Rooms are very basic hostel style accommodation. The stairs from reception to the first floor are lethal. Really disappointing. The beds were very uncomfortable for a couple in their 50's and the rooms small for 2, but can only imagine what they would be like for 4. We could smell the drains in the mildew crusted bathroom from the bedroom. We only found out there was WiFi and a breakfast room on the last day. We put up with it because we were only there for 2 nights whilst we visited family. Surroundings are stunning though. Right by the river with plenty of facilities. We wanted to play 'bangolf' which should have opened at 10 but wasn't opening til 11, when we were otherwise engaged.

The hotel is more like a really back hostel. Safe is very rude and this is below basic. Pictures are Very misleading

Bits of building [banisters, door handles,..) will literally come away in your hands leaving you clutching a shard of metal or wood probably very handy if the place was overun by zombies but otherwise just abit concerning, the bathroom itself resembled a dirty cupboard designed by the inventor of tetris everything was jammed in bizarre angles in order to make it fit one would need to be a most practiced contorionist to use the sink or the shower the toilet wasent actually fixed to the floor, im sure , sanitation conditions similar to those of a homeless crackhead, in summary a complete hell hole

Such friendly and helpful staff. And what a great accommodation. Hope we can get back next year. Loved every minute of our stay there.

Vilsta is nice to hang out at but I haven't slept there or anything. They have gorgeous views though.

Playing sports with nature.

Cozy place in a lovely sport focused area. The rooms small and the bathroom a bit oldschool, but if you need just to take a shower and get to sleep after a long day on disc golf course or after skiing, it is totally enough. Breakfast more than OK: bacon, pancakes and good coffee. Very kind and helpful staff.

We really enjoyed the place...planning to go back again soon. Highly recommend

Very nice breakfast! Friendly staff. Cosy surroundings. What's needs to be better is the bed linnen where dirty and smelled of other humans. Staines on linen. And the ramp for wheelchair needs to be updated. It was made of wood and the wood was starting to become weak and bad.
