The bathroom is largely unchanged since the late 80's or early 90's. The carpets were disgusting. They were due for replacement years ago. They could have at least cleaned them. There is barely any hot water. The hot water kept cutting out every 30 seconds when taking a shower which meant the shower constantly alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold, or sometimes somewhere in between. If we paid $80 a night, I would've given it 2 stars. Even then I wouldn't recommend coming here. However, we paid $200 a night which made it even more disappointing.

Location was good. Very noisy place and hard to sleep. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Cleaners were friendly. Quality of coffee and tea in room was terrible. Very dated style room decor and for the price charged we expected better.

The beds was comfortable and clean when we arrived had soft towels housekeeping was hit and miss one day it was really good could do with a plate or two and some cutlery so when you buy takeaway. The restaurant we went to first night as we arrived late so some of the choices wasn't available so what choice we had for me wasn't very nice and for what we paid was very expensive but overall we would stay again as close to the bus station the beach and the town centre and we was able to hire a car

Go Ahead and book the Hospitality Esperance with confidence. The room was adequate and tidy for a short stay which suited our needs. The breakfast was a bonus only the basics like cereal, toast, fruit, coffee etc. But more than enough to start your day. Rooms 5 star Service 5 star Location 5 star

An excellent motel to stay at. The staff are all very professional and friendly made you feel relaxed. The Seasons restaurant was lovely for dinner, great selection of food and wines. We stayed here for a special occasion and upon that knowledge the staff even gave us a complementary breakfast.

Good location. Quick check in including on line pre arrival check in. Rooms have all you need. The one a had did have a stale smoke smell but I don't blame the staff when guests can't be considerate and smoke outside. Restaurant meal was good and the continental breakfast was good. I will stay here again.

I stayed at Hospitality Esperance on the 1st and 2nd of November. The rooms are clean, well appointed with comfortable beds & all the necessary amenities. The service from staff is friendly & welcoming. The central location is also excellent. I will stay again on my next visit to Esperance. John. M.

Room was antique but clean, staff were friendly, the breakfast was decent. The restaurant, were they served the breakfast, was clean and organised. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Esperance for few nights. However, if you are expecting for a luxury hotel experience in Esperance, than Esperance isn't the place for you to visit.

We found the rooms basic and our first night we were disturbed til quite late by the people next door being very noisy, but very well cared for and serviced well each day. Our pillows were a little on the 'solid' side but in all, I can't fault the stay for convenience and (as the name says) hospitality. The staff were all exceedingly friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfasts were delicious and simple to access. As a family of four we enjoyed ourselves very much. Only wish that the pool season had already started.

Have been staying here for many years. The location is the best, the staff are welcoming and diligent. Rooms are clean excellent linen. The restaurant food is great and the complimentary continental breakfast is perfect start to the day

I stayed there from November 20 to November 24. The rooms were very clean and I received good service. The motel is centrally located to the beach and all the shops. I especially appreciated the help of Wout at the front desk who was extremely helpful and friendly. All staff were extremely nice and helpful and it made it a pleasant stay. Much appreciated Sarah

Rooms clean but bed poor - very glad we brought a mattress topper. Restaurant was good but service sketchy in there - sorry staff seemed to be in training and we're consequently a bit slow but pleasant.

Lovely motel, friendly staff, clean, well maintained, delicious (included) brekky buffet, fantastic location on the waterfront, close to town, laundry to use was so handy after travelling 5 days. Highly recommend Hospitality Esperance motel.

A wonderful little spot that is opposite the beach and has plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a good selection consistent winners too. Very enjoyable stay 😊

Our first trip to Esperance and stayed here at Hospitality Inn on recommendation from friends, not expecting much but were surprising delighted. The room we got allocated (Rm 7) was very spacious and clean with parking right in front of our room door. Included continental breakfast is fresh and makes a good start for the morning. This property is all location, location, location being conveniently in town across the foreshore and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Staff are friendly and were very accommodating with our booking changes as we had to cut our 5 day trip down to 3 days due to illness. A special thank you goes out to the front desk manager, Morag, who was understanding of our requirements at check-in and check-out also offering to return one nights accommodation due to the circumstance. We will definitely stay here again when back in town!

Enjoyable 2 night stay, the included continental breakfast is delicious and was more than I expected. Very friendly staff, made me feel welcome. The shower temp was a little hard to gauge between cold and hot. The freezer door in the fridge was missing so my frozen goods melted.

Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Spacious, clean family room. Within walking distance to f&b and the water front.

Bates motel. Room was full of flies, dead ones on carpet. Carpet was grotty with stains, whole place was tired and in need of renovations. Wifi was always failing. It's clear no one spends any money on the place. Pluses were bed was comfy and clean and the water pressure was good. Wouldn't stay again.

Clean, pleasant rooms. Exceptionally helpful staff and the best location in town. They can even book you in for a local Scenic Flight with Fly Esperance or book you an airport shuttle.

Very dated motel, and in dire need of a refurb. Bathrooms look like original when built, with shower curtains that needed washing. Room was ok, but very compact. The staff were friendly, and the room service was quick & tasty food. Great location, and Esperance is well worth visiting.

Great place to stay while in Esperance. This time I stayed 2 nights whilst on a business trip. Great location as it's in the centre of town and right on the beach front. The restaurant was closed for renovations but I'm looking forward to checking it out on my next visit.

Good location on the foreshore/beach, walking distance to restaurants etc. Free laundry! Good parking outside rooms. Large room, good linen and comfy bed, new aircon unit, good tea and coffee making facilities (including biscuits), toaster, mini bar available. The only not so good things is the older dated bathroom that could use renovation but everything in it works well - good shower temp and water pressure so not really a negative just something to mention. Can also hear some noise from the room but not too bad. Can tell the managers/owners care about the place and care about providing a good service. Restaurant was closed for renovations at the time of our stay in late August 2022. Otherwise very good motel.

Had a very pleasant stay for about a week recently for work. Room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The communal laundry facilities were very much appreciated. Bathroom was small & dated, but did the job ok. A little more space for clothes would have been handy. Overall though it was a nice place with good staff, and I'd happily stay there again.

Always choose to stay here, the managers and staff are fantastic. The rooms have everything you need for a weekend away. The bed is perfect. Foxtel movies and sport are available on the TV, bring an eski/engle as the fridge is small if you want to keep snacks cold. Showers always hot and we have always found it quite during the day and night. There's a pub right next door, a netted swimming area in the bay across the road 50 meters away. 5 minutes to walk to town centre. And if your game get a Beam scooter and ride up and down the foreshore, it's fantastic. Thoroughly recommended.

Room allocated (exec queen) was spacious with daily house keeping. A few other reports had been seen about paper thin walls around the rooms at the back. We certainly had no issues. Very close to esplanade and the town centre for walking. Be aware though everything closes at around 9.30pm for eating if not earlier in the town. There is a nightclub at the Pier hotel next for so I imagine a Saturday night could get noisy around the outside of the Hospitality hotel. Good parking but again be aware contract staff use this hotel a lot so they come in big trucks and.leave pretty early in the morning. Included continental breakfast within the cost but it's really non imaginative. Cheap bread for you to toast, processed cheese slices, salami and just the most awful coffee! Don't bother unless in a hurry. They also charge for room service, even if just a coffee or you want to take it back to your room yourself! (That's just hideous come on!) The hotel had no illuminated sign and as we arrived in the evening it was hard to find although obviously knew the general area, just getting the car in was at first awkward. Staff seemed fine. Usual Aussie trick of charging for credit card transactions etc etc ....

The location is a thumbs-up. The pool was closed even tho it is not winter yet. Room old styled but clean if they remember to do housekeeping. They should invest in new mattress and pillows, they are not comfortable at all. Overpriced for what you actually get.

A good room well located in the centre of Esperance. All the fixtures and fittings worked and the room was clean and tidy, the back of the house team did a great job. What more can you ask for? Clean, tidy and well located.
