We booked some 9 rooms for 3 days via online and man the people at the reception are very rude! Normally the hotel will kindly let you know you should pay for the extra person, but here they never let me go to the room!! I just arrived and they asked me to call the person who booked! It's a 2 bed room, so naturally if I also stay in the room, I would be changed for the extra bed. But those people never let me go and said it's against the hotel rules!!!! And demanded we pay for the extra then and there. The next day all our relatives came, some 12 people, and we had booked sufficient room for them provided we include extra beds for the rooms. But that man at the reception got the name list of our relatives and said there are more people than the rooms booked!!!!!! Is this the way to treat the guests??? And these people are in the hospitality business! 😂 Messy hotel!!!! We stood there for literally half an hour! All of my relatives!!! And the next day they never even bothered to move our luggage from the reception to the taxi! Stood there like a statue! And I, as a girl, carried all the four heavy luggage myself. Worst hotel I have ever been to in my life!!!

One of the worst service I ever had. The family room which we stayed the access key card was not working properly. when the complaint was given at help desk the owner and receptionist are bouncing back on me. They are incapable of sorting out the issues. Stating that you are staying for only 1 day so adjust the issue's. Poor room service Even in day time we faced mosquito issues in AC room. The owner or the receptionist lady was cruel in addressing the issues

No hospitality to customer. No proper parking facility. Hotel staffs are very much adamant to customers. Not recommended for pleasant stay.

Rooms are quite good, Whereas customer service is worst. When we asked for wifi they are saying that its not working just because we booked it through goibibo. No idea wether management is aware of this issue. Make sure before booking.

Room and bathroom is so congested,but the price and service was good but heater facility not available in non AC room I have stayed in room no 309.

Easily reachable from Erode Bus stand…Ample parking space.. We stayed there in a weekday…We booked a room with 3 beds… Very neat and clean… Good view from the windows😌.. AC working..Well maintained Washrooms… Coordinator pls note… Bedsheets provided for Double cot but not provided for single cot bed….as you can see in that picture TV wasn’t working at that time.. Overall.. Very good..!

We got a decent room for our stay. We are a group of 3 members, had sufficient bedding for all 3 seperately. Rooms are neat and clean. Tv was working fine. Ac is good at keeping room temperature pleasant for our stay. Geyser is at working condition. Overall pleasant stay. Customer friendly environment. We stayed at 3rd floor. Lift was helpful in easy access. Only thing is that they kept water in a plastic water bottle, not sealed seperate water bottles. If someone doesn't like to drink in water bottles other's used, please carry a water bottle along with you. A pleasant stay at reasonable price.

Big enough room. Clean bedsheets. AC was good. Their room service was very quick as we asked for additional towels, bedsheets, blanket and towel.

Nice hotel with cheap tariff. Good service for our budget. I have got double room for 800 rs. Through make my trip.

Within reach of many other amenities. Rooms including the bathrooms were clèan and neat. Room service was prompt. The restaurant on the ground floor is very helpful for meals their food is good as well. Parking could be a little challenging depending on the hour but manageable. Most importantly the room rates via online booking are very reasonable. We had 3 rooms booked for 5 of us and enjoyed our stay . Real value for money

If you ask for bed pillows they will give you sofa cushion pillows. If you ask for blankets they will provide you bed covers. Even these will only be provided when you approach them in person to the reception desk and insist multiple times. Kindly do not be shocked to see them decline for these requests as well.

No sufficient car parking is available. Hardly only two cars can be parked but the staff told during check in that they would help to park the car. But they didn't even try to help to find a place to park the car. very rude and discourteous behaviour by the staff . Poor maintenance of Toilet. Flush didn't work. Not recommended for elderly people and those who come by car.

Checked in today 19 October 2023. Neat room. Free wifi. Good room service. However, no complementary breakfast. Room rent also high

It was a good hotel. Rooms are clean and good. Parking facility available for both bikes and cars with security.

Wonderful place to residing in the main town place. All facilities including hotel &parking place for vehicles. Rooms are well maintained with all required.
