Don't do it! If you are looking for an apartment don't move to this place!! It's too expensive, not luxury like they said, the walls are like paper you can hear everything! Plus they will mess up your car if you dont have a sticker on it.... a gate that is open most of the time (whats the point of having a gate? ) if you want peace this is not the place for you!

My roommate and I are so excited to move into the Preserve!! Jennifer has been a dream to work with. She has helped us every step of the way from giving us a wonderful tour, to walking us through the entire application process and answering all of our questions!

My husband and I were staying at Preserve at Perdido apartments for one year and it was a great place to stay! Clean, modern, with amazing appliances, quiet. There is a little pool for everybody and a nice club house. We plan to rent it later. The property manager Jeanny is very polite. We also like Jordan - a cute young lady working in administration too. The Preserve is 15 min to the Jonson beach.

My wife and I have lived at Preserve at Perdido for a year and a half. We've seen many new faces come and go in the office but the one constant has been Jeanne. She has been here since day one before construction even started. We relocated and were somewhat unfamiliar with the area and Jeanne's willingness to accommodate our time frame and answer any questions we had was one of the main reasons we chose to live here. Even in the midst of buildings going up every month and dealing with so many tenants at one time with no assistance she somehow managed to maintain the upmost professionalism. She's still the friendly face  that you can count on to be help out with any issue big or small.

Preserve at Perdido is a beautiful apartment complex, and the staff is incredibly helpful and responsive. My family and I especially appreciated the maintenance crew assigned to this facility! The first day we moved in, we needed something assessed in our apartment and they immediately took care of it! They were both very kind and are always friendly faces to see around the grounds! This cute complex is just a minute away from Walmart, target, and other shopping centers that make it incredibly convenient to get everything you need for your home.

Have resided here twice. 5 stars to the staff of the Preserve at Perdido, especially Jeanne. She assisted me with the entire process and went the extra mile in making sure that everything was completed as requested both times I resided here. She is the #1 reason I came back to the Preserve at Perdido after a 9 month overseas trip. I would also like to mention my appreciation to the maintenance staff for the quick completion of requested tasks. I do hope this complex stays on the upper echelon of places to live in Pensacola.

My family and I have stayed here for the past two years and I wanted to write a review about how amazing the Preserve at Perdido Staff are. The Leasing Manager, Jeanne, is very sweet and always helpful with anything and everything we needed while living here. The maintenance staff - Ryan and Chris- are always quick to respond to anything that we needed fixed and a pleasure to chat with. We will greatly miss the staff !

I highly recommend living at this beautiful property. Jeanne Christensen is so professional and handling all questions and needs to anything you want and need in an apartment . And Jenny the manager is also on hands very professional at taking care of the properties needs and staff and tenants . The location is amazing. And the property is beautiful. I give a million stars to this property if I could .
