. The staff is such helpful that you will not require to wait anywhere long because they take care of you without the need of waiting including parking your car. One of the famous hospital for organ transplant. Not very fancy. Bit old buildings in the heart of the city but you can trust this one 👌🏻✅🌹❤️‍🩹

Right from entering the so called new block of the hospital, which was actually inaugurated way back in 2004, all you could notice is an unorganized way of doing things. Registering a new patient itself will take a lot of time. Even if you have booked an appointment with the Dr, you will still have to wait according to a new token and order. The Dr will not even ask properly for the history of patient and disease. The consultation barely takes 2-3 mins and all they ask you to do is to get admitted. The whole atmosphere at this hospital will make you very uncomfortable as you will see patients being transferred from one block to another without proper isolation, especially during the Covid times. The whole infrastructure of the hospital is designed to give trouble for the patients. Getting from the room to a lab will take ages. The Xray room and its equipment are so old that the results might no be very accurate. All the equipment these hospital use are very old and probably used items from big hospitals. I advise the management to renovate the whole department and equipment.

This was the original review I had given with one star: For an half hour surgery I am still waiting for the last three hours for discharge. At this pace it will be midnight by the time I am discharged. It is understandable if I have insurance but this is when I am paying in full. I brought my mother as a bystander and she did not bring her medication because we expected to walk out soon after the surgery. When we mentioned it at the ward on the seventh floor they did not seem to care much. Horrible administration. Approaching PRO is an effort in futility. I was very impressed by the response by the PR team. A person called me and met me in person during my follow up appointment. She was very apologetic and assured me that things would be better in the future. Hope everything will be fine during my next visit. I am giving Medical Trust 5 stars now.

I got very bad experience by admitting to this hospital..they didn't care about the patients who are admitted here and only the money speaks.very rude and each one who sits here as a name of DOCTOR doesn't have any of eligibility to call as Doctor..characterless behaviour..just doing show off. they look patients as money banks. understand that patients are not money banks please do show some kind and care. Iam so sure that if they keep doing the same to everyone Karma will definitely strike again!!

Writing this review from hospital itself.. Treatment may be good.. Adminstration is so pathetic that you can't imagine. They are least bothered about our time and here am waiting more than 6 hrs for a discharge now and don't have any idea how long it will take. They will just guide you from once desk to other. This was the same situation while admitting also. Even after prior appointment they made us to more the 2-3 hrs to get things done Next is parking.. They have sufficient parking for doctors near hospital. But not for patients. Since the parking is not near by hospital atleast they could have arranged Valet parking.

Insurance services are very poor, the staff sitting at the right corner of the insurance counter is the Worst, her attitude makes us feel we came to beg to her!! No one knows any procedures or process and always confused. Our cashless claim was not processed till discharge, even after we payed the full amount the claim was still pending!!

Treatment from the doctors, nurses and other staffs are friendly and thorough. More than enough nurses and staff to take care of the patient around the clock. And if you're lucky, you get a room with a view

Very bad experience. There is no order no system. People are just left hanging waiting for ever. Absolutely atrocious care. I had to see Dr Naveen(dermatology) for my son. He did the diagnosis and asked for a skin biopsy. A procedure which takes 5 min. On my first query they informed me that it will take a little time. Being a positive person, I assumed that meant half and hour or 45 min at the maximum. After repeated enquiries, wherein I informed that my son had thrown up his breakfast and was not well and kindly requested them to please call us soon. 2 hours passed and we are still waiting. And then the doctor deigned to let me know that the delay is because they have only one procedure room. Any lay person will know that we need to plan a schedule based on the resources we have. So if there is lack of space and time , why does the hospital give out appointments like free candy? They pack us in like sardines and any fit and healthy person will fall sick standing (no empty chairs)! If the hospital, takes our money for a service they are going to provide, there also needs to be a minimum decency regarding the time frame. The doctor’s deduction after talking to me was that “you don’t like waiting.” My answer to that is, ask any of the poor patients waiting in the room outside. None of them likes waiting. In spite of the doctors fickle assurances , we were still made to wait again. By then I decided I did NOT want the care from such uncaring people. I DID NOT do the skin biopsy for which I had paid for. The irony of it all is the attitude of the entire hospital .. starting from the watchman, general staff, nurses, doctors… they are providing me some free service for which I should be eternally grateful. At the end of the day It’s a transaction. I will never return to this hospital.

Very Worst Hospital & Staff Behaviors... They treat patients and bystanders like how they do in Govt hospital. Rooms are available only for VIP & special recommendations other wise you have to wait in the que for getting admission for room. If this is only hospital left in the whole world then also not advise to go here.. Some Docs are good...but they are helpless against the administration. Don.t go here....waste of money & peace of mind.

Poor management. When we hear the word 'Trust' An image of them doing something great for people comes to mind. But after coming here and seeing nothing like that, They look like we came to the hospital to steal something. The person who came with me asked if this is a government hospital.

Recent surgery for a fractured clavicle. I can honestly say, I have never experienced such amazing care from my consultant Dr. KHALEEL and his team to the junior consultants and staff. The care I received was second to none or the best pvt. care there is. I'm extremely grateful for all the treatment and medical advice I've been provided. I've always received 100% service and attention from every G-ward staff members while I was in hospital. Keep up the good work and thank you all.

I am really pleased to state unequivocally that this hospital is the best in this city. The doctors are soft-spoken, highly knowledgeable and precision driven. The supporting staff is excellent. I had my 87yr old mother admitted here and she was taken care with great respect, love & care. The nurses are always cheerful and keep the patients slightest medical needs satisfied. The treatment is cost effective and reasonable.

Excellent setup. Neat & clean. Affordable for middle class. OP fee is very less. We met Dr CJ John, Dr T Sunil. Best Drs. Responsiv PRO. Helpful staff. Gud canteen. Prayer area provided. Hygienic toilet. Suggestions: It will be time saving if Drs are given pen tablet to write medical notes of patiens. Also will reduce time taken for file movement. Car parking arrangement not sufficient. Mainly for outstation patients. Suggested automated car parking like Lourdes Hosp at the earliest.

Writing this review from the hospital itself. Never come here for an emergency. The ICU staff never bother about the patient. Writing this from my own experience from this hospital. Since bystander won't see what is happening inside ICU , the staff is very ignorant in ICU. That is a place where critical care is needed. But full of harrassment.

We got admitted on 24th September, Surgery was for my mother, Hospital is blessed with quality doctors no doubt about it , that was our prime reason we decided to go with medical trust , Floor 6 , room no 6 , G ward. Dr Bipin Theruvil is a highly talented person because of him my mother had a successful surgery for both knees , him and his team of doctors were very helpful, Dr George (Pulmonologist) a Dr from Neurology Dept. and also the nurses at ICU & CCU were very kind and helpful, I must also highlight a girl she addressed herself as PRO but didn’t ask her name , she is the one who helped us with the room issues , we got double room since the room we asked was not available , and the double room was not well maintained, with windows not closing properly and we had mosquito issues , after informing several times VIA phone and visiting at PRO things didn’t work out but this girl she was on her casual visit to all the patients room and I happened to tell her action was taken fast with solutions , thanks to her. Also the cleaning staff though the room is old and not maintained properly the cleaning staff were excellent in their job. The only Negative part or experience is about the nurses of G-ward , even for changing patients bed sheet I need to remind them plus they don’t respond fast , they lack sense of urgency , ask them to change the Soiled bedsheet it will be done after hours of gap , Mother got shifted from ICU after surgery to room , bed was not ready I had to Inform them to bring some bed sheets , call them or press the call button their won’t be any response, When I was away for an outside job my father was with my mother he wanted someone to support her so he called for help , a nurse came and she said she can’t touch the patient and she needs to ask the permission of a doctor, my question is what if the patients slips and the bystander can’t lift her alone will she do the same thing wait for permission and till she gets a go signal the patient has to be on the floor ?? We had a terrible experience from G ward nurses , Sister Molly is kind but she needs to educate her team how to behave with patients not all of them yes their are some good nurses but only few majority of them has got some serious attitude problems , plenty of things to highlight about them but can’t keep on writing a super long essay about this nurses. Consider my review or leave it , I honestly don’t care but a hospital with such highly skilled , qualified and quality doctors where patients mainly comes only because of the doctors name & fame should look into this matter of nurses , such behaviour from the nursing staff will spoil the reputation of the hospital yes the hospital is extremely busy but we do pay for nursing charges.

Very good infrastructure. Systematic . Parking facilities given .... even though not near but only a stone throw distance away in adjacent streets. Don't have to go here and there, because mostly all procedures available inside. Dedicated doctors, kind nurses. A good facility.

I went there with my mother - a kidney patient- and we were happy with the way doctor Mammen John treated us. We were asked to admit there and got a room in the I-Annex (8th floor). The main drawback we faced was the way nurses (except one) treated us. They were unpleasant and non-cooperative. They were not even smiling when approaching the patient at least. Terrible experience from them but it has to be said that the doctors were really nice and consoling. Hope the management rectifies it for good.

Let me begin with the treatment and its efficacy first , the most important performance indicator for a hospital. Dr. Mamen, who treated my 85 year old Dad is exemplary , judicious and very adept in his treatment. He exemplifies those fine attributes of an ideal Doctor, I must say. Those nurses too were so friendly , caring and willing to go the extra mile. The key highlight of the treatment is its holistic nature per say. The only let down was the Head of Nurses in Ward - I ( wearing white saree) who was not at all welcoming and would always tend to answer our queries with a very unpleasant look. Wonder as to why can’t they be polite and gentle while dealing with people! Let’s not forget , it’s the humility and empathy of staff that drive our loyalty in this profession . She takes the sheen off an otherwise a splendid team . Still I would give 4.5/5 rating for the treatment. Affordability and cost of treatment- I would say the hospital charges are somewhat reasonable, though not cheap. It’s 4/5 in my opinion. Food- Here they have got some work to do as it can be prepared and served in a much better way. Agreed, patient food is bland, but that shouldn’t deter one from finding ways to enhance the taste and flavor. There are no plates or cutleries even to serve and have food. It’s 3.5 /5 for me. Hospital infrastructure - I am not an expert to comment on the technology and sophistication the hospital has acquired or put in use. But buildings are little worn and could be renovated to give a fresh look and feel. The rooms require a makeover including the beds. Remember good ambience fuels recovery ! It’s again 3.5/5. Hygiene - Hospital makes good attempt to maintain the cleanliness in its premises. It deserves 4/5. Administrative services and support functions- Here’s where they can really up the ante. We had encountered real difficulty in getting our insurance claim approved and discharge formalities concluded. The officers at this department were a tad insensitive whenever I approached them. The staff would often blame the insurance company, but what I could figure out is, a lot of time is consumed on collating the bills as well. Eventually it took more than six hours to close out everything which really tested our patience. I understand the high volumes they deal with. But why can’t they find a mechanism to improve the backend process and reduce patient checkout time ? It’s definitely plausible. My rating is 3/5. Overall I am giving 4/5 in hope that they would address the gray areas and take it to the next level.

First of all, doctors are good and experienced. Everything else about the hospital is poor, poor infrastructure, insufficient rooms for the patient intake. Extremely poor operations and billing sections, understaffed and lacking efficiency. I have got good medical advice from medical trust, but the overall experiemce as a bystander and family member has been poor. Bystanders sleep on the floor in the waiting lobby due to lack of amenitoes!

Overall, my experience at Medical Trust Hospital ( G- ward) was truly remarkable, thanks to the exceptional care and expertise of the Orthopedic and Plastic Surgery departments. The orthopedic specialists were professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate, ensuring the best possible outcome for their patients. The plastic surgery department demonstrated a high level of skill and artistry, providing natural-looking results and prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction. The hospital as a whole displayed professionalism and efficiency, with clean and well-equipped facilities and a dedicated staff who went above and beyond to ensure patient comfort and well-being. I wholeheartedly recommend Medical Trust Hospital to anyone in need of orthopedic or plastic surgery treatment, as I am confident they will receive the same outstanding level of care that I did.

Business People should learn from the staff of Medical Trust Hospital about how to mint and extract money from poor patients. Last week I had gone to their lab to undertake ultrasound scan. However, after meeting another doctor the same day and coming with his prescription for the scan, the lab staff was insisting on undergoing Covid Antigen test prior to undertake the scan. Everyone is aware that the antigen tests have been stopped by various organization because of its inaccurate results. However despite of this they were insisting on shelling out the extra money for these unnecessary things. They mean to say that the doctor and staff whom we had consulted the same day prior to do the scan are fools I am sure that those who extract money like this, will not be able to enjoy the same. Karma will strike them for sure.

To keep the daily rising Coronavirus infection rates under check, the Medical Trust Hospital authorities have adhered to stricter health standards. It was not directly influenced by the lockdown imposed by the Kerala state government but was in place throughout the pandemic spread. They have placed health care professionals to check body temperature and asks the patients and their bystanders to apply hand sanitiser solution from the automatic sanitiser dispensing machine. There is only takeout and delivery being offered from the hospital Canteen as of today.

I had been to this hospital a week back to get Covid vaccine. It was my first-time there. Medical Trust is a well known brand health service provider in Ernakulam. But i was disappointed on my first visit there. People receiving Covid vaccine and those taking Covid tests are crowded in a ground floor corridor. There is no physical separation; it is not possible in the crowded corridor. Vaccine takers are directed to the 13th floor after initial check in. Again the vaccine recipients have to wait for the lift in a narrow lobby, again shared by the Covid test counter. All this makes one scared of getting infected due to lack of space for physical separation.

Attitude of doctor is no question to be asked even if you are being told to have a surgery. No diagnosis or post surgery treatment and precautions mentioned and hence am now suffering keloid. Poor removal of stitches by intern and no further check up after removal of bandaid. When consulted after specially paying ₹400 did not diagnose keloid & transfered to physio therapy instead. Insurance team uninformed about process and equally uncooperative nurses about this. Had to consult Rajagiri hospital for this.

Poorly managed emergency room, close enough for a government hospital. We had a bad experience when my mother was taken there due to persistent cough. To be fair on them, all beds were occupied but there were as many doctors available as well. One doctor who seemed an intern enquired about my mom, and told us to wait. Wait was indefinite as she went off to the counter, sat and filled registers, chat with other doctors as we patiently waited. Then when she came she just checked my mom with stethoscope and told to come consult a general physician the next day. All the while my mom was coughing hard and was having severe abdominal pain due to persistent cough. It took forever for a nurse to come check the vitals. As there were no treatment suggested or prescribed meds, we didn't wait for the summary the itern asked us to wait for. We went to Krishna hospital from there and were taken care of well and got a good treatment. Very uncompassionte doctors. Can't say that about nurses though as they seemed less in number and heavily occupied.

Had a bad experience for billing the Lab tests, and again verification in the lab for the tests conducted, The doctor once notes down the Tests it should reach all the desktops of all the relevant sections through a Central Server. I had to spend so much time at each counter. Please upgrade your IT system, make it more efficient for the visiting patients, provide quality service. Also please maintain your Toilets, keep a full time cleaner and provide good hygiene.

I recently had a really good experience at Medical Trust Hospital in G Ward. The level of care and professionalism exhibited by the entire medical staff, especially Sister Moly, was exceptional. From addressing my concerns to providing top-notch medical care, the team went above and beyond. The facilities were clean and modern, and the meals were delicious. I highly recommend Medical Trust Hospital for anyone in need of medical attention.

One of Kochi's top hospitals, with excellent physicians. These folks at the medical trust, I believe, are merely very professional and mature enough to take care of us and judge circumstances correctly. Congratulations to the entire staff; I had a fantastic experience with medical trust.

The doctors and nursing staff are really good but the insurance staff they behave like they are doing some favor for us their rude behaviour especially the staff in I annex of your hospital. We can't ask anything to them they show their black face after doctor discharged us at 12 PM they willfully delayed and done the procedure at 4pm . Also I want to make you notify that after discharg when people forget their xray sheets MRI sheets why you are disposing. You have to keep it for atleast 3days these cleaning staff throw it in waste bin we had the similar experience our sons MRI REPORT was kept in a room and when we shifted to another room we forgot to take it the very next day when we enquired about it they said they don't knw. After two days we saw that these cleaning staff after discharg if these xray films are kept in room they just dump in waste bin. We have to take a news copy now...

As always Medical Trust is awesome in its services. I was amazed how it's possible even with this large crowd. Really appreciate the nursing staff & doctors for their care in attending patients. Very humble. The Management should be appreciated.

On 7th of March 2021, I alongwith my family returned to Kochi after a short visit to my Native Place Tura in Meghalaya. And on 9th of March 2021 at about 7am after watering the flower and plant, when I entered the Bathroom about to take bath,I couldnot lift my right hand and my right leg was also like paralysed.when I call my wife my voice was not clear. Without wasting any time we call a Uber and proceeded to Medical Trust Hospital alongwith my wife and Son .Immediately on arrival in Hospital they admit me in Casualty and did all the necessary test MRI test and found there is brain hemorrhage. I was admitted in ICU and a very Abled doctor Dr Sudheesh Ramachandran was attending me. A good Physiotherapist also attended me. All the Nurses were very helpful and did their duty very professionally. I thank both Dr Sudheesh Ramachandran and Dr Physiothepist( Name I dont remember) and the Nursing staff. I have recovered fully now. Doctor of Medical Trust Hospital are very experience and highly Professional. I highly recommend this Hospital for normal to complicated emergency.

This review is specially dedicated to DR Asha.Rajan (physician) I took my mom for diabetic. The doctor has got attitude problem especially to men. She is not bothered or have any basic manner as a 'DOCTOR'. Her medicines has no effects rather make it worse as she keeps doubling the dosage!! I clearly told her that the medicine is making her diabetic worse and the her statement were - increase the insulin to three times a day and have diabetic tablets along with. This is a wrong way of treating humanity! My mom is around fifty and giving this high dosage will make diabetics worse for her. People are coming to hospital to get treated not to make them more sick. When we consulted with other hospital they clearly told us to avoid this overdosage! This doctor is promoting her company insulin and miss-using it on patients. BEWARE!

I would like to greatly thank M. T. H for availing us the service of two great doctors, Dr. M. N. RADHAKRISHNAN NAIR(NEUROLOGY DEPARTMENT)& Dr. ALTO FRANCI. V. G(DENTAL DEPARTMENT ). Both of them are excellent doctors who show a greater level of patiency and attention to patient's problems and adopt necessary steps for patient's problems. Please M. T. H, both of them are greatest assets to your hospital and promote them in the way they deserve 🏅🏅.

Situated in one of the best location,in the city.staffs are arrogant, admission from casualty takes hell a lot of time.initially they will showcase that all rooms are full which will tempt to you get any room they suggest of higher price.since you are tired of waiting in reception. Hospital Pro's are the best at convincing patients bystander to go for high priced room. They are upselling antigen test nowadays.its must for all bystanders. I believe they have made great revenue by this time.Once you check in, you will find the rooms are of old type, not worthy.beds are old, height and head cannot be adjusted.canteen is the worst place in medical trust.no choice.no service.charges of the meals are too high.treatment is not prompt.doctors keep in extending discharge, till the time you don't beg for that.insurance dept is a disaster here, although no compromise on billing.finally the discharge process in this hospital is the worst in the world. Therefore I suggest, not to try this place,if someone dies at home.

The receptionist wont show a courtesy to reply for a query. I made a call in 21st June 2021, 6:05 PM to inquire about Covisheid 2nd Dose for my parents. They just cut the call. They cut the call twice. Medical system is going pathetic in our country. Why these places have such irresponsible people. They could have at least give a response like no or provide some directions.

This is the vaccination centre within the hospital to take covid-19 vaccines. We need to pre register to take the vaccine in cowin site and according to the slot given to us, we have to be present. Of the vaccine is paid then first we have to fill a form ad then pay the bill. After that move to the 13 th floor and wait for your turn. Get your shot and then wait for 30 min in observation area.. That's it done!

I had taken my father for a complete check up after a fall a month back. I would like to state that Hospital has been very systematic with all cordial staff. During the Covid times the hospital has been kept clean and sanitizers available at every corner . I would especially like to thank Dr Ebin Kulangara General Physician, whom we consulted today for my husband. He is an asset to the hospital. Likewise all doctors are extremely qualified and experienced in this hospital.

My experience was bad and felt that they are making money by every means.I visited there two times for single problem and spent almost more than Two thousand rupees there. One Doctor referred to the other doctor and most important you need to pay fees for other doctor also. And at last Doctor said that you go to other hospital . The same thing they would have told at first visit only. Very stupid Doctors, actually they are money creators for MTH and we Victims just get into their traps. I suggest avoid going there if you have any other option pls. Regards

Dr Dilip Mathan is the best; he is extremely knowledgeable and has outstanding bedside manners. With the exception of Dr Babu John Mathews, the rest of the staff was amazing.. caring and compassionate. Dr Babu pretended to be a nice guy, but when I took my mother for a check up, we witnessed his true character. He was screaming at his nurse and addressing her "yedi", for a simple reason that she forgot to zero the weighing machine before weighing mom. That poor girl got scared and had tears in her eyes. My humble words to Dr Babu- As a doctor, you should LEARN how to PROPERLY TREAT YOUR STAFF before you begin practicing medicine.

I just came for Sleep apnea treatment. The pulmonologist asked me to get a PFT done. I have done, PFT several times . But in Medical trust, waited 4 hrs with just 3 other patients waiting before me. Also frequent power cuts and no ups for the computer. Absolutely pathetic service. Also the PFT staff were busy chit chatting instead of doing any real work. If I had not paid money upfront would have left.

Given how busy and thriving this hospital is, the whole experience was pleasant, all through the stay. Dr Gopakumar was extremely patient, and explained in detail, especially in calming and assuring the patient. Prognosis turned out exactly as described and patient is now much better because we were forearmed. Professional and courteous staff everywhere with alert and helpful attitude. Facilities were adequate and processes were easy to deal with, thanks to the staff. Finally, I thought the charges were very reasonable. God bless.

I got a very overwhelming support from the team of Home Care Department of Medical Trust Hospital, Ernakulam which had Dr. Asha, Sister Nancy and Clint who gave a lot of warmth and care to my father who after a stroke was bed ridden for around 2 years until he passed away. Appreciate the professionalism in the way they approach their duty in a very timely manner in terms of the medical treatment provided by them. I am very grateful to them for providing such a great care to my father who too used to feel very vibrant whenever the team visited our home for his treatment.
