    The best place in Kochi to fall in love with fitness! I've been to a couple of awful gyms in the city - unprofessional trainers that didn't correct my form which led me to have multiple injuries. Just when I'd given up, I stumbled across Bounce and now I'm hooked! A team of young, professional trainers ensure that you get the best out of your workout. I love how attentive they are (special shout-out to Edison!) and they customize workouts for you according to your personal fitness goals. Alex also helps you with tracking your diet and making food logs; this has helped me lose weight efficiently! My goal was to get stronger and lose at least 5 kilos in the process. I've managed to lose 3.5 under two months ( no crazy diets, just portion control and eating as healthy as possible). I love that the focus here is fitness. Go in with a positive attitude: incorporate fitness into your life and let weight loss be a side effect, not the ultimate goal. Eat healthy, eat well, and exercise three times a week and you're good to go! For the fittest, healthiest version of yourself, Bounce is the place to be. :)

    Bounce is a fantastic workout place—you get personalised and challenging sessions from highly professional and friendly trainers, as well as nutrition advice from an insightful gym facility owner, who is more than an owner and is a fitness motivator who is constantly inventing his training space—what else do you need to help you build a healthy and confident body while being in the heart of Cochin? The workout sessions at Bounce were wonderful blocks featuring my life story, I would say. :D Soon after my delivery, I considered joining a gym to lose the extra pounds gained during my pregnancy as well as to strengthen my knee joint, which had previously given me anxiety about dislocation. I was adamant about finding a personalised workout facility where I could achieve results within the constraints of time and the exhausting schedule that I was enduring during my days of baby care. I had contacted a number of gyms about my concerns, and with little hesitation, I entered Bounce. I recall speaking with Alex over the phone about joining, and the conversation was very informative, and I was able to find a gym owner who truly cares about his clients' health and motivates them to practise good health. It was absolutely necessary for me, and I quickly joined Bounce. I was trained by Edison, whose cardio and strength training exercises, combined with Alex's prescribed diet, helped me lose the extra weight quickly, and I had great dreams about working with bounce for more results, including improving my body's flexibility. I had previously been a fan of yoga and swimming, but the novel training practises at bounce, where machines are less commonly used, seemed innovative, and bounce, being a positive place to spend a few hours daily, with motivating music and happy faces, soon became my favourite. My husband soon joined me and was pleased with what Bouce had to offer. More than anything, we found bounce to be our go-to place after a hard day. And, 7 months after my first delivery, we joyfully announced our second pregnancy, which I feared would mean a break from my workouts. But Alex initiated a positive conversation in which he empowered and reinforced the importance of staying healthy during pregnancy, and he was very compassionate. This helped me make a decision, and I learned about the assistance they provided to pregnant clients. I was back on my feet, and the days that followed were unforgettable in my life. I have to specifically mention my trainer, Edison, who really cared about me during the workout sessions; he was very careful to choose exercises and tailor them to my situation and he always tried to keep me as stress-free as possible with them. I felt safe in his training because he seemed to be knowledgeable on what he was asking me to practise and always had a calm confidence. He is an incredible trainer with a humble make-up. Moreover, I had pregnancy-related nausea and vomiting throughout the days and had low energy levels by the evenings, but after sessions in bounce, I was back to good levels of energy, which helped me progress through my pregnancy positively. I would strongly advise pregnant women to work out with Bounce; it kept me from developing gestational diabetes and gaining unnecessary weight during those months at Bounce. And I was thrilled to be able to continue with bounce until 8 months into my pregnancy, and being there during those times was a fantastic decision. I'd like to thank Alex and the trainers at Bounce for providing a great workout environment.     I joined Bounce on 20.07.22. I was 84.5 kg weight with body age of 44. Four months later on Nov 20th, I was at 75.6 kg with body age of 36. During this period I attended a two day bachelor party of non-stop drinking and a handful of evening drink binges as well. In spite of these personal excesses, Bounce and the team were able to hand-hold me along the path of fitness. I have a sciatic nerve impingement issue which would keep popping up every time I leaned closer to my desktop screen. I therefore had misgivings about lifting weights and how much I could push my body. I dillied-dallied for long before taking the plunge to meet Mr.Alex who leads Bounce. We discussed my health issues, my concerns and requirements. His enthusiasm to help me get started on the journey to fitness was infectious and I was soon in for my first session under the careful tutelage of my instructor Stevin. Initially my eye-body coordination was all over the place and my muscles were anything but strong. Gradually my instructors Stevin and Jeff helped me gain strength and coordination. While Stevin would carefully choose exercises and weights for me, Jeff would be pushing me to go for that one extra rep. Every two weeks Alex would make small, simple recommendations to my eating habits. His philosophy of having sustainable eating habits and food choices rhymes with his desire that fitness should be a lifelong enterprise for everyone. He was also able to guide me through my food allergies without compromising on my food quality. This plus the well-supervised exercise regimen with a great blend of weights and cardio helped me lose more than 8 kgs in four months with significant gain in my muscle mass, endurance and strength. All through this period Stevin and Jeff were extremely flexible and supportive in scheduling my workout days. Even the composition of exercises would be varied depending on whether I had been able to get enough rest between my workout days. Over a four month period my fitness improved in leaps and bounds. My back no longer pains when I peer into the monitor. And I was able to gain all of this without any major lifestyle changes. Bounce was definitely the best gift I gave to myself in a long time. I gained in strength, fitness and confidence during this amazing period. I thank Alex, Stevin, Jeff and all the other members of Bounce who have been part of this transformational journey for me.     Aside from already loving fitness, thanks to Bounce fitness studio and Edison, this review is mainly to acknowledge the exceptional training I underwent during my 9 months of pregnancy. In a culture where most pregnant women would be discouraged from working out , i am deeply grateful I was able to continue a certain level of maintained exercise routine under edison’s guidance. Pregnancy workout has truly helped me with the various pregnancy aches due to which I was able to continue till 37 weeks ! Overall I would highly recommend this studio for pregnant women looking to strengthen and prepare their bodies over the period of 9 months👍.. Goes without saying, special special thank you to my trainer Edison who kept me going till the very end and was incredibly supportive 😊😊!

    My goal, from a three-month basic program at Bounce, was to improve overall fitness and stamina, strengthen the core and to incorporate a discipline of work out regime (to break out of long hours of work from home). I somehow knew that getting into a discipline of working out will aid in a healthier eating habit, as well. Bounces’ owner, Alex, a fitness freak himself, is a multitalented, involved and passionate professional for whom working out and eating right is a way of life! Alex emphasizes much the importance of being consistent in work outs (setting aside an hour, three days a week is the least you can do for yourself – reminds Alex) and to follow a healthy nutritional diet regime. Other mentions- personalised work out programs Vs ‘one size fits all approach’, professionalism maintained by the Trainers, being sensitive and respectful, dedication and commitment were the other impressive factors about Bounce, for me. A special thanks to Alex and the staff for journeying with me, past three months- Edison and Abhay deserves special mention. Caring for your physical body has a bearing on the wellbeing of your soul.     I first walked into Bounce looking for a place to spend an hour while I waited for my kids to finish their dance class. My usual haunt was a coffee shop and I got tired of consuming croissants and coffee and thought I might as well get fit and not fat while I wait. I was a yoga girl and had no gym knowledge and was actually very worried that I would get stiff or lose my flexibility working out in a gym. Little did I know that in a few months, Bounce would become an integral part of my life. My kids quit their dance classes but I stuck to Bounce. The days I had gym, I woke up with a smile and looked forward to my morning workout. The days I didn’t have gym, I missed it. Joining Bounce was the best decision I took in 2022 and it’s been a year of ‘Bouncin’ around for me. On most days, working out with Eddy is the highlight of my day. He is equal parts encouraging and quietly firm when he needs to be. His workouts are innovative and varied and you most certainly will not tire of it. Under his tutelage I’ve become stronger, leaner and done things I never thought I could. Thank you Eddy for being the most fabulous trainer anyone could wish for. I’m ever grateful for you. Bounce is special because it’s more than just a gym. Alex and his trainers have created a community- a positive environment where people of all ages, shapes and sizes feel encouraged to get fitter, eat better and feel good. The trainers- Edison, Stevin, Abhay, Aslam and Jeff are all kind and so supportive and in turn their clients are happy and content. It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that Bounce is now my happy place.

    Long post warning -- because I cannot say enough good things about this place! Bounce is a hidden gem. I live in the US and have been a member of various gyms over the years... And I can confidently say that Bounce is by far the best heath and fitness temple my wife and I have ever been to! We worked out at Bounce for 2 months and I'll list out a few major reasons why I think anyone who is serious about being healthy and fit should check out Bounce: 1. People: Alex, the head trainer and owner, is a remarkable guy. He is passionate about his vocation (he never calls it a "business"), is extremely knowledgeable, wicked smart, multi-talented, and all-round good guy -- the kind you always want in your corner. Bounce is about 'Personal' training -- and Alex really invests himself and his resources to make sure you get a 'personal', enriching experience. I also worked with Edison, super smart and dedicated, really knows his stuff and is ultra attentive as you workout. The rest of the staff are extremely well-trained as well. 2. Philosophy: Their goal is broader than just weight loss -- it's about helping you lead a healthy and fit lifestyle. And more importantly, they think of what they do as a "service" - not a business. You see evidence of this everyday in how they go above and beyond for you. 3. Program: I LOVE the workouts they teach you. It's safe, comprehensive, dynamic and fun! They combine functional strength training, cardio, primal movement... it's just awesome. 4. Place: I can't help but make a small mention of the location. They keep the studio impeccably clean, and the view of tree foliage all around as you workout provides a particularly good setting and energy... and I loved it. :) If the above hasn't convinced you, please go ahead and check it out anyway. You won't be disappointed!

    Bounce is a great place in Kochi to start your fitness journey. I have been trying hard to stay fit for past few years.. I have tried gyms, mobile apps for home workouts, read nutrition books etc.. But because of lack of right diet, right guidance etc, the result is not comensurate with your effort.. So i used to end up demotivated.. Thats when i took a step to join bounce and everything changed.. Bounce is entirely result oriented and if you are patient enough i bet that you can see the change in less than three months.. Alex has a personal touch to your program which you dont get in any other place.. He discuss your food habbits and suggest a workable and effective diet plan.. Hats of to Eddison also who makes your workouts interesting and challenging. Overall the vibe of this place is great.. Alex and his team makes you love fitness and makes it your lifestyle.. And the best part is it doesnt feel they are doing business like any other gym..they are not waiting for your next subscription, but actly waiting to see the improvement in you.. I had a great time at Bounce and i really thank Alex, Eddison and all the trainers.. Great job guys..

    I was never a gym person. The thought of the treadmill, cycling, rowing etc, always caused an aversion .... My friend Namitha introduced me to Alex..and his motivational talk convinced me to give the gym a try for 3 months, and now, I can say that I have been with bouncefit for a year and above. That proves that the workout regime is different and interesting compares to the normal gym, and I have even begun sending my son to him for fun filled exercises. A whole load of thanks to Alex and his team, Eddie and Sanjay.

    I developed Tennis Elbow in april’23 and for various reasons, couldn’t go to a hospital or get medical advice. When I came to Bounce three weeks after my elbow first flared up, I was in a bad shape. There was a thumping ache along the side of my right arm and everything hurt from the shoulder to the fingers. Stevin put me on a Rehab Plan, and structured a workout plan that helped strengthen my shoulder and lat muscles, along with core and lower body workouts. That Rehab worked and How ! The very next day I had a broader range of motion in my affected arm and considerably less pain.I’ve been able to manage so far without medication or physiotherapy. Stevin has a graduate degree in Fitness, is a thorough professional and a soft spoken, gentle presence by my side encouraging me to go the extra mile. At Bounce, fitness isn’t a torture to be borne nor offered out of a bottle. It is a combination of nutrition and mindful action. Thank you, Stevin and thank you, Alex !

    It's rare to find a fitness haunt, where the process of getting fit is as enjoyable as one's fitness goals. Breaking the monotony of desk jobs, Bounce adds that skip and smile to our step on an ordinary day. Breaking into a sweat here is worthwhile, as the trainers coax the best out of us, with patience and care. The system in place makes our goals surprisingly attainable, without undue fuss or fad diets. Routines are consistent and revolve around fitness, be it the conditioning or follow up procedures. Great place to start the day!

    Bounce Fitness Studio is rewriting the way a gym is perceived in Cochin. The modules are designed to challenge and excite you at the same time with a blend of CrossFit, weights and functional training. I've known Alex, the main man at Bounce for almost 7 years and I've always found him to be extremely insightful and knowledgeable in the field of fitness. It is great that he has been able to train a young and dedicated team to follow his methods. A unique and exciting approach to fitness is one of the major draw cards of Bounce.

    Bounce is great place to fulfill your fitness goals . Alex and his well trained team of fitness professionals are result oriented and can help transform you to your fittest self, provided you put in your part too :) . Their USP is that unique mix of cardio exercises based on Crossfit/HIIT and with minimal use of weights. The programs are custom tailored based on their assessment and your fitness goals. An easy place to recommend for anyone who is serious about their fitness .

    If you wanna hit a fitness studio/ gym with the best trainers in the town, look no further.. Bounce Fitness is hands down an addiction for fitness. The gym’s owner Alex along with his awesome team of trainers comprising Abhay, Edison, Steven and Jeff ensure that you would attain your desired level of fitness. Alex personally interacts with everyone in the gym and also goes ahead and beyond in helping you with a balanced yet nutritious diet! Various festivals, sports and fun activities are also organised from time to time to make the entire experience enjoyable😎. I would totally recommend this gym to everyone.

    I’m a student studying Btech and so 40% of the day is taken up by classes with another few hours of studying. I allowed myself to go three hours a week to bounce thinking it could be a good time pass from college busyness. Best. Decision. Ever. Made. I think the best part of this place is that there are classes only 3 days a week, so we get adequate rest and our body is ready for more, unlike the 6-day routines where we burn ourselves out. They provide diet and nutrition advice as well, while treating you like an adult enough to give you the freedom to pursue it at your pace. For some reason this makes us want to be more responsible than if they were spoonfeeding us with diet plans. The workouts are difficult, but for good reason. I’ve seen a 4 KG decrease in weight over the last 1.5 months and Im excited for the rest. The BEST part though, is the mind benefits. I’ve been able to study better, interact better, write better, etc and my mind feels STRONG. Best place to workout in Kochi. 2000/10 recommend.

    Being a doctor, I thought how diets work. I lost 20kg over 2 years but I also became kind of tired. Also In a rush to gain muscle did some weight training wrong way and had tennis elbow. At bounce I found right approach at training and diet. My posture improved and also feel motivated for training.

    I'm glad i had such a positive experience at Bounce. Having a gym that provides a healthy environment is essential for reaching your fitness goals. It's fantastic that my trainer, played a significant role in the journey by helping me recover from my injuries. Injury recovery can be challenging, but with the right guidance and support, it's possible to overcome these obstacles. It's even more incredible that Edison also helped me develop a love for exercise. When you enjoy what you're doing, it becomes so much easier to stay motivated and dedicated. Investing in yourself and your health is always a wise decision. I feel like joining Bounce and having Edison as my trainer has been the best investment I have made for myself.

    I am so glad I joined this gym. Never realised that losing weight could be so easy! Lost 6 kgs in 45 days! But what sets Bounce Firness Studio apart from other gyms I have been to is the absolutely professional approach to fitness it follows.     Bounce... the name itself says bounce with happiness.... amazing and most effective results. With my personal experience I have lost around 15 kg in less than 3 months. Really efficient trainers and they keep a regular check on diet and they make sure they find results. They motivate you in such a way that you end up coming dr yourself. So anybody looking for a weight loss or body toning make sure you take a trial here first and then take an option B coz result is guaranteed.

    Hi I'm Dr Roshni ..😊 I have been working out in BOUNCE for the past one year ..and their training sessions have given me a wonderful result .. It's one of the best unisex gyms in and around panampilly nagar very tidy and neat ..I'm.very happy with the crowd coming there especially for ladies it's one of the best gyms..has a gr8 professional ambience ,with certified ,experienced , dedicated and friendly trainers . You get the privacy to workout in your own space in peace Mr Alex who is the owner and the chief trainer at BOUNCE is well qualified and pays attention to each and every body who joins the gym he also gives us a diet routine which is very flexible and easy to follow..he gives priorities to our likes and disilikes individually before he plans a diet routine and a good motivator too..he makes sure that we follow the diet thorougly .. To talk about the workout they give is..a combination of functional and CrossFit training which is not monotonous like the usual treadmill and other equipments at other gyms...they also give you weight training to tone your body Overall it's an overwhelming experience specially when you start seeing results in your body ..shedding your stubborn fat ..🥴

    Review I’ve been getting personal training sessions three days a week from Edison from Bounce fitness for the last few months on a regular basis .As someone who has multiple injuries my workout regime involves a lot of physio and I must say Edison takes a lot of effort in making sure that is done effectively .He is a great motivator and understands what is specifically required for each client which is fantastic .He also mixes up the exercise routines so there is no monotony which usually tends to happen . He explains the benefits of each exercise ,makes sure your posture and breathing is right a well as gives you dietary recommendations . Most importantly he is always on time ,knows what he is doing and is super committed to it .Im super happy with my training with Edison .Looks like he learnt from the best .And by that I mean the Owner of Bounce fitness Alex V.S who used to do personal training sessions for me back in the day . So thank you Alex and Edison for your massive contribution in my fitness journey over the last so many years .And here is to many more!!! 🥂💪

    I have been training at Bounce with Alex & Edison for over 6 months. One of the very few places where the trainers emphasize the importance of diet and stretching. Alex taught me how to balance my nutrition intake while also enjoying all my favourite dishes; the diet is not restrictive at all. And Edison, other than improving my strength and fitness, has also helped improve my flexibility drastically. Alex ensures there are never more than a handful of people at the gym and the trainer to trainee ratio is always maintained. Overall, Bounce takes a holistic, personalized and scientific approach to fitness. But what makes this place an amazing experience is that Alex & the trainers imbue a lot of motivation, every person I have met at Bounce are motivated and have gained a sense of achievement in fitness.
