Guys, this hotel is NOT meant for family stay. It has attached bar and people sit in room , smoke and drink. I booked two rooms. One room had cigarette smell and another had alcohol.Here mostly guys and business people stay. Highly not recommend for family. Main lift was not working and we had to use bad smell small service lift every time. Morning buffet breakfast was jus average. Don't try coffee here. Worst coffee. Room boys were good.

I came from AP to erode for a business trip. Stayed in regency inn hotel for two days. Really it was a nice stay Excellent receiving, fantastic room service, nice room cleaning...nice small bar to relax... Hot water is available all the time..

Main location, old hotel (1984) well maintained.. as its very old property.. some may not like. For me i just stayed one night.. so ok for me Better call receptionist and book - dont go any apps .. direct call will help to reduce cost

Neat and tidy clean rooms with well maintained bathroom and clean looking reception warm welcome, good place for car parking. Considering Corona restrictions, staff may be slightly less in attendance. Otherwise very good hotel giving 3 Star facilities interms of food & stay should be good enough for anyone to opt for. I say, go for it

1. Excellent Location - Just near to Erode Bus Stand 2. We occupied Family Room for 2 days. Complimentary Breakfast was very good / good spread / very tasty 3. No hot water from Geyser in Bathroom 4. AC was frequently changing mode as there was frequent powercuts Value for Money - Above Average

Visited this hotel for a business meeting and in reception the air condition facility was available but it was not switch on for whole day. No one has cared how customers will be able to attend the meeting with comfort. It was a great cost cutting by them

1) Five stars for giving us 24hrs checkout. I.e they charged for one day only for checkout from 9Pm to next day 9PM. So travellers ... Call them and ask for it than booking it online where there is only option for 12-12 checkout. 2) Affordable rooms 3) Very good and fast restaurant to room service. 4) Great food at very affordable rates. Actually we searched for other restaurants nearby and later found that it is better to eat from here than from outside. 5) Great complementary breakfast - Ask for live Dosa and omlette. We got to know about it only after finishing breakfast. If regency is reading this just try to convey this to customers. Some things that could be improved- I think it is a renovated hotel. There was a broken window pane in bathroom. So kindly take care of things like these. It's okay for budget business trips. But could attend to these things as it would make families more comfortable. As I am a South Indian who can manage a little Tamil i had no problem. But I think staff should have some more capability to handle English to converse with other state travellers as most of the staff seem to know only Tamil including the front desk staff.

Service was pathetic. 45mins you must reminder must be given for each request. I lost two of my new shirts because of low quality iron box provided by the hotel. Breakfast low...

Not worth for the tariff they charge. 1) Need to be professional 2) Quality of toiletries need to be improved 3) No bath mat 4) No hot water - even after request also no initiative taken 5) Very delayed room service - need to request several times for service

The rooms are not so good as well as toilet, broken tiles and not organised. The free breakfast was good on the whole not worth the money it looks more like office in ground floor with many visitors. The most unorganised hotel

One of the worst hospitality,no communication between other staffs ,no team work there,they charging extra person but they not providing bed for extra person,in erode good and well maintained hotel but staffs should be improve communication with other staffs and also they not giving respect to customer .otherwise rooms and hotels are well maintain

One of the best Lodge in erode with enormous facilities. It is present very near to erode bus stand. And the rooms are very clean and hygiene. The services provyby them is awesome..

Hi Viewers, I have seen around 850 reviews all are provided a star level above 4. I don’t know, How they are satisfied with this hotel. I come to my review, we are arranged Baby shower function in REGENCY IN. While booking they provide good vibes to us. I am also getting some hope. Finally, we are, totally disappointed in the food, they are providing 5 variety food totally waste food looks like prepared by night and serving morning, white rice looks like Pongal. All my relatives provided very worst feedback to the Hotel staff and me also. Nobody can satisfy. No one can eat, they all are going to eat. Just taste the food and close the leaf. Hotel staffs are simply telling sorry sir. What is this? What can I say to my relatives? The price details also, I will provide here 1 leaf =449 + GST 18% total amount = 530 Totally I am spending around 70k waste of money. The food is not worth 530rs. Compared to road site food is 100 % better than Regency IN Food. Again I have arranged food in A2B hotel for my relatives. My Better Advice don't arrange any function in this hotel. If you are arranged, totally you are getting disappointed. Note: Food is very worst even though I will ask them to reduce the cost. They are telling no sir, our management won’t accept. Please give full satisfaction to your customer or else don't accept any function. I don’t know. How can I rectify this from my relatives?

Location is the USP, good rooms, average food. Best suited for business travel and short stay.. if you opt this hotel try food outside lot of options available nearby. They have limited number of extra beds if you need one call the reception and book directly online booking doesn't help
