Cafe Downtown is one of the best cafe's in Kochi. The cafe is very unique for there are lot to do over there too. We can read books or magazine's. The food is also quite good the taste is just superb. I had tried their burger and it was fabulous. Unfortunately i wasn't able to het the Milo shake. They have a spinning wheel where we get offers from different brands from Incrive Events. Overall a good experience.

It is an amazing place to hangout as a couple, with friends, family. Such a nice ambience and I must say the food is really really yum!! We had White sauce pasta, chicken fingers, chicken club sandwich, latte and hot Milo, everything was upto the mark and the quantity is also good, it's good not to waste than too eat peacefully and finish it off. Also, the staffs were so cooperative and helpful. Do visit this amazing place for an amazing experience.

The food was absolutely delicious. The chicken steak was a killer dish while the chicken sizzler was satisfactory. Non veg fondue was impressive as well. We had ordered peach lemon iced tea and green apple mojito which was loved.

Good cafe with an awesome ambience. A place to spend time peaceful dining with your loved ones. Menus are good and not very pricey. Only problem, if you are starving and want to have food real quick this may not be the right place. It takes time to get the food delivered. We ordered one watermelon juice and mint lime which took 30 minutes. Not sure this is normal and while observing it's the same for other menus. Overall a great place. Would really recommend it if you are willing to spend time.

This cafe is located close to coca tree. The ambiance is good. I felt that the portion size of the dishes in the menu are a bit lesser than expected. The paneer tikka long bread sandwich was average and not really that great. It's a good place to hangout with friends to have a quick bite and some drink. For the quality of food served I felt the place to be a bit pricey though not overly priced. Overall the experience was above average.

Good food, beautiful interiors, prompt and attentive staff describe DownTown Cafe the best. The beef steak was on point, medium rare as requested. The Mint Tea, Non-Veg Fondue, Flakes and Cold Coffees, Mojito, Burj Al Arab shake were all well prepared. The Chicken Sizzler and the Beef Strognoff could have been better. The suggestions by staff were really good 👍🏽. Great place to have good food and a great conversation.

The food here is at par with other major hangouts in Kochi. They seem to have dropped out some of their iconic dishes from earlier. The ambience is pretty good too. However, I felt that the place could use a better maintenance. Tried their chicken steak, lasagne, chicken wrap, chicken sandwich,greenapple mojito,lotus biscoff shake,choco romantic. The lotus biscoff shake was really tasty. The washrooms especially was in very poor condition which is not something you would expect out of such a cafe.

Absolutely loved the experience.. we were planning a surprise birthday party for our friend and downtown people really came through.. they got the decorations up for us.. played birthday songs when the Birthday girl walked in.. helped us serve cake to all the customers.. The interior is gorgeous and very chic. The staff is very polite, thoughtful and patient. The food was very good and especially the French fries are absolutely perfect ❤️ Perfect french fries are always a treat.

A good hangout place for couples and friends. The ambience of the restaurant is really cozy. The dark interiors really looks regal. The furniture's as well are comfortable to sit at lengths and hang out for a longer time. There is ample dedicated parking for the cafe itself. The place is off the main street and so is quiet and peaceful. The food is good, but the veg options are too less. I tried their mushroom macroni and stir fried sausages with hot blended chocolate. The food was satisfactory. Their cold milo is a must try.

Good food. Fast delivery. Beautiful ambience. Rich variety of food. Chicken lasagne is a must try. Their burgers are also very tasty and fresh. I tried Burj Al Arab in beverages and was very happy and contented with it (very similar to Badaam Milkshake). It will help a bit if they describe dishes, had to ask the staff what are the beverages.

Food is good but the quantity was not enough for the price, the cafe is expensive, recommended dishes are cocktail shrimp, chicken lasagna, chicken steak, cold milo.

Visited this place last weekend and I must say it's one of the best restaurants in Kochi. Ambience was good and the food was great. We had ordered french fries, pasta, chicken steak, cold coffee and hot chocolate. Not even a single dish was the least bit of disappointing. It's definitely worth the visit.

Amazing classy café. I came here with a group of friends. Loved the steak and mashed potatoes. A bit noisy but good ambience and decor.

Good Restaurant, very nice and tasty food, fast service too. We tried Chicken Stake, Beef Stake Sandwich and Chicken Roll.. it tasted so good along with Mojito. Easy to locate and very close was main road and has got ample space for parking. Very good customer service too... Thank you....

A well done cafe in town. Superb Deco. But the layout is not that good. It looks too crowded even if not many people are there. Good vibes too. Friendly staff. Good food too. But, that feel is lacking.

Reall good service. Staffs are polite and very customer friendly. Loved the food. the rates are reasonable. We have been ordering from this restaurant for some time now and it has always turned up good. The food is tasty and offers a variety of cusines to choose from. We have never faced any health issues by dining from this place. This place is good for family. Location provided in Google maps is accurate so you won't face any issues in locating tis place. The steak served by this place is really good.

Beware of the caretaker of the building. He will make sure you will have a terrible experience even before you enter the restaurant. How unfortunate business will suffer when land lords whose name I will not mention here, keep entitled fellows like the one you will meet when you definitely visit Downtown behaving rudely with the customers.

The food was very good. Served hot and the service was good. No parking space. Loved the ambience of the cafe. They even have a book shelf for those who loves to read. Had a great experience.

Great place to hangout and fill your tummy. They have good ambience place to sit and enjoy your food. They have a good variety in their menu which you will love for sure. Food is good and tasty which fill your heart and tummy for sure. The staff here is very friendly and takes care of you. Gives good suggestions for items to try out from their menu. There is a small parking space on the cut road infront of the restaurant where you can park two cars. Other wise you should be able to park cars in the cut road or the main road which is just few metres away.

Great ambience. Food is good. Must try the dynamite fries. The pizza was Chipotle and a bit too spicy for my taste.

Overhyped place with sub par food quality. Dynamite fries was good but less quantity and chicken burgers are mostly bun and have thin patties compared to the buns used.Waiting time is too long and in addition to that having the staff mess up one of the orders causing extreme delay ruined the total experience

Great experience. Though some items we ordered were not there but whatever we got amd ate were yummy.. The manager was friendly to give us alternate suggestions based on our likings... Nice ambience for a calm hangout..
