CebuDoctors made it easier for you to get swabbed with just 4 easy steps. Step 1 - PhilHealth Verification (needs PhilHealth ID and a valid ID showing your residency [if you’re planning to go back to your hometown, make sure you have a proof that you are from that place hence the valid ID with your home address] - Receive documents to fill out Step 2 - after filling out the necessary documents, proceed to window 2, Lab Assessment. Staff checks if you input all the necessary information needed. Once done, they will give you payment form for Step 3. Step 3 - After Lab Assessment, the staff will call your name and you’ll be given a piece of paper showing how much you need to pay at the cashier. You then have to proceed to window 3 to pay. Step 4 - Finally, when you’re done paying. You will be asked to have a seat and wait for your name to be called. Right next to the Window 3 is the swabbing area. Once your name is called, you then must proceed there to be swabbed and conclude the process. **wait 36 - 42 hours for the results. In my case, it arrived 18hours later.

I emailed the hospital with my concerns but they didnt bother to reply so i reviewed here. If there were minus stars they would get -5 .This place is dirty and unhygienic ..my son 14months was treated there...food served for infant was not fit for a dog ..cold bacon..and corn beef ..dont they know about cooked food gone cold = bacteria . No towel for washing and because my wife stayed overnight with our son they even charged us fof extra pillow..Worst still nursing staff wore no gloves when treating our son and didnt even use hand sanitizer ..i do hope the red stuff on the bed frame was rust and not blood ..check fhe aircon photos ..all this in private room . I want to say thank you so much to our travel insurance company for getting us out of there and back to Australia . They were so helpfull and understanding of our stress and concerns for our young son...1Cover your FANTASTIC

In search of some medicene for a cough, I visited the emergency clinic on a Saturday afternoon. It was clear from the start that the female doctor was keen to ramp up the expense by ordering every diagnostic test possible- x-ray, blood test, faecial and urine tests, pregnancy test! Yes, everything. Unbelievable and obvious over-servicing! This type of price gouging is only of benefit to the self serving medicos at this hospital and their bank accounts. It clearly does nothing for the patient, and sadly a great deal to damage the reputation of so many others in this 'helping' profession. Seek better and more ethical care elsewhere. Giving one star was being generous!

The people here are friendly. The staff at the ER showed us what to do and we were lucky there were almost no patients during our visit, we were quickly accommodated for our laboratory testing and then recommended to a specialist. Smooth process overall.

Pretty arrogant cause they pretend to be the best hospital in Cebu which can be compared to western ones. Def not comparable to German Hospitals. - not really clean - education level of doc is pretty poor - expensive There is some good docs there as well but again. They are not as good as they say they are. Not even half as good as that. Next time I’ll definitely fly to Bangkok, Singapore or Germany. Fun fact: in Germany the health care is covered and cheap but way way waaaay better. I know it’s the Philippines tho. So in total just a soso Hospital, which is not on 1 world Level.

Family had major surgery here. Unorganized, poor communication with staff, poor hand washing by medical staff, no gloves worn, low supplies. Avoid at all costs if you are used to basic hospital standards on a Western level of any sort.

Extremely hard to get around the area. Lots of traffic. The closest parking is always full and available parking is about 500 meters away. I wouldn't recommended for PWD's in my opinion. I saw a person in a wheelchair, the taxi had to stop in the middle of the road and had to be carried by whom I assume were family members to the facility's entrance.

Being a nurse, it hard when you become the patient. Last December, I had a surgery but I never informed any of the staff that I was a nurse and yes, the hospital services did not disappoint me at all. Nurses were timely in giving out meds and they were all courteous when they entered the room. The residents were most of the time in a hurry but still the time to explain was there. One downside was that the orderly didn't change my beddings all throughout my confinement.

You can be in the worst private hospital in Cebu City. I used to love the prestige this hospital brings to Cebu City but when I had my 2 worst experiences in this hospital. I would not recommend this to anyone. Full of interns and staff that are really slow in doing their jobs.

DON’T GO TO THIS HOSPITAL UNLESS THERE’S NO OTHER CHOICE!!! A couple of days ago, my daughter cut her hand, minor cuts on the fingers. Cause she’s just 2 years old, we panicked a little and rushed to the hospital. Her wounds were already starting to dry up by the time we reached but we took her to ER anyways, hoping the nurses could quickly clean the wound do the dressing. These guys put us in a room and made us wait for an hour for someone to even attend us, then some nurses(or interns, I’m not sure) cleaned up the wound and asked us to wait for the doctor to arrive to do the dressing. For another 1.5 hours the doctor would just come by, talk to us and make us wait more giving lame excuses like we don’t have the ointment or please wait for a moment. I threatened to leave because it had already been 2-3 hours and all I needed was someone to clean her wounds and dress them up, but these guys wanted to milk money and as soon as they heard I’d leave, they started making quick movements and did the dressing. Even before the dressing was completed, they gave me the bill which was around 6000 pesos. Now let that sink in, 6k pesos for sterilizing and dressing minor cuts on two fingers, wasting 3 hours of my time. And the dressing fell off even before we reached the car outside the hospital. I’m sure the hospital management would be smirking reading this comment for a job well done by their staff. Please give them good incentives for Christmas po!

#CebuDoctorsUniversity I would never recommend this hospital. Unfortunately, the process is so slow. Upon discharge, the billing has to call each doctor. What if the doctor is unfortunately busy? This is why Chiong Hua is better because at the nurse's station before discharge, the fees were already provided. And I had to go back and forth because of some missing info of the discharge papers. I kept following up with them since 12nn discharge but they entered it at 3pm so that its after cut off. So that I would be charged another day Update: now at the nurse's station and i have yo wait agaib because the nurse who handled our discharge is at another station. Again! Waiting for another person

This place was a nightmare they said i had COVID when in actual fact I had Ross River Virus my wife and i isolated there for 7 days under the most atrocious conditions that they charged a fortune for. The room had no windows u did not know if it was night or day there was no hot water to showerand they charged a huge amount lucky i had rravel insurance. The food was a vert tiny scoop of boiled rice chicken or fish 2 cm x 2 cm and a tiny filipino banana the worst prisons on earth would have had better conditions on top of that to increase the fee they kept trying to pump a heap of medecines into me. MY advice dont stay there even if ur life depends on it

My mom was suffering with severe back pain for 3 consecutive days. Because the pain was already unbearable, she decided to seek medical help. It was mignight so the only option we had was to go to a hospital. We went to Cebudoc and arrived at the ER at around 1am. Quite a busy night but everything was so fast paced. As soon was we arrived, the nurse asked us the problem and had us fill-out forms. We waited for awhile, then the resident physician immediatetly checked my mom for history, pain, etc.. and had her take some analgesic. We didnt wait very long to get service we need. Her pain was relieved a bit and we were able to go home by 2am. It was a very smooth experience overall.

(This wasn't my first choice- my friend suggested this hospital and I know it's a bit expensive because it's private.) I googled my symptoms before coming here and found out it was an emergency case. Nurse/medical personnel at the emergency turned me away at 5pm because she figured I wasn't in enough pain and she said waiting in the ER overnight would be risky because of Covid. I understand but I wasn't happy with that. I came back early morning the next day hoping nga dili na ko balibaran again. I went to OPD hoping to get entertained better kay googling my symptom didn't mean I was 100% sure nga emergency to kong situation. Anyway the security didn't give me a priority number and suggested I go to ER instead. The personnel at ER reluctantly admitted me around 9am. They had IV line on my arm immediately. Tests after tests were made around 30 minutes after I got admitted. Those people (medtech?) who draw blood samples were very quick about it. Nurses were better around here. Nurses were also more empathetic at the wards. Doctors were also very professional and nice. But I didn't realize one patient needed to be seen by several doctors- I got palpated like at least 10 different times before the diagnostics. Contrary to what others did, I talked about money as soon as I could. It's just easier that way. I encourage others to do so. It's just better that way. This helps everyone mentally prepare. My treatment was delayed because my watcher got caught up at the payments. After paying we showed the receipt to the nurses and waited. After all the waiting, the morbidity of my case just increased no thanks to the nurse who turned me away, the long lines at the cashier and my own initial reluctance to seek medical help. I encourage everyone to google your symptoms 100 times and know that the longer you wait, the worse it gets. Talk about money at least 2 times and do what the doctor tells you to do. Also, having an insurance, Philhealth etc would help you a lot. Anyway, thank you so much to everyone involved. After treatment, I got no issues. So far. BTW the admin staff were nice. Also all security I approached.

The worst emergeny center ever. Never go to the emergency center. She is not a real doctor who does not give medicine to a sick person as a holiday. I went another hospital again, Gullas hospital, got a prescription and medicine.

Went to Cebu Doc at 10PM to be admitted due to cough and intermittent fever for 3 days. After almost an hour waiting one of their residents interviewed me for history of present illness and ordered CBC and CXR without even doing a physical examination. Even without the CXR result yet and without thorough physical examination, the resident informed me that I may just have CAP (Pneumonia) was advised to go home (despite the fact that it's already midnight and with the intention of being admitted) then come back the next day for the CXR results. I still had episodes of fever on the following day thus decided to get my CXR results which stated on the interpretation that I have clear lung fields thus this prompted me to go to Chong Hua. At Chong Hua, I was accomodated in just a few minutes and was seen by 2 resident doctors. I was amazed that they were able to arrive at a different diagnosis which is not related to my respiratory system...

Whilst on holiday my girlfriend got very sick and we needed to see a doctor urgently. After trying 2 other hospitals near by (both awful) we tried here and wished we had come here first. We were seen by a doctor within 30 mins, had tests done within an hour, and our follow up appointments went smoothly. The building was far more modern and cleaner than the other 2 we went to and all the staff we encountered here were great. A big thank you to doctor Dacua in ER!! You were amazing and we really appreciated all your help!

came to their ER for animal bite treatment. had to wait for almost 6 hrs for just an anti rabies and other shots. staff were really nice, however it is really evident that they're short staffed. very small emergency area, no separate entrance for people who are suspected and confirmed covid patient. if you're waiting in the hallway and there is a covid patient that will pass by, you need to go outside of ER. lol

Horrible, terrible wait time at the Center for Women. Went there at 9 am and was not yet even called by 12 noon. You can't set an appointment, it's only on a walk-in basis. They don't have a cashier on site. You have to go inside the hospital to pay. Waiting area is very small for the volume of patients that they cater.

No follow up from doctors that are impossible to reach, either by email or phone although I tried for many days. They send you an alarming report and don't explain anything ! People on the phone are incompetent and tell you that the doctor has already left. I filed today a complaint to my insurance company.

Very dissapointing, just like Chong Hua ER they don't provide med cert in ER , even if evidence of conditions (fever, constipation and hyperacidity) is in front of them. I dont know why the doctors are afraid of providing a med cert, it is meant to show proof that you were affected by the disease and to extend the rest to allow faster recovery. It is a recommendation of BPO companies or else they think you are lying but the doctors don't seem to care, for them you are just another figure to fatten up their wallets. Some Nurses there are snotty pretending they know it all and assume your making things up as if i had a hidden agenda why i need a med cert.

Got swab test today. Parked my bike in the back of the hospital in the parking lot. Went into hospital. Looked for sign that said lab. Got paperwork from lab worker. Filled out paperwork. Gave paperwork back to lab worker. Got bill. Walked to cashier window to pay. Got receipt. Walked back to lab. Gave receipt to lab worker. Got test done. Left and now I’m home waiting for results.

I'm a german girl who travelled to the philippines for vacation with my boyfriend. I had an accident with the motorbike and went to the Cebu doctors hospital. In the ER some doctors took photos of my wound on my right leg. Could anyone send me one of the pictures of my wound? That would be great! :D Thank you for everything! (Translated by Google) I used the Japanese help desk, but it didn't make sense to go. Even if they complained of symptoms, the Japanese staff only told the doctor less than half. Focusing on symptoms that are not really painful symptoms, deciding the cause, prescribing the medicine, and saying "If you do not cure after seeing the situation, please come again." Do you understand that you have come to the hospital after the class (or the job is out of work)? Are you thinking about coming back again? No words were given for the sloppy response.

Worst customer service. Especially their ER department. My dad went earlier to have his wound checked since it's showing redness around the wound and even extended to his hand, swelling got worse. He came in with no patients around and was told by one of their nurse if he could just come back tomorrow since it's not that urgent. My dad asked the nurse that he'll just wait since it was throbbing last night. My dad waited over an hour but no one came to check him even though there's no patients around, until some other patients came and was attended promptly.

It's never fun to go to a hospital in a foreign country but this hospital did not disappoint me. It seems modern equipped with well trained doctors. Went there for a fever and stomach issues on a Sunday. They took some samples and a few hours later a doctor came by with the diagnosis and a prescription. Upon exiting I payed at the payment desk and they printed out the receipts so I could reimburse at my travel insurance.

(Translated by Google) The correspondence of the Japanese help desk is a little terrible. There have been three times what has been done and the facts are different, and there is no apology at the beginning. Although you can still understand miscommunication if it is said in English, the fact that it was clearly said in Japanese was different. I will go to school for a visit to the school → I will not come bring a certificate → I will not bring Please come here to get → I put in the school in the wrong place (I do not contact me) I was shaken. Sched an appt. with an OB. I chatted w the dr's assistant (i think) thru facebook messenger to set up an appt. So, I went there as scheduled the next day, the assistant probably had an attitude problem. She said that they needed letter of authorization first (annoyingly, as if napul an na shas iya work). So I did'nt know that kay sa chat pa lang she didnt even told when she had all the time of her life before na ichat man lang ko to inform me that they needed LOA. Then, she referred me to this other clinic who issues LOA to pt. She gave me the dr' last name. Mind you, last name ra gihatag. Asked sa room number, she then said again annoyingly, "Pangitaa lang naa ras tungaw sa floor" kana murah samok kaayo kos iya panan aw. Makastresssss

Will never recommend this hospital. Poor customer service and management. Their processes are outdated. One time we went there very early in the morning for my father’s scheduled chemo treatment only to find out the medication isn’t even available that day so we had to go home and reschedule. Another incident was when the nurse missed to administer a pricey medication scheduled for my father and we already paid for it. We are so stressed because of this hospital. I highly suggest to go elsewhere.

I had high hopes for Cebu Doctors' University Hospital when my wife started working there as a nurse. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a nightmare. The senior nurses treated her with zero respect and offered zero help. She was left feeling depressed after just one week. Stay away from this place!

Really disappointing. The service is so slow, even getting the results took more than 24 hours, they asked for files from us from previous records and we gave it to them as quick as we can yet they were very very slow. Also I was confused why it took them even days to ask about the diet of our patient, I mean shouldn’t they have asked that in the first place. Even connecting with our insurance to this hospital was hella chaotic! I was at the cashier and they said they called the insurance company but the insurance company did not answer, later did we know, no call was actually made, we really would not recommend this hospital.

😐 It's cramped, hot, with little available seats, despite the large parking space it gets easily full as the day goes by. There are 2 lifts on each building, catering to everyone on every floor. But, this is where anyone can find the doctors in Cebu gathered in one place. At its' best, it's not a pla...

😠 We went to the hospital multiple times just because the guards didn't give the right information. For the last time, we went to the hospital to have some lab tests done. I asked the guard calmly and respectfully yet he shouted at me. I felt so humiliated because people were looking towards our direc...
