Best for Renal Transplant - I had approached Urologist Dr Prabhakar for getting my Renal transplant as my surgery could'nt happen at a different hosp for reasons best known to them. He took my case at this critical point and my transplant went on well and it has been 1 year since then. He has a great team of experienced & strict staff, indeed the biggest strength, who make you feel at home. My whole family is indebted to the entire team. When you compare conventional hospitals to Kalyani Kidney care, I would say it was a memorable experience here.

Hospital is good, neat and clean. Treatment is also good. Staffs are polite. But I’m not satisfied with the fees. Without senior doctor consultation they collect consultation fees in advance and they say there will not be any consultation fee for next visit if you visit within 7 days. I went for treatment on 6th Mar and revisited on 13th to collect report and doctor consultation. They asked me to pay 350 consultation fees again because 13th is 8th day they said. My question is, generally how many days from 6 to 13??? Is it 7 or 8?? They say it’s 8 days. However I haven’t had consultation with senior doctor because he was not available that day. Then why should we pay consultation fees when doctor is not available????? I’m really not satisfied with this.. so I’m rating it low. I would have given 1 but 2 because of facilities. This method needs to be changed

4 urologist 1 Nephrologist 2 Diabetologist 3 Surgeon Consulting doctors are availed of required. Paramedics are polite and cooperative. Attenders are informed on timely basis about the patient's condition. General ward Shared space(3in1) Private rooms are available. (Bed for attenders, Non AC, privacy guaranteed but don't expect more than that) Railway patients better come with a lumpsum amount to pay on non-major expenses which will not be covered by your railway medical hospital. Overall 2/5 can be given for hospitality; 4/5 for treatment.

Very very worst hospital. Don't go anyone for simple illness. If u go, staffs are more more worst . Very bad illtreating staffs they have. Only money motive. No one is responsible. When I went there for covid test, theytreated the patient with very uncare. After getting positive reportthey don't even informed to the patient. But they collected huge money. Very very worst hospital. I couldn't able to give zero point. Actually they are minus in their service

My grandfather was suffered for large vesicles calculus and prostatectomy ( kidney stone ) since past month and his Age - 80. Before consulting this hospital I went to another hospital but there is no proper response and there is no cleanliness in this COVID period. After that I met Dr. Prabhakaran and his team. Doctors care made me feel that I was in safer side. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues. His team is also terrific! Very friendly and professional, I have never had to wait more then a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment. Finally... I highly recommended this hospital to any one looking for a specialist.

Hospitality is good .but doctor is not attending patients on time . I meant if patient in ICU means .doctor are coming after finish their OP . Then wheel chair operator 2 person only available here. For dialysis alone need one more separate wheelchair operator .

My Mother suffered from Kidney stone, Doctor Suggested laser surgery. Doctors are very experienced as gave us very clear idea of what they are about to do. She recovered soon and pain free now.

I was admitted here for BMG surgery on 20 June 2020 (hospitalized for a week) and overwhelmed with the care offered. The surgery was handled by Dr. Prabhakar in a well manner with all safety concern. Here I must thank Dr. Gokila, Dr. Parveen and Dr. Sivakumar for their dedication and love. And I must shed my heartful thanks nurses Ms. Vaidheki and Ms. Aashamol for their extreme care.
