This
hotel
is
conveniently
located
on
I-10
and
easy
to
access.
I
visit
my
daughter
and
grandchildren
in
Pensacola
and
am
a
long
time
Diamond
member.
This
property
was
built
in
2014
so
in
relatively
good
shape.
The
bed
in
the
room
I
slept
in
was
not
particularly
comfortable
making
getting
a
good
rest
difficult.
Staff
is
relatively
friendly
though
not
overt
in
welcoming
guests.
The
reason
I
am
giving
a
below
par
review
is
this:
I
always
check
in
online
and
have
for
years.
It
allows
me
to
secure
a
room
easily
and
choose
my
room.
When
I
get
to
the
property
the
room
is
paid
for,
I
get
my
key
and
head
up
to
the
room.
At
this
property
I
went
to
the
front
desk
to
recieve
my
key
as
usual
but
the
desk
clerk
wanted
me
to
run
my
credit
card.
My
question
was
why?
She
told
me
this
property
requires
an
additional
fee
for
"incidentals
and
damage
fees"
to
the
tune
of
$400
dollars.
This
was
a
first
for
me
and
I
have
stayed
at
Hilton
properties...a
lot
of
properties.
I
asked
the
clerk
if
this
is
the
way
this
property
treats
Diamond
members?
She
told
me
they
treat
everyone
that
way.
Well,
I
have
spent
a
lot
of
money
at
a
lot
of
Hilton
properties
and
have
always
been
treated
with
a
modicum
of
respect
for
my
loyalty.
But,
if
this
is
the
way
this
property
treats
its
loyal
and
long
time
members,
so
be
it.
There
are
plenty
of
Hilton
properties
in
Pensacola
where
I
can
expect
the
appreciation
of
being
a
loyal
customer.
This
property
is
not
one
of
them.
