Seemed to be short staffed in the evening so had to wait a long time to be booked in and given our key. Breakfast was great and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Mastic around sink looked horrible - can be seen reflected in mirror. Bathroom door was a bit tattie. Lovely shower and plenty of fluffy white towels. Excellent location for airport.

Room is perfectly fine, service however is shocking. Ordered food to find out we were overcharged and that the server didn’t even put the right food through, tried saying we ordered something when we didn’t. Struggled to give us a refund and then when food arrives, “cheesy” chips have little to no cheese. disappointed

That’s two occasions I’ve arrived to check in and been left waiting at the front desk with no staff to be seen. First time was for over 5 mins, together with some other travellers, exhausted after our flight was delayed an hour and a half, and all we wanted was our bed. Last week someone appeared at desk after keeping me waiting several minutes… and then said “Will be with you in a moment(!)”. Also found the mattress worn out and uncomfortable but generally fine apart from all that. Could do with an extra towel though and some facilities to get a proper drink of water.

The least pleasant hotel room I've ever stayed in. Very convenient location though the benefits end there. Full disclaimer: I checked in late at night for an early flight so had no energy/appetite to seek an alternative room so didn't give staff opportunity to rectify, albeit owing to nature of issues I feel that my experience suggests a general lack of care to maintenance over a longer period. In trying to check in, I had a lengthy wait while the (apparent) sole member of staff tended to a full bar. While the member of staff was pleasant enough, it was clear that management were not resourcing as needed. The room window was broken and would simply not close, leaving a 3-4cm gap around most of it. As the window handles were barely attached, I concluded that this was a result of countless guests trying in vain to close over a period of time, again suggesting a long running problem having gone unaddressed. As my stay was early March, the temperature was uncomfortable to say the least. The knob on the thermostatic shower bar was extremely loose, dangling to sole degree, to the point where I was worried that it would break off in hand. The security latch for the door was also missing, with a damaged area where this would have once been attached. One of the plug sockets was also mounted at a very odd angle hinting at a hurried repair. While the bedsheets were fresh and clean, the carpet in the room felt very unclean underfoot. On a related note, the carpets in the corridors were badly stained, again suggesting a general lack of upkeep. Never again.

Not far from the airport. Easy walking, path under the motorway is located near the premier inn. Google maps may try to take you to a access point which can't be done by foot so double check using satellite overlay that a route can be made by foot.. hotel is clean plenty of parking. Only downside to this travel lodge is the food. Very poor. Staff are friendly however the kitchen is not suitable for the amount of people requiring meals. We stayed with a group of twelve with only 3 meals being made at a time. Some was only mildly warm. Everything else was as expected for travel lodge.

Staff were absolutely disgusting with their attitudes, very unhelpful when ordering dinner. When food arrived, the kids' pizza was uncooked, and had cheese piled on top to hide this. The chicken burger wasn't cooked and still frozen in the middle along with the chips. No use complaining as staff attitudes was we don't care. Would never stay here again as we also booked to have breakfast and was told there was none till 7am which was useless as we had early flight.

Easy check in. Another reviewer said there were some maintenance problems, and I saw some of those; i.e needed sheetrock repair, and extra door security beyond the normal lock. The food was decent, so about what I expected. Definitely workable for an overnight stay before catching a flight. Once you call a private cab using the phone at the front desk, the 'city' cabs (recognizable by yellow label on the car) can't take you (by law). In the early morning these 'city' cabs seem seem to rotate stops, looking for customers and are readily available (6-8 am).

Excellent location for airport. Rooms are small and basic. There is no ventilation in bathroom which cost them mould. Place is good and enough for one or two nights. I would not like to stay there for longer. Breakfast is eatable but I would say basic in product quality. Against all negative opinions which I read here. I have to say that staff working there was polite and helpful. I had chance to spook with 3-4 members of personal. Every single person presents high culture. Overall reasonable price for staying and good enough to short stay. Breakfast is served at 7:00 am

Good basic hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the terminals at Glasgow airport. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. It'll offered a decent selection of food that came quite quickly. The 12" pepperoni pizza was perfect for 2 people who just want to relax so they can sleep early because they have to wake up at a ridiculous time to get a flight. I was worried it would be loud being so close to the airport but I don't remember hearing a single plane. Unfortunately my room had a strange odour. It wasn't unbearable and I hoped it would go away with the window open but it didn't. I should have just asked for a different room but I was tired and wanted a room directly across from my father. It was an easily noticeable odour so if Travelodge had lots of spare rooms, I doubt they'd have put me in the stinky one. If it wasn't for the smell, the room and hotel overall would have been great for the price we paid. My father did have trouble with the soap dispenser in the shower but otherwise he was happy with his room. The rest of the hotel was clean and seemed well maintained.,

Very clean. Bed comfortable. I didn't see a hairdryer but I had my own in my case. Breakfast was chaos for a while but by 9am it all calmed down as the guests were on a bus tour. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Going the extra "mile". We got a taxi as we had no idea where the Travelodge was. No distance really but we were tired after a long day travelling so for us it was the way to go. It took 30 minutes in a queue to get our taxi. I would definitely stay there again 😀

The best advantage is price and location. Just close to the airport, about 10-15m walking. And the price is so affordable. The room I had was clean, it has everything a backpacker needs before taking an early flight next day. Note that it's better to stay in Glasgow center if you want to hangout at night and have more activities. Around this hotel, there is nothing nada :)) The room price doesn't include other services (wifi, breakfast...) The door is not very sound reducing, then can hear well people walking/ talking in the aisle. (Only when you are sensitive to the noise) I arrived at 7.30 pm on Sunday, didn't have to wait a second.

Very expensive for a very bad hotel and restaurant. My room when i came in had a window open whilst it was cold. I thought it was weird, turned out, the window was broke and couldn't shut! When i went down and let the staff member know, she looked at me like she I asked her to go kill her children. I then had the unfortunate task of eating there because its in the middle of nowhere. I paid £12 for a chicken burger which was actually a oven breaded chicken steak you feed kids between a seeded Island bun and a sorry looking bit of lettuce. I could go on and on but basically this is a budget hotel at 4 star prices for everything. I even paid £2.25 for a 330m bottled water. Basically if you run a budget hotel... make sure you price to suit, then people are not affended. Nothing wrong with a 2-3 star hotel, they do a great service and all the staff here bar one were lovely and provided a great service. Actually i felt sorry for them. They appeared to do every job in the hotel when the place is massive. More people that the chain hotel are ripping off.

Stayed there for 2 nights for £100 per night. In terms of the hotel's premises and rooms' cleanness, it was ok they could definitely improve on it. The room are quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. The toilet on the other hand, it's very well designed, since a shower will leave all the floor wet and they will not clean it. Overall it's a budget hotel, perfect for 1 or 2 nights stay, but avoid it if you plan to stay any longer. You get what you pay for. The parking is £4 per night and the WiFi is £3 per 24h, however, limited to two devices at time.

We were there for work. The rooms where so basic, we had no cooking facilities other than a kettle. Mould in the bathroom, and the bathroom sink was leaking. The key cards never worked so constantly had to go to the reception to fix them. Had to go to reception on numerous occasions for fresh towels, toilet rolls etc as our room was not touched during our full 8 day stay

The hotel is a bit run down and was not really worth the money paid. The walls are really thin, so you can basically hear your neighbours - I'd highly recommend taking earplugs. I even had the manager stood right outside my door having a chat on the phone for about 20 minutes and I could hear every detail as if she was in my room. The electric sockets are not conveniently located and there are none by your bedside, so you have to plug your phone in to the socket on the desk, which was pretty annoying. The only real positive is that it is pretty close to the airport. You can get to the terminal within 5 minutes or so. They charge you for the wifi, which is really crazy when it is not that good.

Rooms are decent and clean. We had a weird large dead space by the wall where a chair and small table probably use to be, that would have been nice to have. If you have a room with one of those emergency buttons or pull ropes, don't think for a second that anyone will come for you if you actually NEED to pull it. One room down the hall was pulled by accident, and it took at least 30-40mins for staff to notice. Ignore the menus in the rooms, it seems they only have 50% of it. Otherwise, it's a decent price for the location, clean rooms, cheap parking.

Asked for water at the bar and the lady said "you get it from your sink, it all comes from the same place" like drinking filthy bathroom tap water where people wash their piss hands is reasonable. Too lazy to full my water bottle. Also you need to pay for wifi which is obscene. Also it's £4 if you want to park overnight (because why not) Breakfast is like £9 and is basically toast and butter So just because it says they have cheap nights, they rip you off elsewhere. So literally just go across the street to the two other hotels. No need to spend £40 a night on a room advertised at £20 a night (which is still too pricey for these rooms that look like they've been wet for 40 years.

Room is basic. Family room only has 2 sockets to charge devices overnight. Was told on arrival that breakfast I'd already paid for will start at 8am, not suitable for my plans tomorrow so asked for a refund. REFUND REFUSED!!!! Disgusting treatment, will not use Travelodge again.

Steve on reception very helpful. Room was of good Travel Lodge standard - clean and comfortable. £4 to park overnight. Charge for wifi. Restaurant was only offering pizza which wasn't suitable for dietary requirements but we were able to order takeaway to be delivered.

Have stayed here in the past on route to the highlands and was fine but the hotel is very dated now and not in good working order.. latch on bedroom window was hanging off and we were in the ground floor so wasnt secure and had no security lights around back of the building at night. Bathroom had lots of Mark's and door to room had no catch to lock it properly.. won't be staying here again with the family I'm sorry to say.

It's a nothing fancy hotel at Glasgow Airport. When you arrive at 2am, it's nice to get your head down for a few hours before heading off on the next stage of the journey home. Price was ok, and the room was clean and tidy. Recommended

Few outlets and no USB outlets in rooms. Only one plastic chair with no table. Fees for everything - parking, breakfast, internet (there were 30 minutes free before daily rate). Soap dispenser in shower was broken. Bedding and room were clean. Convenient to airport.

Very disappointing experience. No soap in the bathroom for hand washing or shower. No hand towels. No facial tissue. Bathroom floors not clean. Carpet on one side of the bed smelled terrible (like vomit?). Brown splatter on the wall. Nothing was done when I alerted the front desk of the disgusting smell in the room. Fire alarm went off at 1:50am. Completely overpriced for the product and service delivery. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Will not stay here again and don’t recommend you do either. Staff - need training.

Nice warm welcome. Room was clean, slightly tired areas particularly the sealant in shower needs redoing. There was only a hard plastic chair for sitting in room (not very comfy). Quiet room, comfy bed, had a good night's sleep. Love the fact you can't enter the corridor to rooms without your room key. Food was fine, but the bar had no white wine, we were given the choice of only 1 brand of rose instead. Unable to try breakfast as flight was changed to an earlier slot, was disappointed we weren't able to have continental before we left (we had paid for breakfast when we booked the room). It's a bit hard to find if arriving from the airport, but well signposted to go from hotel to airport. All in all its an airport hotel, clean, comfy & lovely staff.

Clean decent sized room, plenty of space to put your cases. Bar and food were nice. I asked for a hairdryer and the staff provided one. Handy for the airport and rental car return.

Great Location, great breakfast, corridor carpets are a bit scruffy and no hot meals until 5pm. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Very good value for money.

Overnight stay before early flight. Great location within walking distance to airport. Staff not the friendliest especially the man on reception desk. Would definitely stay again.

Nice enough place but it was too warm in the room . Had to have the (noisy) portable fan on all night as the smell from the bins meant we couldn't leave the window open. Didn't realise we would have to book a table for dinner so fully booked by the time we arrived. Then heard people getting a table after we'd got a domino's delivered. Friendly hard working staff.

Steven I believe who check us in with another young lad and girl on Saturday evening, all three staff members were helpful and made us feel very welcome. Big shoutout to the housekeepers as room was spotless nothing to moan about. Beds were comfortable and location was handy as had flight in the morning would stay again

Very cheap room for myself, partner and Son. Lovely and clean and we preferred over the Premier Inn Linwood we stayed at 3 nights previously. Staff very helpful and I like the fact there is some life in reception / bar area with music and seating. Rooms were very comfy and very clean as was the rest of the hotel
