is
a
fantastic
workout
place—you
get
personalised
and
challenging
sessions
from
highly
professional
and
friendly
trainers,
as
well
as
nutrition
advice
from
an
insightful
gym
facility
owner,
who
is
more
than
an
owner
and
is
a
fitness
motivator
who
is
constantly
inventing
his
training
space—what
else
do
you
need
to
help
you
build
a
healthy
and
confident
body
while
being
in
the
heart
of
Cochin?
The
workout
sessions
at
Bounce
were
wonderful
blocks
featuring
my
life
story,
I
would
say.
:D
Soon
after
my
delivery,
I
considered
joining
a
gym
to
lose
the
extra
pounds
gained
during
my
pregnancy
as
well
as
to
strengthen
my
knee
joint,
which
had
previously
given
me
anxiety
about
dislocation.
I
was
adamant
about
finding
a
personalised
workout
facility
where
I
could
achieve
results
within
the
constraints
of
time
and
the
exhausting
schedule
that
I
was
enduring
during
my
days
of
baby
care.
I
had
contacted
a
number
of
gyms
about
my
concerns,
and
with
little
hesitation,
I
entered
Bounce.
I
recall
speaking
with
Alex
over
the
phone
about
joining,
and
the
conversation
was
very
informative,
and
I
was
able
to
find
a
gym
owner
who
truly
cares
about
his
clients'
health
and
motivates
them
to
practise
good
health.
It
was
absolutely
necessary
for
me,
and
I
quickly
joined
Bounce.
I
was
trained
by
Edison,
whose
cardio
and
strength
training
exercises,
combined
with
Alex's
prescribed
diet,
helped
me
lose
the
extra
weight
quickly,
and
I
had
great
dreams
about
working
with
bounce
for
more
results,
including
improving
my
body's
flexibility.
I
had
previously
been
a
fan
of
yoga
and
swimming,
but
the
novel
training
practises
at
bounce,
where
machines
are
less
commonly
used,
seemed
innovative,
and
bounce,
being
a
positive
place
to
spend
a
few
hours
daily,
with
motivating
music
and
happy
faces,
soon
became
my
favourite.
My
husband
soon
joined
me
and
was
pleased
with
what
Bouce
had
to
offer.
More
than
anything,
we
found
bounce
to
be
our
go-to
place
after
a
hard
day.
And,
7
months
after
my
first
delivery,
we
joyfully
announced
our
second
pregnancy,
which
I
feared
would
mean
a
break
from
my
workouts.
But
Alex
initiated
a
positive
conversation
in
which
he
empowered
and
reinforced
the
importance
of
staying
healthy
during
pregnancy,
and
he
was
very
compassionate.
This
helped
me
make
a
decision,
and
I
learned
about
the
assistance
they
provided
to
pregnant
clients.
I
was
back
on
my
feet,
and
the
days
that
followed
were
unforgettable
in
my
life.
I
have
to
specifically
mention
my
trainer,
Edison,
who
really
cared
about
me
during
the
workout
sessions;
he
was
very
careful
to
choose
exercises
and
tailor
them
to
my
situation
and
he
always
tried
to
keep
me
as
stress-free
as
possible
with
them.
I
felt
safe
in
his
training
because
he
seemed
to
be
knowledgeable
on
what
he
was
asking
me
to
practise
and
always
had
a
calm
confidence.
He
is
an
incredible
trainer
with
a
humble
make-up.
Moreover,
I
had
pregnancy-related
nausea
and
vomiting
throughout
the
days
and
had
low
energy
levels
by
the
evenings,
but
after
sessions
in
bounce,
I
was
back
to
good
levels
of
energy,
which
helped
me
progress
through
my
pregnancy
positively.
I
would
strongly
advise
pregnant
women
to
work
out
with
Bounce;
it
kept
me
from
developing
gestational
diabetes
and
gaining
unnecessary
weight
during
those
months
at
Bounce.
And
I
was
thrilled
to
be
able
to
continue
with
bounce
until
8
months
into
my
pregnancy,
and
being
there
during
those
times
was
a
fantastic
decision.
I'd
like
to
thank
Alex
and
the
trainers
at
Bounce
for
providing
a
great
workout
environment.
The
friendly
faces
you
provide,
particularly
Alex,
Edison,
and
Abhay,
have
brightened
my
days,
and
I
eagerly
await
the
opportunity
