If I could give them no stars I would. I am a Hilton Honors member, but I will never use them again. I was traveling cross-country from CA to FL driving a Penske truck with a car trailer in the back. When I got to Pensacola I just could not drive anymore. I had been staying at Hampton Inns throughout my trip without an issue. They had reasonable prices and they were close to the freeway. Well, that was not the case with this location. On their website the price was $117. We were paying similar rates across the country. But, they charged me $338 for one night. I ask the lady at the desk why the price was so high. She said she didn’t know. It was ridiculous and her manager thought it was ridiculous, but that is what I paid, thinking that I could call corporate and they could fix this because I just could not safely ride any further. I got back to CA and had to call corporate 3 times. The first two times they said they would contact me within 48 hours. They did not. When I called the third time they told me that corporate communicated with the hotel, but did not call me. The Pensacola I-10 hotel because it was not at the beach told them that’s how much they charged and did not communicate with me at all. The customer service person told me that during the season between February and September they charged higher. That’s not true because none of the Hampton hotels across the country charged me such an amount. The Hampton hotels are not worth $338 plus tax. The corporate and that particular hotel’s customer service was appalling. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again.

The hotel was pleasant enough. For me, the breakfast was non existent. It would be nice to have some healthy options. Everything was full of fat and sugar. Also, as a long time honours member, I feel I should be given the respect of automatically getting the best price. This is not the case. I called to ask if they matched the online price of other agencies and was told that I would have to order through a third party if I wanted the lower price. This is the company policy and not a reflection on this particular hotel. I like the Hilton chains and want to be loyal but loyalty needs to be returned.

Was in town for graduation. Super Clean. Nice studio suite! Breakfast was typical. Only issue was that we did not have towels in the room, and when calling the front desk was told to come pick them up. I would really expect them to be brought to the room. This is not Motel 8, lol. Cracker Barrel is ~ 150 feet away for convenient comfort food. WalMart neighborhood store ~1 mile north.

Very clean room, pleasant-enough staff and check-in process. We were told they couldn't accommodate much of a late-checkout due to being short-staffed on cleaning crew and we were kind of counting on that. (Diamond members, and we stay at 40+hotels a year for business and every single one gives you an hour minimum.) Other than that, no complaints!

It is a nice hotel but one big issue we had. When we arrived, I checked in and gave the credit card the room was reserved under. However, I did say we would be paying cash when we checked out. That did not occur. One big thing that was not told at the time I checked in. If you need housekeeping to clean your room you must let them know the night before or no later than 8:00 am. So on Wednesday when we left out our room to enjoy the beach we returned and the room was not cleaned. Later, we found out there is a sign posted at the desk that must be requested. Moving on, there was a note slipped to let us know housekeeping would be off for Thanksgiving. So our room has plenty of dirty towels and trash bags. Just like they took the time to place note under the door, they could have the note about housekeeping either on your website or in the room. I would love to post the sign from the counter so all your guests can be aware. Going forward, you must communicate this to your guest.

Very comfortable beds. Bathroom area was nice. Plenty of counter space and well lit. Over-all, a very comfortable suite. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Plenty of room and neat. The entry lobby was spacious with plenty of seating and tables - this is also the breakfast eating area. The only negative - no USB ports in the rooms.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The rooms were squeaky clean. The bed was soft warm and cozy. I had a great night's sleep! A-1 place to stay!!! Breakfast was great with a nice variety. The dining area was clean and uncluttered. I felt very accommodated.

This hotel is conveniently located on I-10 and easy to access. I visit my daughter and grandchildren in Pensacola and am a long time Diamond member. This property was built in 2014 so in relatively good shape. The bed in the room I slept in was not particularly comfortable making getting a good rest difficult. Staff is relatively friendly though not overt in welcoming guests. The reason I am giving a below par review is this: I always check in online and have for years. It allows me to secure a room easily and choose my room. When I get to the property the room is paid for, I get my key and head up to the room. At this property I went to the front desk to recieve my key as usual but the desk clerk wanted me to run my credit card. My question was why? She told me this property requires an additional fee for "incidentals and damage fees" to the tune of $400 dollars. This was a first for me and I have stayed at Hilton properties...a lot of properties. I asked the clerk if this is the way this property treats Diamond members? She told me they treat everyone that way. Well, I have spent a lot of money at a lot of Hilton properties and have always been treated with a modicum of respect for my loyalty. But, if this is the way this property treats its loyal and long time members, so be it. There are plenty of Hilton properties in Pensacola where I can expect the appreciation of being a loyal customer. This property is not one of them.

Even though the Hampton is not where we originally booked, the hotel made us feel very welcomed when we checked in. The hotel staff was constantly cleaning, and making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good each morning, something new. Everything went smooth. Would def recommend. The staff was great also!

I had the pleasure of staying here last weekend with my grandchildren from out of town we really enjoyed out stay the room was clean the A/C worked great Breakfast was just enough to get our day started We had a little complaint about the kids stomping around since we were on the 4th floor but the front desk attended and the manager on duty was super understanding considering we got in late and getting ready for bed but other than that smooth sailing. Lobby was clean and smelled fresh. Fresh coffee and complimentary water were so good. I know they had to refill it more often than normal . Lol, overall, we will be back

This is a hidden gem 💎 ✨️. The moment my wife and I was greeted with fantastic customer service. Beautiful lobby, and great clean rooms, hallways, elevators. I can go on about our stay. The staff is awesome, and will greet you ,and if there is anything we need. We will be back for sure.

My husband and I drive all over the country, and I promise you that we've never encountered a more lovely and kind hotel staff member than Jasmin. She was so amazing that I'm beginning to question whether or not she was real. No kidding. (And no, I don't know her apart from our interaction at this hotel.) Regardless, due to her outstanding service, we will be sure to recommend this hotel to our friends and family (and we have several that travel this area). I sincerely hope that management recognizes her efforts, as she has truly made this hotel a staple for us.

room was unsatisfactory, television never worked !room was never cleaned, sheets were not changed trash was not taken out excetera! I went to the front desk to ask and was told that in the bathroom it says they do not clean the rooms unless they are asked,a fact that should have disclosed at check inn !! so I asked them if we could switch room. After saying I was going to leave a poor review I received a call to my room and was told to immediatley check out and the police would be called !!

Very nice hotel. Room was a great size for my family, very clean and comfortable. Nicest hotel we stayed at in a long trip.

The ENTIRE staff was AMAZINGLY helpful and friendly. I loved the rooms especially the queen bed suite, very roomy. I came during 4th July weekend and I felt the price was kind of steep but it was comparable (cheaper) to others in the area of Pensacola I was visiting.

Upon arriving at the Hampton Inn & suites, the level of cleanliness was impressive. I never had to wait longer than 1-2 minutes for any service during my stay and the customer service was above and beyond my expectations! I can't wait until the next time I go back to Pensacola Florida because this is where I will stay every time!

The hotel is one of the best in Pensacola. It was clean (my main concern) and for a change, I didn't have to come in and clean the place before feeling comfortable. The staff there were so kind, polite and catered to us. We could walk pass the desk and Brittany(desk clerk) would ask if we were ok and if we needed anything. Not too many hotels have that type of caring employees. All of the staff would greet you with a good morning or hello and smile so pleasantly to make you feel welcomed. I have found my forever home whenever I visit Pensacola.

Nice hotel, people were very nice. Being in Florida though I think they should really consider tile floors, the carpet was very wet from moisture in the air. The cable didn’t work, but that was from a cable issue not the hotel. beds were very comfortable, nice showers… I would stay again…

Been driving from Tampa to Waco every 3or4 months to visit my 97 yr old grandmother for years, stop here every time to reston the way home. Employees are super friendly and nice. Breakfast is always a great way to start our morning. Plus it's right off I-10 so easy to get to and Cracker Barrel is across the parking lot so we can get a quick bite for dinner without having to drive around.

5 years ago I stayed this hotel and it was a great experience. Coming back in town I decided to stay here again, the customer service is great. The only issue I had was when we got to the room it was muggy, and it smelled really bad. The great part was when I addressed this issue the following morning we were immediately moved to another room and everything else flowed smoothly. I feel bad putting that part in because everything else was great about this hotel and their staff.

This hotel exceeded in all areas! They were kind, accommodating, great location, great staff and wonderful breakfast! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. There was such a sweet lady that was over the breakfast area both of our mornings there and she was on top of keeping everything full AND clean. The cleanliness is top notch and they definitely pay attention to small details. We were in a suite and the pull out bed was the cleanest I’ve ever pulled out (we’ve seen some nasty ones at other hotels)! The room and bathrooms were extensively clean including corners and walls. The elevators and hall ways always smelled fresh and felt super clean. This may be a long review but as one who depends on them a lot I feel people should know even the little details. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Pensacola!

The service members were absolutely so helpful in getting the needed equipment for my husband because they were not able to put us in handicap room. Outstanding follow up to see if everything worked out in our room.

What an incredible experience staying here! Welcoming entrance, friendly staff, good prices, and spacious, comfortable, clean rooms. Excellent breakfast, free parking, free wifi, business center (with a Mac) and pool. The GM completely understands the hospitality industry because she's putting words into action at this Hampton Inn. Do yourself a favor when in Pensacola and stay here. You won't regret it!

My review is based solely on customer service and their breakfast. I'm here for a conference and only 1 night in to my 2 nights and I confidently say I would recommend to my near and dear. 3 star hotel but 5 star service- thanks to Jasmine being super kind despite one of my group members being downright disrespectful to her. Jasmine was so professional about it and held her tongue. I have stayed at plenty of hotels for conferences- some even FIVE STARS- and the breakfast doesn't hold a candle to this hotels breakfast. I'm talking waffle bar, crockpot food, actual eggs- not powder, turkey sausage, not old tasting machine orange juice. If you make a hotel decision solely on customer service and breakfast alone - what are you doing? Book it!

As alway, great clean beds. Floor had stains and felt sticky. Looks like someone started to wax the floors and didn’t finish the process. But overall very clean and accommodating. Room upgrade was available and given; big plus when traveling with family on a long vacation trip.

Cancel your reservations if arriving late at night. To the rude staff member who greeted me when arriving at 2230… take a moment and reflect on your attitude. But honestly, I’m not even surprised at how you talked to me. FYI: Military members frequently travel through Pensacola and sometimes we also have worked long hours and just want to make it to our next destination. I didn’t even step foot in the lobby and can already say I will not make reservations at this Hampton Inn when traveling through Pensacola. I’ll take my Platinum points and compliments for a kind staff elsewhere.

Nice hotel right off the interstate! Very clean and not too big; I want to say about 20 or 22 rooms total! Nice pool! Free breakfast was amazing!! Easy check-in and check-out. Will stay again!
