This is a Catholic Church in the heart of the city. It is dedicated to Mother Mary of Jesus Christ. It is one the old church in the city. It belongs to the diocese of Coimbatore. There are different types of spiritual activities are taking place in this church. Traditionally the church feast is celebrated in every December. Catholic priests are available round the clock for spiritual animations. There is enough space for car parking. A community hall is attached to this church administration, which may be useful for different types of functions.

Another Ancient Church! WORTH VISITING! (We met few priests & people, who were very helpful in explaining the details) WHAT TO SEE: 1. The church from outside (Great Views) 2. The STEEPLE of this Church (Almost 110 feet Tall) is very unique! (Not seen anywhere in the world.) 3. The prayer Hall with Sculptors on the wall {Kindly refer through our photos - almost all are covered to give you the spiritual value. 4. Many other prayer centers within the compound. 5. A decent Auditorium for functions. 6. Parking areas, etc. NOTE: ONE of the first Churches of Erode. We were told that, in the beginning, Anglo-Indians took initiatives. The construction of the Church started in 1867 and dedicated in 1892.

Best place to get the peace in our heart. The church is so blessfulll and mamma Mary showering the blessings, whom ever being with our lord. If we ask to her, with full faith, of course there's no doubt on this that we'll get the blessings and her prayer request to our Lord. Her statue which is here, it's so mind blowing one... That much beauty, cute.... Amala Annai, the Blessed mother of us

Been there for the first time. Needs a lot of renovation. However, the Faithfull attending the services were very devout in their prayers.

I grow up from this church... The walls of church has seen my happiness,sad,alone, disappointment, failure, everything in my life... It's my home...

Its a good rc church , which is running for tamil people...morning and evening regular masses will be there...lot of people's believes and gives a peaceful mindset while coming out from the church...sat n sun will get rushed...

Good Church to pray. I don't know if there is an English mass and the timings. I often visited the church for pray. Quite and peaceful
