This
place
was
amazing!
We
did
a
bikepacking
trip
on
the
Brisbane
Valley
Rail
Trail
and
stayed
twice
(once
each
way).
First
stay
was
at
a
powered
campsite
and
second
was
in
a
motel
room,
which
was
a
great
reward
for
the
last
night
on
the
trail
until
the
final
stretch
home.
There
were
great
facilities,
all
well
maintained,
including:
showers,
toilets,
pools,
kitchen
&
dining
areas,
laundry
and
there
was
even
a
dog
wash!
Front
desk
was
exceptionally
welcoming
and
accommodating,
and
they
have
bird
feeding
shows
in
the
afternoon.
Our
powered
sites
costed
a
bit
more
than
other
places,
but
amenities
access
made
it
worth
it.
The
park
was
also
only
a
block
from
the
main
town
center
where
you
had
the
pub,
cafes
and
a
supermarket.
Be
sure
to
get
some
coins
for
the
laundry
machines
though,
and
the
signs
and
notes
in
the
books
about
getting
washing
powder
from
the
front
desk
must
all
be
wrong
because
we
were
told
that
we
had
to
get
it
from
the
IGA,
so
plan
ahead
for
that
too.
