I was forced to use other times when I was so bad at it. Now I bought the overpriced 10-course ticket and was 2 minutes late for a course because my child threw up on me. I wasn't allowed in. The store is so incredibly inflexible. I thought it was just one employee, but unfortunately it was all of them and therefore probably instructions from above. They act very friendly but unfortunately very fake. As a mom, you've been excluded from society so often, and you're just part of it with your inflexibility.

I don't share the many very good reviews. The yoga teachers are friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. That's it already. I found it unreasonable that the heating and hot water are generally sold as 'broken'. Strangely enough, it doesn't get repaired either. The other customers already said that these could probably be cost-cutting measures. When I asked one of the teachers about it, he told me that if there were a lot of participants, the room would get warmer...It's just stupid when it's winter and there were only two participants. In addition, hardly anyone knows that there is a sauna. When I asked out of interest, I was cautiously told that there was one, but it was out and that if you were interested, you had to call BEFORE so that it could be hired. I think it's negligent to expose people to the cold at such high prices. The fact that they don't even offer all the services like a sauna is a pure rip-off. Find another yoga studio.

I took part in the Yoga Aerial beginners workshop. First we attached the cloths under very good instructions and then we started. After a short time we were hanging upside down. It was a lot of fun because we tried out a lot of exercises. I can highly recommend the course and Jeanette as a trainer. Exercising with lots of fun, moving out of your comfort zone, being brave and enthusiastic! It doesn't matter whether you're a beginner or an advanced player.

A wonderful, lovingly led yoga class with fantastic weather in the open air at the Hofheim golf course. It was just well spoken and a lot of fun 👍

Jeden Tag werden unterschiedliche Kurse angeboten, sodass man immer was passendes findet. Einfach mal ausprobieren - ich kann es wirklich nur Empfehlen und bin sehr froh es für mich entdeckt zu haben.

A few months later I also attended the aerial yoga course, which was a lot of fun and also well instructed (unfortunately I forgot the name of the trainer). So I am very flexible, depending on the time and need for exercise, from sporty to relaxation. The yoga trainers are very professional and well trained.
