We were really impressed with the service. Friendly and met with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the shower head seemed a little outdated and out of place like it was a replacement. Breakfast did its job and offered gluten free alternatives. The location can't be better and would recommend friends to stay here.

Absolute top location by the water close to the "pub"-street. We had room high up with a view over the water. Room really spacious with a bare minimum of stuff. For a longer stay we would have liked to have a kettle on the room, but for one night it doesn't matter.. Arriving late, leaving early th eonly thing that matters are a goog night sleep. And we got that. Good sundproofing, good temperature in room. Drawbacks are obvious hassle to get a parking spot. Cheapest option is across water on the street. Breakfast not good. Selection small and quite chaotic with a bit too many guest on too little space. A lot of common jars making it unhygenic since people let their kids run around and grope the food with their hands.

Not tip top modern and the staff was a bit aloof but decent breakfast, satisfactory rooms with some character and quite beautifully situated right on the Eskilstuna River, surely a great view but make sure you get the right room, the view towards the town centre way less exciting.

Service is good. Breakfast offers scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, rolls, and more. Only 3 stars because rooms and overall hotel is old and not in good conditions.

Not super even though we had a superior room. Very poorly ventilation and no possibility to open the windows.

Nice hotel near central square and river. From some rooms we have beautiful view to the river. Standard of the rooms is OK. A lot of meals to choose for breakfast. Some free parking slots are in front of the hotel or just 3 minutes walk from hotel we have another toll parking.

Nice hotel at perfect location. Was a breeze to visit here with small kids. They had toys and stuff in the reception and large family room. Room was quite hot and needed to have window open quite a lot. Totally OK breakfast buffe and free coffee at reception.

If you want a nice an quiet room to rest in the holydays, is a perfect place to chose!
